My 18 ft tandem axle trailer tire imploded while in Hammond, La. I used Google to find the closest place and thankfully Tire Choice was the closest. With no knowledge of the area, I just got lucky. The manager immediately grabbed a jack and had me back on the road in about 20 minutes for a ridiculously reasonable price. I would recommend them all day every day. You saved me that day and thanks for that.

Fast service and friendly service. I was given some misinformation at first regarding when my tires were purchased but I knew the information was incorrect and told them the check again.

terrible experience. dropped my car off the night before. was told they would get to it first thing the next morning. no one called to notify me that they couldn't do the work. wasted my time and had no explanation for me. terrible customer service

We went in today to get my husband a new tire and service his brakes. The gentleman at the front was super helpful and helped ensure we weren't getting ripped off. Because of his knowledge he saved us at least a couple hundred bucks. We are so thankful !

Twin tire has always done a great job every time i've went . Mr . Keith and Mr. Chris were great got me in and out on my new tires . awesome job guys tires look great and handle great .

They were super friendly and quick. I had been procrastinating getting my tires changed because I didn t want to wait long but these guy made it super painless. There was very little wait time.

As with all my visits, the work performed was excellent and Shannon provided excellent customer service. It's nice to do business where I am remembered by the employees and treated in a courteous manner. All of my routine maintenance work on my vehicle is performed at this particular location of Tire Choice, and I will continue to bring my vehicle here in the future.

I buy all my tires here. They are always professional and courteous. Shannon always welcomes me to the store and helps with any issues I may have. Plus they have the best prices around that I can find. I will continue to buy my tires here!

Normally when I get my tires done, I'm in and out. However, this visit took 2 1/2 hours. The ladies at the desk were nice and apologized for the amount of time it took to finish, but the wait was ridiculous.

I unexpectedly had a flat tire and had to come get a new tire put on. They made my bad day better! Nothing but good things to say! Fast, friendly and reasonably priced. I won't ever go anywhere else for my tire needs. The staff is so nice and went above and beyond to help me out. I highly recommend!

They are the best! We drove two hours to look at purchasing a car, took it to tire choice and they were honest and helpful. Saved us from buying a piece of garbage. So grateful for their help and quick service!

I was looking for a place to have my car serviced in Hammond that was convenient to my job. I actually googled and found Twin Tire. I have not been displeased with the service by far! The entire team is absolutely wonderful and I trust them with my car care. They are courteous, professional, and extremely patient!!! If I could give this establishment 10 stars I would! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great customer service and quality vehicle care. My last experience there was with Chris and Taylor, however EVERYONE is amazing!!!!

This was our first time using Twin Tires and my husband and I were extremely pleased. Chris walked us through every step of the process and kept us well informed! He made sure we were well taken care of! We also got the best deal on a new set of tires! Best customer service around!

Went in for an Alignment; car was still pulling. Went back a 2nd time; car handled better for a moment. Heard a pop and my handling got extremely bad. Had to bring to another shop since I wasn't in Hammond. They left two bolts completely loose and I am fortunate the damage wasn't worse and I didn't wreck. After speaking with Keith, he told me no problem and corporate would be able to refund me; call them. After speaking to corporate twice, they said they would call me with refund information. Emailed them back numerous times. Never heard back and refund was not mailed in. I would not trust their word or their services.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Dishonest management, low quality and poorly trained service techs and overpriced. I purchased tires from this establishment a few months ago and returned today to have my tires rotated. When I brought my vehicle in, I did not have a key for the lock lugs. They struggled mightily to remove the lock lugs and I bought new lugs for them to replace the ones they had to remove. They put about 20psi in 2 tires and about 40psi in the other 2.Today (8/15/22) I was going to change my brake pads and not only were the lugs ridiculously over torqued, the 4 lugs (1 per tire) were different sizes (OD) and completely stripped. They probably used the same size socket for all lugs and jack hammered them on. I figured I would bring it in for the free rotation and they could fix this issue since they stripped the new lugs out, I figured they would want to make it right.The manager on duty explained that his mechanic did not have that tool, but they ordered some time ago and was expecting it to come in soon. He told me that the only other company in town that might be able to help would be NTB. I stated that they would charge me and then he said "so would we". I told him that my rotation was supposed to be free and they were the only ones that stripped the lugs. He looked me smuggly in the eye and said "no we didn't". Basically calling me a liar. I left and went to the Car wash Depot in Ponchatoula and for $24 I got the lugs removed, new oem lugs installed and my tires rotated. All in less than 30 minutes. I will never step foot in Tire Choice again and I highly suggest you don't either.P.S. the car wash depot had a chalkboard in the lobby with hand written scripture. I knew I was in the right place. They represented well.

I called made an appointment and the manager was so nice he got me right in and saw a few things that needed fixing and we got it fixed quickly, very happy with the customer service and the guys that worked on my car, will be back.

I honestly don t even want to give them one star. I went into the shop early on a Saturday. It was my first time bringing my car there and was referred by a reliable source. After waiting for over an hour my car was done. Just a simple oil change. Well the next day I would find all my oil in my driveway. Not only did they put the wrong oil filter in it, they broke the O ring, and the housing. They were very understanding and paid for most of it to be fixed. But the point is I brought my car to you to work on because that s what you job is. It wasn t broke before it went in why did it come out broke. So after three days of NOT having my car I finally got it back. I think that they need to be better when hiring people to be sure that they know what they are doing and are well trained. I m appreciative of them helping like they did but still doesn t change how upset I was about my car being broken when it was perfectly fine before. Hopefully they start to get their stuff together.

THE BEST SERVICE AND PRICES IN TOWN!! (Maybe ever)Chris helped me to get two new tires for great quality and low cost!When my car broke down he sent a tow truck and took care of everything! I will continue going here for every car related issue. Chris and the other staff were so welcoming and explained everything to you to help you understand. They didn t try to sell you anything for them to make extra money. Literally the nicest guy I ve met working in this field!12/10 will recommend him to any of my friends.

Took my truck here first thing this morning and was pleased with the service the minute I walked through the door. Chris greeted me and asked how he would help me. I came for a front end alignment, tire rotation, mount and balance. I explained to Chris that we previously had a front end alignment done 4 months ago and the people did a terrible job -it wore brand new tires completely down in 4 months. He assured me that wouldn t happen again. Being a lifted truck it s hard to find a place to do a front end alignment correctly and this place does just that. Chris kept me informed the whole time and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I could tell the difference already compared to last time just driving the truck home afterwards. I definitely recommend this place and will be bringing my other vehicles here as well in the near future! They also are awesome at getting you a great price!

My family and I were driving from Houston, TX to MS and had two quickly deflating tires. Amanda and the gentlemen at Tire Chioce were great! Very nice and welcoming. Helped me and family with quick repair of two tires; getting us back on the road. Great place! Professional and friendly staff! Thanks Amanda.

Chris was amazing. We have a Mercedes -- they're sometimes difficult to work on. They checked in our vehicle at 12 noon and had it diagnosed and a new alternator installed within 15 hours..Their prices beat every single mechanic shop around. They're clean, polite, and priced right! THANK YOU Chris and all of your professional mechanics! Leanne

I have only ever had good experiences with The Tire Choice, both under it's current ownership and previously as Twin Tire. The staff there has always been very accommodating and friendly, and have never done me wrong. Work done on my vehicle has always been completed timely and correctly. 0 complaints here.

My husband brought my car to get check out today. They called with a price of 905 for 2 struts. Which I thought was very expensive. My husband picked my car up they charged 87 just for looking at it. My husband brought it to CAR WASH DEPOT they only charged 565 I had my car back it 4 hours. I DO NOT recommend bring your vehicle to this place.

1st of all let me just start with his customer service skills although Casey was not the normal store manager for this location he didn't let that stop him from going ABOVE & BEYOND to assist me. 2nd whenever it comes to my tires I'm nervous Betsy as a result of several blow outs in the past, but ,Casey was like a real life super hero he calmed me down told me not to worry & immediately began to assess my issues. Overall, Casey & the staff at this location were very friendly, knowledgeable, & very likable!!!!!!! Although his store location is not in my area, Casey's personality & professionalism make going to his store worth the drive.
