7:15 in morning went to get eggs and bacon from hot bar and the lady behind the counter said in a loud rude manner. We are not open yet. I asked how long and she screamed at me I'm busy. Nice start to the morning.

Out of my 2500 mile route this is the worst truck stop we hit. I can't stand that im forced to stop here, they don't deserve the $500 a month I spend on gas. There's never any receipts in the disgusting pumps and I always end up standing in line waiting for the slow and rude attendants to give me my receipt that I need for my write offs. The lot is nasty and the pumps are about as useless and fussy as the people who work the front desk. Horrible attitudes and laziness plague this truck stop, one can only assume management holds themselves to the same standard. I hope the head office sees this and gets this place into shape but I doubt it. TA has gone way down hill.

Absolute Nightmare. Went this morning and got scammed almost $300 Dollars In Diesel by 2 cashiers. I had to call The Corporate Office and file a report. I m sure The Owner of this establishment cannot possibly keep track of all employees. It s probably a good idea to install cameras on your Diesel Fuel Pumps to avoid such issues. Please let me know if any other Truckers have had this problem happen to them!

The only place in town that doesn't read my card chip so I have to go inside. Done stopping here for anything, and I live in this exit. I'd ather go to the QT at exit 8. I can pay for everything with my phone there

Parking lot has some huge potholes. Be careful when exiting ! Inside the TA, you can get a nice haircut from Mr. Henry while listening to his stories. Ladies at the front desk are really cheery and courteous. There is a Subway and a KFC ( coming soon)#PaajiNation

1 star for the price of the food at the deli, 10.99 for only 1 leg quarter, 3.99 for only 1 chicken leg, and 12.00 for only 2 pork chops. They are stupid with the prices. There is no reason to get the meals, the sides taste basic

TA truck center in Greenwood Louisiana service department sucks. We have lights on our trailer that want work and they came out to fix the problem but they did not know what they was doing then the manager came out and pulled them off the job because he had a service call. Do not stop at the TA in Greenwood. Trying to get out of the truck parking area will is a pain because the exit has potholes that will bottom out your truck.

Great place to stop at. People are friendly, store is always clean. The fuel island is clean and parking lot doesn t smell like a bathroom. The showers are clean Carlos does a great job making sure they are nice. Towels even smell clean that s a big plus. Only issue is the Grand Canyon size pot holes.

Has more truck accessories than most TAs. Including the #2 breezeway screen for cascadias. Been looking for this literally everywhere I go but have only seen the #3 until now. So if you need that, here it is!Edit: Now this is what most truck stops need in their women's bathroom. Normal sinks and a vanity so we can do our skincare and makeup. Lol. Bumping up from 4 stars to 5 after seeing this.

April 5th Pumps does not work, no Diesel for the truck, 8 AM they saying pump should start working, No cash advance either. Plenty of parking! I got to make myself feel happy by purchasing sweet cake I took the picture of the box, i m sorry I could not wait and swallowed that cake

No cash advance "at night" and no sign posted of such, so they trick you into fueling without providing normal services.

We had the pleasure of visiting TA Travel Center and had a pleasant experience. As we walked around the store, we did not see any slip or trip hazards, and there were a lot of people at KFC complaining about their order. The ladies working the KFC line were very polite and professional to us and provided us with the condiments we requested."Our Purpose Is Your Blessing"

Clean Bathrooms and Jason fairly priced and all the Sellitti is it time to clean belly downsize and a big truck pulling in that parking lot on the lake driving on the mountain how much are holes rather than that call right I guess I got a good shop lots of parts in it just the big truck parking lot needs a little work

Absolutely the worst display of customer service ever experienced. Excuse after excuse. Over 2 hours of waiting. No 1 in line but me. I just needed 2 tires exchanged to ensure safer travel for myself and other hwy travelers. Ended up leaving after sitting the 2 plus hours watching them shut doors ans stand around talking and laughing instead of taking care of the customer. I will never do any business with TA ever again. There are 2 many other truck stops world wide to do business with vs get this particular sort of treatment.

Since we always stop here I figured I need to leave a review. My husband and I stop here frequently and the staff is always friendly. The restrooms are clean, drinks, snacks and anything else you need are always fully stocked. I haven t eaten anything that the ladies are cooking in there but everything always smells so delicious! So one day I am going to have to try the food out when we have extra time. Otherwise this is a great place to stop at!!

The horror!! Truckers if your truck is of any importance to you DONT bring it here for any type of repair. Eric will personally make sure it is NOT done properly! he is great at that!

I'm not sure about the rest of the store but the Yard Man was pressure washing the fuel Lane and he was doing four which is no big deal. Problem was 4 of the other lanes was people taking their break. I was crazy enough to sit for 23 minutes behind one truck. The driver next to me actually got out of his truck and asked how long I had been sitting there because he had been there about 15 minutes. He went inside and told that girl desk clerk that we still have not heard say one word to us or anyone else and he said in the truck. 8 minutes past I went in and she said they do what (( they gone do what day gone do))). I got out of my truck and just left it there and went in to get something to eat but that stuff had been there all day and was very dry so we just left. Companies have to pay attention to who they hire even with no one actually looking for a job now. Some people just don't have the drive to even get up out of their chair let alone do their job.

Stopped to grab food. Holy cow, the drama. Thankfully I had Lacey helping me. Older lady back there was busy screeching andb!tching so much. Poor way to act in front of customers. Lacey was doing a fantastic job multitasking, got my food, prepping food, and apologizing for her loud abnoxious coworker. She kept a smile and managed her demeanor better than a lot of people could. Very disappointing to see good workers taking that kind of verbal abuse. I'll come back for food, only if Lacey is working. I see that other disrespectful lady, I'll walk right by.

Stay away from the Truck Shop unless you want your problem MisDiagnosed and want to pay for stuff you don't need. From now on, I wouldn't even trust the shop to wash my truck, even if they had a bay for it (Which They Don't). TA OWNER, please call me. I entered my contact info in the website you mentioned and no response from anyone

Front of TA is clean and the attendant's are friendly...but the bathrooms are not very clean. They have a food court with a clean resturant and a Subway. Also has a mini mart.

Decent spot to eat n shower,WATCH OUT FOR POT HOLESOn the ramp and exiting their lot, these pot holes will rock your world.Corruption at its finest, these roads should be free or illegal to travel.

I highly recommend not using these people to service your truck they are very unprofessional and will charge you for services they didn't perform. They also do not know how to use part numbers or vin numbers to find parts. They took mynpqrt off and drove around looking for the part. Charging me for taking it off and putting it back on plus milage. Not to mention, food is overpriced, and employees have a bad attitude.

Showers are spacious, home cooked food and fast food of course, easy truck parking, laundry room, drivers lounge, and friendly staff. 4 stars because, shower room is spacious but the shower stall is crampy and they should add at least 100 more truck parking spaces Lol.
