I have used The Storage Center for the past 4 months at the Behrman Place New Orleans location, and my experience has been CONSISTENTLY unpleasant. When I book the unit it was a Life Storage company and the process was seamless. My first experience with The Storage Center was to inquire about a late fee when auto pay was set up. I was rudely informed by an employee (that was not helping me) "you got a late fee because you late". I made my account current, updated my payment, and have continued to receive late fees and notices of payment issues. None of which have anything to do with my ability to pay or my payment method, but rather account system failures and lack luster customer service. In an effort to be proactive I went into the facility on the 1st of the month to insure my account was current and auto pay was in place when I was rudely informed by the same rude employee "ma'am your account is fine" only to receive and email the next day about payment issues. The perk of this service was the contact free environment, however I am forced to make contact and treated as though I'm the problem. The payment system should be reevaluated as well as customer service expectations.

Horrible experience! Communication is horrible and the lady who works there kept saying she took my stuff. Saying I put my lock on your storage . The employees talked badly about each other it was horrible.

Ms. Tamika was so amazing and friendly. She made me feel really welcomed and valued. She took me to go see the unit I was going to rent to make sure it was a right fit for me, and she is fast and efficient. Also she is easy to talk to and be around! She has made my experience wonderful, and makes me feel safe and that my property will be safe as well.

The ladies Stefanie and Tamika were great! They gave me great customer service and made moving in very easy. They helped with all my storage needs. The property is big and is always clean. They made sure that I had everything I needed. Go see them if you need a storage.Thanks Ladies

I have used this facility four times now and I would definitely do so again if the need arose. The storage units are immaculate and the climate control is perfect. My units have always been on the second floor which is no problen because they have a freight elevator which is accessed with your code. The roll up doors are sturdy and easy to lift. The units go up high so you can stack items to make the most of the space. They have dollies you can use but you have to check them out in the office. That is tiny bit of a hassle but understandably necessary. I imagine they got stored in units or were taken to make this a necessity. If I had a question, I could call in and talk to a staff member or just pop buy the office. The were always friendly and helpful.

Stephanie was very pleasant to do business with. She gave me a courtesy call prior to my arrival.Upon my arrival she greeted me and was very pleasant and polite, She listened to my needs and offered different options. Her customer service skills are awesome. The service was swift, accurate, and prompt which was very important.She also thanked me afterwards.I will recommend Stephanie whenever someone I know needs to do business in this capacity.~Great job

I've been a customer here for a while. Ms.Tamika was very helpful in getting me the right size storage that I needed when I downsized. Very friendly and gives great customer service. Facility is very secure and very clean.

Stephanie was very helpful and extremely nice. She helped me decide what size storage I needed by bringing me to see different one and compared prices. If i had any questions she patiently explained it to me. I would recommend this location just because of her pleasant personality.

I had a wonderful experience when I got here. The staff was exceptional and extremely helpful. She took me to my unit and verified that all my belongings would be safe and would remain in excellent condition. The staff went above and beyond, I'm impressed at how efficient she was. Especially with all the customers she had at the time. I will definitely continue to use them

I truly had a pleasant experience. Very Professional, Helpful, Kind and Great Customer Service. Ms. Stefanie went above and beyond to make sure she showed me the space so I could see what I was purchasing as well as made sure I was well informed about all paperwork I signed. Customer Service was awesome! I have not used my unit yet I just went to sign up yesterday. The prices seem fair and Chis the manager was very nice. She was friendly and made me laugh even after I had a long day at work. I can not speak for the units yet as I have not seen them but I believe if there is ever an issue it would be fixed in a timely manner as they seem very organized and personable.

Stephanie was great, knowledgeable, very helpful and professional. Stephanie took me around on the cart and showed me vacant storage of different sizes. And I m thankful for that cause the one I originally ask for would not have been large enough space. Her valuable time she use to show me another space that I needed was greatly appreciated. Thank you Stephanie!!! I recommend Life storage in Gretna to everyone..
