Bought my tires from the Folsom location! One guy was working and Lynn helped him but he got my tires installed quickly and did a great job!! Definitely recommend!

Will never use these people ever again. No professionalism whatsoever. I brought my car in for an oil change and full service and they didn t even do it and charged me for it. And they didn t tighten my oil filter on all the way. Oil was leaking under my car when I got home. And when there was sludge and oil all over my front seat and door panel when I got in my car. So now my seats are permanently damaged from that

I walked in and let them know I needed a tire changed on my car and in no time I was changed and ready to go. I was also really glad it didn't cost me an arm and a leg, which I will admit, I was expecting. In fact the price was perfect for my budget, $3.46. I definitely recommend Gene's Tire Center for all your tire related issues. Nice benches to have a seat on outside while you wait. Not sure if there's a public restroom.

My Wife bought a new/used car, and badly needed 4 new tires. Being that Gene's is so close to the house I figured that I would send her there...She called me back to let me know that the people working at Gene's are so nice and friendly. She said that the tires are wonderful and very quiet, and I got them for a better price than Wal***t!Thank You for being there to help My Wife out when I wasn't able too..

They rock! Got a good deal on new brakes. They got it done quick. There is a very talented artist there (Photographer). You can see her work while you wait.

The mechanics are very knowledgeable and friendly. They fixed my vehicle in a timely matter and their pricing is very fair.The mechanics are experienced and get the cars in and out quickly Everyone behind the counter is super nice and I cannot say enough about Shannon Holliday. I am handicapped with one leg and she really went out her way to help me. I will definitely take my vehicle here from now on. It was a outstanding experience and I highly recommend Gene's Tire in Franklinton and Thank all of ya'll again. #lovegenestiresfrankliton

Doesn t deserve a one star......needs a zero!!!I have had the worst experience with a mechanic shop ever in my life today at Gene s Tire Center in Franklinton, La. I was treated the worst I ve ever been treated in my WHOLE life by the owner of this shop. I am not from Franklinton and currently living here for school. I have a 2016 Honda Civic that has never been in the shop for anything, still very new. For a few weeks, I have had my low tire pressure light coming. I narrowed it down to my right passenger tire. After Gene s Tire Center patched the hole from a screw today, I looked over my car to inspect it before I left just like anyone else would do. Not thinking I would find anything, there was a huge scuff from the mechanic opening the door and hitting it on the rack and my rim on the tire that was worked on is now ate up and scratched around the edge. I brought both things to the attention to the ladies up front when they sent this man outside to look. All he kept saying was that little scratch? . I told him it wasn t little and showed him. He denied it and said it wasn t there. I told him that my car has never been in a shop repairs nor had tire work done. After going back and forth with this man, he started to yell sue me, whatever! , now get off my property . At this point I had already paid for my services. He continued to SCREAM at me, putting his hand in my face. I repeatedly asked him what his name was and if he was the owner. He just ignored me and kept screaming that all I wanted was something for nothing, which is not true at all! I corrected him when he said that saying that all I wanted was my vehicle to come out of the shop the way it went in!!!!! He continuously got in my face and said that I should just go and do a review online or whatever we do . I guess he s referring to we as in younger adults. I did tell him that my dad has owned a vehicle diagnostic shop for nearly 15 years and I have worked up there and we would NEVER treat a customer the way I was treated today!!! I am purely DISGUSTED with this company and the owner of Gene s Tire Center!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME NOR YOUR MONEY THERE!!!! I understand things happen in a shop and mistakes are made!! This was no mistake, this was an act of carelessness! If compassion and customer service was shown in this situation, I would not be writing this review!!! Like I said I am DISGUSTED, I was treated like scum, like a dog, I was treated so BAD. I still can t believe it!! DO NOT GO ANY GENE S TIRE CENTER LOCATIONS!!!!

Really great staff and the gentlemen in the shop that aligned the truck backed it out and when we started to leave it still had same problem not only did they fix it which took another 35 minutes they were cheaper than anyone in Bogalusa and Franklinton..

Horrible..... had problems with an oil change. The man I spoke with had nasty attitude and horrible customer service skill.I will NEVER spend another nickel with them.

Went there to get a muffler repair job done. Mechanic named Lewis looked at it told me a price and then went on to tell me the job was too hard to do and didn t want to do it. Pathetic

Will never buy tires here again they left lug nuts loose on both front tires of my truck and when I went back and told them something was wrong they said we are getting ready to close bring it back Monday and we will look at it
