Hey Bridgette,I m so sorry you and your Dad had a bad experience with RV Solutions. I do know the owner, Bryce, personally and he is such a good man. (I don t say that about many people.)He is kind, generous, and has the biggest heart of anyone I know. This man has given so much to me, my family, my friends, and the people in the community. He has even given money to me before to buy food, snacks, and water for my students at school that are legit hungry and thirsty. (I m a public school teacher.)I know if you give him the chance, he will make this right he s done it so many times!Just know that his business provides for his family (his three kids) and so many other charitable organizations in our community that provide for other people s kids.He really works hard to make sure his business stays successful and has a good name and reputation. Again, I m sorry y all had a bad experience, but I know this man would give the shirt off his back to anyone in need.Reviews like this can really affect someone s livelihood. If it s deserved, okay I get it, but again, I know his heart and I know he will make this right given the chance.I mean this from one Christian to another I know he s a good person. If you could give him a chance and some grace, I truly know he will make this right! I hope you and your family stay blessed!

Excellent mechanics who goes above and beyond. Braking down on the road is terrifying. Trying to find someone you can trust and figuring out where to lay your head that night with your RV in the shop. In less than 24 hours they had us safely back on the road AND made sure us and our fur babies had a safe place overnight. The owner is a genuine person and I highly recommend them.

I would never let them work on my motorhome ever again! I made an appointment 2 weeks prior, to bring it. I brought my RV to them because I was having issues with my awning, the fan in the bathroom and also to service both AC units. Two days later I was advised, by Bryce, that he would have to order parts for the awning and fan, should take no longer then 4 days to get in and fix. Bryce stated that they serviced both AC units and all was good, but there was a problem with my outside stairs. Even though they were working when I dropped it off, Bryce stated that the motor was bad and that he could order one and have it, in a few days. The timing was important, because I was going on a short trip, in two weeks after, Bryce assured me he could have it all done. A week later I was unable to contact Bryce via a phone, I had to physically go to his shop to talk with him. He stated that he didn't know When the parts to the awning and fan would be in, but he did get the motor to the stairs, again a problem I didn't know I had, and had them fixed. Bryce had a really bad attitude about it all, and was full of bad excuses for not getting it fixed or keeping me updated. I found it odd that the only parts he was able to get in, was for a problem that I didn't know I had? I payed him for the work he did, which was Crazy Expensive! Upon getting home, the rear AC unit was now draining on the roof, which it wasn't doing prior to bringing it to him, I sent Bryce a video of the problem, He replied with "That's strange I personally saw it draining properly". This was definitely not true. I took my RV to another business. They fixed the awning without having to buy any parts, it only needed to be re-adjusted and the rear AC unit had a broke drain and motor, which they fixed, at a very reasonable price.Service: Air conditioning

I was completely spoiled by the amazing service I received here!!I originally called due to some issues with my generator. Late at night my generator wouldn't start and I was unable to charge my house batteries. In the morning, I started calling looking for assistance. RV Solutions was the only place to answer. I was told that they would be able to send Bryce to come look at it.Bryce arrived and was very professional and knowledgeable. He did everything he could to get the generator running but it was throwing some type of code. He assisted to getting my class C plugged into an external plug for the house (which I hadn't done before) and told me to call back to the shop to schedule a day to remove the generator so they could fix and then re-install it. Before leaving he even killed a giant wasp after I screamed and backward ran across the driveway into him. When I called to schedule the appointment, they completely worked to accommodate my schedule. The day of, my engine wouldn't start. I tried to jump start it but was not successful. I called the shop to tell them I would be late and ask for any suggestions on what to do. I got to talk to Bryce and he told me what kind of jump box I needed and what size jumper cables I needed. Once I picked them up, I was able to start the engine and head to the shop.I work overnights and was at the shop during my typical naptime. They were very accommodating to allow me to sleep in my rig while the generator was removed. They even took a look at my battery with the issues I had that morning. I'm not sure how long the removal took but when I arrived I told Teia what time I would sleep until and it was done by the time I woke up.When I returned for my scheduled appointment to reinstalled my generator, we discovered roof damage. When I was being directed to drive in reverse (where I was staying in Covington not at RV Solutions), a basketball hoop scrapped my roof. From the side, it looked like minor damage but once Caleb was up on my roof, it was obvious that this was a big deal. With rain predicted that weekend and me being a full-time turtle, RV Solutions knew it would cause more damage for me to be out in the open, so they allowed me to mooch dock where my roof would be covered and I was hooked up so that I could enjoy air conditioning in the humid Louisiana air.Getting approval from my insurance took longer than expected but I NEVER felt like I was unwelcomed here. Everyday, they were happy to give me rides to the gym and insisted on picking me up. It didn't matter if I wanted to get ice cream after a workout or needed to go to Office Depot to print, they were happy to help me. Late one night while I was there, I heard a noise. I text Teia and within less than 10mins, Bryce was there to walk the lot, ensuring all doors were locked and that I was safe.Once we had the approval from insurance and I had a proposed date that I needed to leave, they rush to get my roof completed so I could get to KY on time. Teia even followed me on Waze to ensure I arrived safely.I have never heard of a service place providing NEARLY the level of customer service that RV Solutions did for me and they have definitely set a high standard for any place I visit in the future.Service: Electrical

We were leaving for a trip today and of course my AC went out in the RV. I called every shop I could find in Louisiana and Bryce was the only one who came through on short notice. I cannot speak highly enough of their service. There is a lot to be said for small privately owned businesses and RV Solutions is a shining example of why I prefer them to big box stores every time. I will be returning here next time I have any RV repair needs!Service: Air conditioning

Brad and his team installed a generator in our fifth wheel. Did very good work. Installed a custom exhaust to avoid the bedroom slide. Did a complete walk through when we arrived to pick our rig up. Highly recommend this team to anyone needing work done on their rig.

We had a water leak brought it in, several times they said they repaired it. Eventfully my husband found the leak. Told them he found the leak and they responded they were going to take care of us. That never happened. Was suppose to order with the factory a part for us (hot water heater) and get back with us immediately and was told they would handle it and we called the factory personally and they said they had NEVER received a phone call from them. (after several weeks of back n forth) It has been a headache and disappointment for being lied to and business not handled professionally. The sad part if the only way to get the part is thru a shop that is suppose to represent the company. So as of today we still have a problem going on 2 years now.....We personally spent alot of money and feel we were not treated respectfully.Services: Electrical, Air conditioning

I hate that I have to do this but people need to know....keep going on down the list this is NOT the place to bring your RV for repairs or "solutions" of any kind. I asked for them to inspect my roof before installing a new AC. They assured me there would be no problems. They installed the new AC ($650.00) and on the first heavy rain I had a waterfall coming into my kitchen. I sealed it up the best I could but water was still coming in from the condensation running the air conditioner..I took it back at that point and they said I had sealed off the ac from being able to drain the condensation. They charged me $150.00 to remove my seal and said it was fixed...along came the next rain and a new waterfall in my kitchen, not to mention it still also leaked when I ran the AC on sunny days. I scheduled another appointment ( they wouldn't see me until the following Thursday) and dropped it off for them and it sat there all day. They stated they didn't even know it was there as the guy I spoke to and left it with was out of town..the next day I came to pick it up and the lady said "there was nothing they can do because of the shape of my roof" she didn't know where the mechanics went and said "I'd have to go out back and find it" I found my RV out in their garage still plugged in, the ceiling assembly still on the floor, screws scattered everywhere..( that happened the first time with my inverter)I found all the screws and put everything back together myself.. 3:00 pm and not a mechanic in sight. I can only imagine they were hiding from me? At any rate I have never seen an operation so unprofessional and expensive as this place.. please learn from my experience and don't do business here.

This place will NOT take care of your RV needs. My brand new generator was stolen while at their facility. They informed me that they were not responsible for anything stolen while it was on their lot. So now I m out $800 and the repairs that they did to my ladder was very unstable. Screws were missing/stripped out and nothing was re-sealed on the top connection points. It has sat at their facility and gotten rained on with open holes in the roof. And lastly, they were supposed to be ordering some flooring to replace a torn spot. They still supposedly don t have it. Everything they fixed on my ladder has got to be re-done at even more cost. Can t believe they run an operation like this. By the way, the flooring that they said they were waiting on, I ordered it straight from the factory and have already received it, took about 1 week. use them at your own risk. By the time i fix all of their shoddy work, it will have cost me double.Service: Body & Trim

Found out once we got to the camp grounds the air conditioner was not working. 500 miles from home and my selling dealer . I had no help from any local dealers that service jayco travel trailer. I had made a call to RV Solutions and was greeted with a very helpful person understanding my situation. Had a mobile tech come out and check out the unit. Found it was a compressor failure and would need a complete unit replacement as it was a sealed unit "GE" tech had A compatible unit in stock but due to unit being under warranty jayco would not let it be replaced by anything but another GE.Had to have a bunch of paper work filled out for the warranty. Contact rv solutions once I got home and they still worked with me to get the paperwork needed for the replacement. This is definitely a great company and is very helpful. I would highly recommend them for any rv breakdowns or repair if in the aera. Thank you all for the help.Service: Air conditioning

I just purchased a new Dynamax R V. I really love this R V. It has good components but numerous items needed repair. This is my sixth r v so not my first rodeo. My dealer is so swamped with warranty work that not possible to get repairs done in a timely manner. after discussing this with Dynamax they agreed to let me take it to a shop of my choice. I dealt with Bryce at R V Solutions. I gave him a list a mile long half expecting little to be accomplished. If youve dealt with r v repair you understand. He had completed 95% and was waiting for parts for the rest when I called a week later to find out if he had gotten started. In addition he installed equipment like A C soft start , a C B with a scanner and worked with firefly to get their system to function properly. I still have my doubts about that. I honestly dont see how he accomplished it all as quickly as he did.Services: Electrical, Body & Trim, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

I am more than pleased with the professional job performed by RV SOLUTIONS. We had the Rhino Eco-Coat spray roof installed. The technicians did an amazing job on the install & insuring not to get any overspray on the rest of the motor home. The accessories (vent covers, a/c, fridge vent, all covered in the product (a great UV protectant), then painted to OEM colors.A well thought out plan of attack and guidance from management, made for a flawless job and me a happy customer. We have utilized services at RV Solutions, since their onset, and they still impress me with performance, knowledge, experience and customer service. Simple put:THE PLACE TO GO FOR YOUR RV SERVICE NEEDS!Thanks, All Services: Electrical, Body & Trim

always have to take unit back, for something they didn't repair right the first time, i could several things, that were so unprofessionally fixed, and always had to return the unit, they will not respond to texts and or phone calls, they say they ordered few parts for my RV, this is december, they were supposedly ordered around first part of june, and yet have not received, very hard to believe, i have called several times inquiring about parts, either i get no response, or owner being rude to you, because you came to him, because his staff, is incompetent to handle the job, but then again, most of employees, came from Dixie RV, so that should explain a lot!!!! I highly recommend, not to use this business, unprofessional work, and employees, who do not take pride in their work, and are not held accountable, for their performance.......Services: Body & Trim, Air conditioning

Had problems with our macerator. Called a number of places and RV Solutions was the only one to respond promptly. Thankfully they (Jacob) were able to diagnose and fix the problem quickly and fairly. Hopefully won't be needing services in the near future but they'd be our first call. By the way, Camping World referred them to us!

This is the only rv service that I have dealt with that actually does diagnostic work, not just parts changers! Fixed our Satellite TV when two other companies were going to u tube to see what was wrong. Highly recommend them if your in the area. Five Stars all the way.
