Raz took great care of me while fixing my car. He didn't try to sell me any services that I didn't need, and he was accurate with how long the repairs would take. He was a great communicator and made the process smooth and easy. Thanks again! I will always get my car serviced here.

I recently had my vehicle repaired (water pump, thermostat) with Briskers Foreign Car Repair and I am very glad that I found this shop. I have an Audi Q5 and will never take it to a stealership again.Raz is the man to see if you intend to take your vehicle in for repairs for he will get your vehicle back on the road. Also my experience with Raz is that he is a straight shooter and not a ripoff or con artist.I would be remiss if i didn t mention that the BBB gives this shop an A+ rating to which it is well deserved.

My beloved VW EOS is running like silk thanks to Raz! He is amazing. He is very knowledgeable, honest and professional. He didn't try to talk me into anything I didn't need. He explained everything that needed to be done. Repair was done properly and promptly - final cost came in below what he originally quoted! I highly recommend Brisker's Foreign Car Repair! Raz deserves 10 stars! I will never take my car anywhere else!!!

Only auto shop in Louisiana with 5 star rating and this shop deserves every bit of it.I was traveling when my Audi A8L broke down in Louisiana and I towed it to Briskers. Definitely the best decision I made in a time of crisis. Raz the owner is a genuine person who not only works on your car considering it as his own but is also very knowledgeable (over 20 years of experience) when it comes to cars especially foreigns. His garage is filled with German cars in need of repair and he seems like he knows exactly what he is doing.My car was filled with boxes and suitcase (as I was moving across states) and this guy not only took my things out with care but also allowed me to store them at his garage as I had no where else to keep them.Price is very fair compared to the care he provide while working on the cars. He worked after hours for two days only to hand me my car as soon as possible considering my situation. I walked out a happy and satisfied customer.Definitely recommend this place for price, service and honesty. If you love your car and don t want to get over charged or scammed, take it to Raz and he will take even better care of it with utmost hard work and honesty.

I reached out to Raz at Briskers about my torque converter issue on my 2010 GLK Mercedes. He was up front with me about everything and made recommendations that saved me a lot of money. Raz is very knowledgeable about foreign cars. I felt like i could trust him right away. He went above and beyond to take care of my vehicle and it is running like new! Mr. Razvan & his staff were such warm, friendly, knowledgeable & a professional team. Briskers Foreign Car Repairs really went above and beyond with my car repairs.He truly was great, I had the best experience in working with Raz, considering I have only allowed Park Place Mercedes to do any type of repairs or work on my E-320.The services & accommodations he provided to my car & myself was nothing short of feeling as I was still at Park Place Mercedes in Dallas, TX.I will absolutely return as a loyal customer indefinitely.

Raz repaired my wife's Volvo, single day service, quality work, and two other mechanics had declined because Volvo's can be difficult. Job well done. Just finished my BMW, set up a drop date based on when I could get away from work, was ready for me when I dropped. Quote for repair took 10 minutes, work competed in 4 hours. Dealer wanted to keep my car overnight for a full day plus more. I'll return and never go to dealer again. I highly recommend Briskers.

Got a Mini Cooper towed in for an abruptly drained transmission. Feared the worst, but Raz & his team were able to replace a few parts and get it back on the road in time for a weekend road trip. I appreciate the repair photos and status updates as well. Just moved to the area so it's nice to have a dependable mechanic near by. Highly recommend!Service: Transmission repair

I came here because of a referral . I needed to replace my catalytic converter and both my oxygen sensors I paid 2278.41 to be exact.. I got my car back in a couple days .. when I got it it was running the same .. gave them a call and he told me maybe it was something else .. I brought my car to Briskers December 2022 and it s March of 2023 I brought it to Mercedes Benz and now they are telling me that neither has been charged.. it looks very old and doesn t look like it has been replaced I m not pleased because now I m at Benz getting the same thing replaced and it s only been 3 months . I feel like someone Is getting over

This is a good shop. Raz seems like a good mechanic and an honest man. The repair was done promptly and properly. The labor rate and part prices were fair. Raz seems like a good guy and I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone with out of warranty foreign.

I've patronized Raz since purchasing my BMW in 2016. He is as honest as the day is long about the condition of your car and all repairs needed. 5 years and never have I been disappointed in his work or his professionalism. He speaks to you frankly about each repair and his prices are the utmost in being fair. He stays packed because of his ability and his honesty. I finally have my permanent mechanic for my 2007 Mercedes Benz, after reading all the great reviews I brought my car in for struts and few other maintenance issues. I can not begin to express how honest, up front and reasonably priced the service from Briskers was. Raz kept me updated with the progress with photos and text every step of the way. If you want to have a trustworthy mechanic that won't tell you that you need unnecessary work done then this is the place hands down to take your vehicle!!! Thank You Raz I'll be return customer.

After my 2007 Infinity G35 overheated on I-10 over 200 miles out, it was towed and repaired by nearest out of town auto dealer. Upon arriving back in NOLA, I discovered engine was not running good as before; Raz and Briskers, after confirming engine compression tested good, found the issues and completed outstanding repair by next day; including replacing 5 Ignition Coil Assy's, 2 valve covers, radiator and breather hoses, and all at a pro-rata fraction of the cost of replacing one Coil etc charged by the out of town Dealer! G35 now humming and running good as new! I was on my first solo road trip (from KY to LA) when my check engine light came on. After calling around and reading reviews, I took my car (2001 Subaru) to Briskers in Gretna. Raz and his team were so incredibly kind and helpful... I truly could not have gone to a better car repair shop! When I got there, Raz promptly ran his own diagnostic on the car and then came and talked to me and let me decide whether I wanted to go ahead and get the replacement part (knock sensor) or not. He didn't try to steer me towards getting the part replaced but left the decision entirely up to me, based on what I was comfortable with. When I decided I wanted to be on the safe side and replace the part, he was very quick to fit me in, and he and his team did everything possible to get me back on the road as quickly as possible. As a result, my car was immediately ready to go, the same day and only an hour after running the initial diagnostic, all for a very reasonable price - and it ran beautifully on the 11-hour drive home to KY! Raz in particular showed concern for getting me home safely, and it was clear how much he cared and how much he and his shop value doing good work for people. Brought my 2007 BMW 328i in to Briskers without an appointment. Raz evaluated it the same day and his evaluation/estimate were consistent with what the dealer quoted a year ago. He had it repaired the next day. During the repair he kept me updated with texts of the repair in progress and kept the replaced parts for my review. If you are in need of a good European auto repair shop for your out of warranty car, Raz does a great job at a reasonable cost. Car is running great now. KC

All of my cars problems were identified and recommended service assessed honestly and fairly. You do not find that type or honesty in the car repair service as with Razvan the owner. His integrity is what impressed me and the level of service and expertise in fixing all of the problems was done right the first time. I highly recommend Briskers Auto Repair to my friends , family and anyone who wants an honest assessment of their cars problems that might arise and fair price for the service to fix the vehicle. Thank you so much for your great service.

I'll have to say that I've had my fair share of mechanics in my lifetime being that I've owned 20 different cars. They all more or less give you the run around and beat around the bush about the condition of your car and if not that they over price their services. But not Briskers Foreign Car Repairs! These guys provide top notch service and see to making sure that you walk in and out of their establishment a happy customer. 10 out of 5 stars!!!Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Auto engine tuning, Brakes, Oil change

I can't thank Briskers enough - I have a 1986 Honda Civic and have had some trouble finding a place to work on her - one place told me point blank to get a new car. She's old and rusty, but I love her beyond reason, I know. When I needed to have the brake lines repaired due to rust, the place that diagnosed her said they couldn't do it and had no idea who could and sent me on my way. Briskers showed me great kindness and respect. They had to make the lines themselves, and had to order special parts. She's running great, and I can't thank them for taking care of both of us. Highly recommend to everyone, especially if your car is part of your family. Thank you thank you!Service: Brakes

BriskersI had gone to dealer for all the work done on my Lexus RX 300, then when a transmission issue came up along with a few other things, and the dealer quote was outrageous, a friend recommended Briskers. That turned out to be the soundest advice. I could not have been in more knowledgeable and capable hands then at Briskers. Raz and his staff are professional, courteous and best of all, I got my car back quickly. They are reasonably priced and the service is excellent. Also did I say, that my car has never run as well as it does now. Which really makes you think what were they doing at the dealer? Can you give a place 10 thousand stars? I just did, thank you Raz you are the best.

I have been a customer of Briskers Auto for over five years.The level of serviceI have received has been consistent and satisfactory. Briskers Auto provide dealership level service without the dealership price. Briskers Auto has completedrepairs on my Lexus and Jaguar.All work completed was diagnosed and repaired right the first time. I highly recommend Briskers Auto to anyone who is in the marketfor a honest auto repair shop. Yes I said honest due to never leaving the shopfeeling like I was overcharged or charged for work that was not needed.Briskers Auto thanks for the five plus years of great service!

After reading many positive reviews on Briskers foreign car repairs I decided to bring my BMW which was in need of some substantial work. Raz was incredible! I received a fast and complete estimate of what was required and he made it work with my schedule. I received daily updates on progress, all work was completed on time and cost was extremely fair. Very rare to find a true competent mechanic like Raz these days....glad I did!

I'm the owner of a 1982 BMW 528E. They don't make cars like this anymore, and it's almost impossible to find a competent mechanic for car this old. I got lucky when I found Brisker's. Raz. Knows. Cars. Sure, he has all the current diagnostic tools, but he has the instinct as well. I've had to bring my car to him twice in the last six months; once for an ac issue and once for a fuel line issue, and both times I have been 100% satisfied with the results. I highly recommend the shop.

I don't usually write reviews, however, I have been to multiple mechanics in New Orleans and this was by far my best experience. Raz was very thorough and accommodating. I definitely will not be taking my car anywhere else, he is so thoughtful and prices were very fair. Highly recommend!

I am so thankful for Raz and the service that he provides! After taking my vehicle to another certified mechanic in the area several months ago (who looked at me with disdain when I mentioned that my car is a diesel), and the issue not being resolved, I made the decision to make an appointment with the Mercedes dealership. They "looked" at the vehicle and after a few hours, text me with what they thought might be the issue, for a grand total of nearly $5,000. This came with the stipulation that they would start there to find what the problem was. A buddy recommended Raz/Briskers, whom I contacted with Mercedes' suggestions. He was determined to find the problem and fix it, and that he did, even finding a major problem that the Mercedes tech did not see, as they had not actually been into the engine. Raz sent photos of the issues/parts and kept me up to date on his progress. In the end, it was only half of what the dealership wanted to charge! His service is impeccable and I cannot say enough good things about him! I highly recommend Raz/Briskers Foreign Car Repair for anyone wanting honest, fair work performed on their vehicle.

Briskers did a fantastic job, we had been jerked around by Acura for almost 2 months and a ridiculous amount of money. We drove our car to Briskers and he was able to fix the problem with our air conditioning. He sent us pictures of everything he did and gave us a great explanation, and his prices were reasonable. I highly recommend !!

I used Briskers for the first time in February 2021. Had some squealing noises coming from the engine area, which was diagnosed within an hour of me dropping the car off. Price to repair was cheaper than what the dealer would have charged me. No BS, no rudeness, and no upselling attempts. I ll definitely go back when I have another problem (knocks on wood).Service: General repairs & maintenance

After seeing the many great reviews for Briskers, I decided to give Raz a call after noticing multiple oil leaks on my 2011 BMW 328i. Raz is incredible! I dropped my car off one morning, and he quickly sent me an estimate before performing the repair. Raz also kept me updated throughout the repair process and even sent me pictures showing the different issues on my vehicle. I will only bring my vehicle to Briskers for now on. Thank you!

I just had some coolant work done on my 2004 Audi TT Quattro and I can t preach about what a great job they did. Fast, friendly, professional and quality work. My other car is a new ford so I ve been looking for a good mechanic for the Audi and I promise I will never go anywhere else to get work done on it. Briskers did a great job if you re looking for work done on any foreign car.

I own a mercedes s 320 and engine began to miss 50 miles before new orleans, Also vibrations in the front. Called Briskers and got appointment. Best decision , he got on it, kept me informed of progress.Very detail orientated, gave me good info on maintaining car. Cars runs better than it has for the last two years. Reasonably priced. No reservations in recommending.

This was a great place to take my car for engine work. Back in November, I had to replace the Engine on my Ford Mustang. I researched other shops in the area and Briskers gave me the best estimate. Raz was very informative and helpful from the start. He also guided me on going about the right way on purchasing a used engine. I brought my car to him and he Outlined what the procedure would be and what to expect during the repair process. He gave me a list of parts that the engine would need when it arrived so I could purchase it myself. This was serious work but they got it done in a surprisingly quick amount of time. He also kept me updated on everything that was happening during the repair process. Months later and I am still very satisfied with the work they have done. Highly recommended.
