I am a wheelchair rider and am not happy with my pickup time today. Requested a pickup time of 1 pm and it's now 2:30pm, and im still waiting. Driver called and said he was picking up 2 people and dropping them off before coming to get me. I have been late for previous Dr appointments and had to sit for an extra 2 hours before the Dr could see me. Then another day they didn't come at all.

We were having difficulties with wheelchair accessible transportation and when Mr. Ronnie called me to guarantee a ride for my daughter it was a relief. He's kind, professional, and honestly caring about his company and job. He's been my requested transportation since his call. Needless to say my daughter hasn't missed an appointment since R&R, Mr. Ronnie, has blessed us. Thank you for everything past, presently, and in the future.

Only leaving 1 star because ZERO is not an option! This is a horrible transportation service!!! They have no regards for their customers!!! They will leave them at the doctors office all day!!! We called them repeatedly for 2.5 hours to come pick up this poor elderly man they left here to sit for almost 3 hours!!! Shame on them!!! Also, the woman who answered phone was extremely rude!!! She said she didn't have enough phone battery to call the office to let us know when she was on the way or pulling up...seriously?!?! What kind of person doe not have a phone charger in their vehicle at all times in 2022?!?! Especially when your job requires you to answer calls all day for pick ups!!! Then, when she did arrive she pulled up and supposedly honked, which I did not hear and I sit right by the front door...she didn't even have the decency to come in side to get him and I'm sure her rude self did not even apologize to him!!! NO ONE USE THIS SERVICE!!!!

The driver , (twin) was very polite, courteous, and prompt, We enjoyed the ride ! She's a very alert and cautious driver.

Called on 3 different occasions and he would refuse to pick my wife up and take her to the hospital first time I called he said it was a short notice even thoe I called 3 hours a head of time then the second time I called he Didn't even answer because I was trying to call the day before so it wouldn't be any issues with short notice, the third time I called 7 hours ahead of schedule he said it's a bust day for him he's not gonna be able to pick up .....how you know you to busy and it's 5 am in the morning would never advice anyone to go through this company

The driver of this truck decided whenever he wanted to change lanes whether there was anybody alongside or not he was changing lanes I was in my brand new truck and I made the choice do what I could to evade him crashing into me on three different occasions he was driving South on I-55 through Missouri and exited at the hwy 412
