Had my check engine light come on this morning got referred to Cashios auto repair! Awesome experience! Got diagnosed and fixed within a couple hrs. Great customer service great people!!!

I brought my truck in for a simple tune up, their mechanic broke a spark plug, dropping porcelain fragments in the cylinder damaging the heads when they fire it back up. They are charging me an additional $2400 for the repairs they have to do. My truck was running fine, it was just time for spark plug replacements now they have had my truck for over a week. I told them I am going to lose my job because of how much time I've lost but all I hear is "We'll try and have it for tomorrow" The manager is very polite and acts concern but has refused any liability. A honest shop would have admitted their mistake and made it right, not this place. To be fair they said that they are paying for the machine shop to look at it and aren't going to charge me for any fluids that need topped off. Cashio's reputation, locally, has been steadily going down over the few years. I should have listened to my neighbors.As of now, they still have my truck and I'm hoping they do the right thing.Service: Engine repair

I went in to get a brake tag. Kasey was so sweet and helpful. I really appreciate the quality customer service and professionalism. Stop by Cashio's for all of your automotive needs, you won't be disappointed.

People are all exceptionally nice and helpful. I buy my crickets and meal worms there for my reptiles.Young lady inside is extremely nice and helpful. She even does Car Inspections,which I did not know.

My best mechanic friends work there..we only deal with my car there..rule of thumb..if you take your car in for service and the job is done well..where you feel safe to go forward with your children in the car...if something else goes wrong..they won't try to resale you nothing they already sold you it's on their computers..and they can't blame work done by others somewhere else..nope it's all done from them...so it's my kind of shop .for one of my favorite things..my car..
