Had the Control, arms changed, and was supposed to get a front end alignment. was at a name brand shop.Had a bad pull to the right. Tried Another mechanic shop that made it worse. Went to Crane and Templet and they change the cams that everyone else missed. Nailed the alignment right off the bat. Can t argue with success.!! It was very reasonably priced.

1 star only because I had to. If it was possible, I would give -0 stars.The owner is very unprofessional and rude.He told me that he wouldn't waste his time giving me an estimate because he knew that I wouldn't get the work done because, he looked in his file from years ago and I didnt get any repairs done, which wasn't true. We've made purchases from his company for services in the past. He was paid in full everytme we bought tires, alignments or for anything checked on my or my wifes school bus. He did charge me a rack fee to check my bus and to give an estimate, at least I thought so.Guess he feels like he knows my finances by just looking at me ........The nice guy at the counter told me that the repairs would run over $3,000.I told him that I had the money and wanted the work done.After the owner insulted me and walked to the back, he didn't come back out to even try to make things right.Isn't that discrimination?P.S.I do have the money for the repairs, and of course, I'm never patronizing that place of bad business again.......Not paying for insults!

Took my 2020 coachmen Marada motor home here to get an alignment, and omg it drives a whole lot better. Can t believe the difference!These guys definitely know what they are doing! I m going here for all my RV mechanical needs! Customer service was also great! Left with some notes to educate me more about alignment as well. Thank you everyone at Crane and Template! Brought in 2 wheels to get balanced . Was told to bring them to the last stall, so I did. I was met in that area and gave the wheels to the tech . I was about to leave forgot to tell the tech that I wanted a dynamic balance. To my surprise he already balanced 1 of the tires. When I came in to pick up the wheels , I was hit with a $100 bill , wow . The writer told me he force matched the tires to the rims . Well based on what I saw , that was definitely not done, at least to 1 of the wheels. I know the writer didn t know that I have 25 years of experience in the auto service industry. I m very familiar with the force matched process , when I inspected the tires and rims I didn t see any alignment marks , or remnants of any marks on the rims or the tires. This is the reason I m retired from this business and he s behind a desk . Can t keep conducting business like this and expect to get ahead. From my experience crane and templet used to be a little more honest , I guess you can only expect them to do what they know best.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Went in for a rear allignment and was told my rear struts were bad and needed to be replaced , im ok with that .. I said i would bring it back the next day to have the struts replaced and alignment finished , so i asked the mechanicto check the front ones so i knew if i needed all four replaced , a simplerequest (seems i was bringing it back the next morning) when the owner said "no" his mechanic wasnt at my becon call and i only requested them to work on the rears . I could not understand what the big deal was to check the front struts while it was on the rack .. needless to say he would not let them check the front struts and i did not return i found someone else to do the work " throughly..

Complete garbage. I would not recommend u bring your vehicle here for any service at all. Mechanics that can't even change something as simple as a sway bar link and do it correctly. Then acts like it's my fault his employee installed the part wrong.... they should have a negative star rating cuz this place doesn't even deserve 1 star!Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

Had gotten a alignment from them before it was great. Went back for a estimate on rear differential. Was quoted almost $4500 , was told brakes would be included on the job. First he needed a deposit of $1000 which was never brought up when I got the estimate. Jad my truck for two weeks. Then when I went to pay and pickup my truck was charges $536 more for the brake he said was included in the price. And said they were really bad and needed to be changed. By the way they had just been changed a year and a half prior. He lied and smiled at me the whole time. Watch out for Noel he has no integrity.

This is the most professional and customer friendly shop I have ever been to. No one around would do my wheel alignment because of my setup but they did. They treat you respectfully and make sure you are taken care of! We can t thank these folks enough. We came in with our 97 e-350 and needed them to check out our brakes. It was their busy season but they welcomed us with open arms and replaced our back brakes quickly and efficiently. Thank you so much! I didn t want to write this review. I really had a lot of respect for these people. I brought my car in for an oil change and was told I needed new brakes. I ve been having engine issues and honestly that should ve been fixed before the brakes but I guess they found changing my brakes for $700 to be more profitable. I get a call while they have my car and the owner of the shop says they broke a part and that he would replace it, and told me not to worry about it. Said he wouldn t charge me for something they broke. My bill that I d consented to was already going to be $920. Keep in mind I went in for an oil change and asked them to look at the engine to keep it running because I m low on money and the car is old. Well, I showed up to pay and pick up the car and the owner hands me an extra bill for $430 for the part they broke after he told me 2 days before I wouldn t have to worry about it. I m a young woman in my 20 s. I don t have a man to handle things like this for me and I don t need one, but people like this think they can take advantage of young women because they don t know about cars. Last thing I have to add- ever since I got my car back, the engine shakes the entire car including the steering wheel anytime I go over 20 mph. I have never had this issue before. Whether it s their fault or they decided to fix expensive and low priority things on my car, either way I m extremely upset with the service done on my car. It was also kind of upsetting to spend almost $1000 and to be held responsible for $1500 worth of work and they left my car absolutely filthy.Services: Brakes, Oil change

Having had a mobile service replace two front tires on my 45' RV, I contacted Crane & Templet to do a front end alignment before my next day departure. The team was able to accomodate my needs on very little notice. I found the owner-manager, the office staff, and especially Chuck exceptional in their customer service orientation with it being obvious that i was working with a group of honest service providers with high integrity. I would indeed to back there for service any time!

I called about engine work on a Ford F250 and was thinking it could be the worse case scenario needing internal work done. After a sharing some information over a discussion, the kind person guided me to some simple diagnostic tests I can do myself because they don't really work on internals on small diesels. They mainly work on internals for large diesels. I appreciate that he wasn't one of those guys not willing to share knowledge. I'd definitely do future business with them just on this experience.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Beware of these crooks, thieves and liars I m putting 1 star bcuz I can t leave it blank.The owner noe is the worst of them all. Will not own up to anything or take responsibility for what they do wrong.He will lie to your face with a smile has no respect, no integrity what s so ever STAY AWAY!!! They will break your equipment and have the nerve to say you brought to us like that knowing it s not true! On top of that they will overcharge you. BEWARE PEOPLE don t fall for the religious Christian beliefs they portrait to bring honest hard working people to them to lie and steal their hard earn money! Noe the owner is the number 1 crook!

This place is a money hungry JOKE that doesn't stand behind there work!! My good friend just had over $1k of work done on his F250 2 weeks ago. All glow plugs and glow plug harnesses were charged. The truck truck was running great. My truck broke and he decided to sell me the truck since he really didn't need the truck. 2 days after I got the truck it threw codes of #4,3.2, and 6 glow plugs bad. I contacted this place and explained what it was doing and the owner Extremely rude and Arrogant said " I don't care if I just did the work yesterday and he sold you the truck, I'm not going to warranty it. You have to pay for me to look at it". When I told him I was going to make a bad report, he got extremely upset and started yelling. Beware of this place!!

When you need it done right the first time, nothing beats the knowledge and experience from the team at Crane&Templet. My vacuum truck needed front end work; pulling to the right ,all over the road,ruin my front tire. Front end alignment , 2 front shocks, and new front tires over a year ago, still drives like a new truck. Great people makes you feel like family. Thank You!

F350 2wd all new parts in front end every piece including ball joints and brought it in with new tires their alignment wore both imner tires within 7mo. Tires always wore out even beforehand this is the 2nd dually they did like thisCalled to complain at the 7mo mark with 8k miles on new 40k mile tires they said we cant help you wouldn't let them line up a mowerService: Wheel alignment

Brought my Cadillac Escalade truck here because it had a sqweek coming from the front end. They were the only shop that were honest with me and were able to find and fix the problem. Brought my truck to 2 previous mechanic shops that just kept throwing parts at it and wasting my money and never fixed the problem. It's hard to find a good honest shop these days. They were super professional. I would recommend anyone to bring their vehicle here and know it's in safe hands and they will get the job done right. Definitely the best mechanic shop I've been to so far and believe me I've been to them ALL!! Thank you crane and temp let.- Elizabeth spellman-

Crane and Templet has always been there for my Fleet. They have been my first and only choice for three years. It is my job to find the best quality and cost effective maintenance for my fleet. I truly believe that I find that and more at Crane and Templet. This is the place to go if you have a Ford diesel. They also do great work on any other vehicle. We've been customers for over 15 years and have never had a problem. Give them a call!

Went in for a balance of two front tires to get rid of shaking and when I left my steering wheel was crooked shaking gone so tires are balanced well but can't figure what happen to my steering wheel will not go back. trico down the street is a much better option.
