This location was great. I made my appointment ahead of time and I was seen at the appointment time. Donald was great. He listen to all my concerns, he answered all my questions and gave me advice on what service I needed. It all worked out great!! II picked the car up and I went over all everything they did with the service guy. I had a great customer experience at this location. I would recommend them for all of your car needs.

Mr Don ! He was very personable, and explained what was done and also advised me on work that would need to be done in the future. I bought my tires from Firestone for my other vehicle and will also be purchasing tires for my truck soon .! Highly recommend !

I met the repair technicians and store manager (Don Le May) on a Saturday morning. My car had a catastrophic failure on the expressway the night before. The brakes were bad and the car was making a grinding noise with multiple lights on the dash.This Firestone Store was absolutely professional in all aspects of services rendered. I was not from this town but was treated with kindness and respect. The manager and the technician correctly diagnosed my problem and made several recommendations. I also added an oil change as I felt the staff was very thorough and wanted to transfer the rest of my car care to them.Don went out of his way to obtain the parts on a busy Saturday morning. I sat in the office and at one point one of the parts that was delivered seem to be used. Of course they would not install it and ordered the correct one. They finished the job and did an excellent job of solving my problem. The parts used to fix my car were all high end ones that are known to be more durable than the imported ones. The prices were very fair and resonable.As far as their customer service to other people that came after me, the entire staff makes every customer feel valued. They really do not seem to be pressured to upsell. They simply provided solutions to whatever the problems were at hand.This town is truly blessed to have these people work on their cars. These are the most honest, ethical, and competent mechanics that I have ever met. Mr. Don Le May really does a great job organizing the business. If I am out this way, I will add tires to my car the next time. These people deserve all the blessings and my business any day.

They were way too busy to help us. The guy was stated we would have to get in line. They wouldn't even air up our tire real quick, again, telling us we had to get in line. Mind you, there were about 20 cars we would be behind. So we had to get air at the nearest gas station and drove to the next town. In Amite City, we found a tire shop right off the highway called Felix's Tires. They were super friendly and got our tire patched within 15 min.

Came to get 4 tires installed on my car. Paid for the TPMS service kit. After car was finished I still had my old valves stems. They never replaced them. Also they didn't even bother with putting valve stem caps. They said they set the tire pressure to 35. But ended up being 50 in one tire and 45 in the others.I will bring my business elsewhere for this kinda thing.If it's this bad for just tires I can't imagine the service on other people's vehicles

Got a alignment done. After 3 times they still couldn't get it right. 3 months later my upper control arms loosen up and ruined both front tires and upper ball joints. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Super quick service. Had my windshield wipers changed last time I was here. One of them flew off today while I was as driving down the road. Turns out it wasn t the wiper but the arm in my car. But they fixed it with no question.

DO NOT GO HERE unless you have ample time to waste sitting around! After receiving an email confirmation for the wrong appointment time (I made it for 5pm online and it was changed to 4pm), I called to get it corrected. I was told that they don t do appointments at 5pm; however, if I could be there by 3:30pm today they could get me taken care of (original appointment was scheduled two days from now). I dropped everything and got there at 3:15pm and left at 4:45pm without them even moving my car. I was given no updates, never told that it would later than originally expected, nothing! If they were already that behind I should have never been told that if I could get there within 30 minutes they could get it done. Also, if you don t take 5pm appointments then don t offer them online. Absolutely pathetic customer service!

Nice staff but it took almost 3 hours to rotate and balance tires it would have been ok but I called ahead of time they said they could get wright on it

Appreciate that they made an attempt to see if they could resolve an issue with my car. They couldn't but understandably everyone is busy. That they were able to at least give it a look. Is appreciated.

I made an appointment for 9am when I checked my vehicle in at the front desk my truck sat in the parking lot for 5 hours before they start to do any service. I recommend not even making an appointment because they don t honor appointments. my daughter got a set of tires from here and had the TPS Sensor replaced per recommendation. when see picked up her car later that day, she realized that TPS light was on after she got home. when she called the next day they told her to make an appointment to have them looked them. she then decided to bring it to them without an appointment for them to fix the issue the manager didn't even try to make this right and told her that it will be 4 hours before they can take a look at them, because they only have 2 mechanics on board right now. she left and went to AutoZone for something and told them about light and if can take a look at and they hooked up their computer to it and it is stating that the TPS sensors aren't programed to the car. with that being said this only takes 5 to 10 minutes to program by Firestone or any dealer that installed them. i highly encourage people to take the time to operate a business more professionally then the way this was handle. in my 25 years plus being firestone customer this is not acceptable and not good for your business!

I bought tires from here with road side assistance. they put the wrong tires in their system, now that I'm having a problem with one of my tires, they're saying it's not the right tire. The only thing that they can tell me is, there's no way that they put the wrong tire in their system. These people must be God because they are perfect.

We went because it's the only place open on Sunday's. Very knowledgeable and helpful. They're so nice and the prices are very reasonable. They do the work pretty fast. Our alignment only took 45 minutes to an hour. He even checks it all first and let's you know the numbers and if you really need it done. I highly recommend this place.

Went 2 times trying to get my truck aligned the first time they told me nobody could do it today. Come back tomorrow, went back, and then was told they couldn't do it because their rack wasn't big enough (appointments were set in advance each time)

I went there like 3 weeks ago and I had an appointment for new brakes and rotors at 2:30pm and was told to wait so at 4:30 I asked how long it would be and they said that they didn t even start on it yet. But estimated that it d be done at 7. So they finished and then not even a week later I started having the same problems I was having before I took it to get fixed and they charged me $1200. It s better to go to the dealership honestly. Never going to Firestone ever againServices: Brakes, Brake service & repair

Horrible service. Pulled in at 545 pm with a flat tired walked in and ask to get it fixed. Customer service person says we closed at 6 when i inform that person it was not 6 she said we already shut everything down. I had to change the tire in the parking lot and watch her walk out at 6 pm. This is just plan poor business and i wouldnt recomment anyone wasting money on a place that has no customer service!

This is my first time ever writing a review ever. If you care about your car you will never bring it here. Worst experience in my life I wasted $960 getting something fixed I never asked for and my actual problem never got fixed. Then they cracked my windshield and claim to have no knowledge of it being done. I m a very honest person and I would never try and bring negativity to anyone but this was bad.Services: Brakes, Brake service & repair

The guys behind the desk said they can t do a alignment on my jeep because it has a 4 in lift, their machine don t read over three. Happens to be a lie because the tires still located in the same position no matter the lift.

Guess I should ve read the reviews first Made a 1pm appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Arrived at 12:50, was checked in and told to wait. At 2:35 when inquiring about how much longer it might be, I was informed they hadn t even started yet and it would be at least another hour.I took my keys and left.

The first day I waited 2 hours to find out all what my car needed. The next day I went back and waited 3 hours to have my car worked on. Well, it still beat Supreme Toyota. They make me wait on my car for between 6 to 7 hours nearly every time I went there. Even when I made an appointment.

Needed one tire. Dropped off at noon and they said it d be done by 2. Came back at 2 and they had done nothing. While waiting another half hour, the manager talked so much trash on the customer s that came in. Stupid customers are the reason you have a job!! Maybe he was having a bad day, but that s no excuse for being so untimely.Service: TiresService: Tires

Terrence the guy at the front counter was very friendly and was able to get my tire changed very quickly. Luckily I had brought just the tire so they didn't have to take it off of the car. He said that made a big difference. They had about 18 customers in line so I was very thankful. Also price was way cheaper than I expected. I would definitely be going back. Thanks Terrence and the people at Firestone
