My fianc� & I traveled almost 2 hours to buy a 2017 GMC Yukon XL Denali from Performance Dodge. From the minute, we walked into the doors; to the moment we left Andy made us feel like family. We are so thankful for this smooth/easy process that got us back on the road with our new vehicle within hours! Thank you to Andy as well as Mr. Jody!! In November I went to Performance Dealership in Ferriday to look at a pre-owned truck they had on line. I can tell you!! I hate going to a dealership where I all ready know I am gonna be pressured for a sale. This was a totaled different shopping experience. My Salesmen was Andy D. No pressure a grate Man to deal with anything I found that I wanted repaired on the truck was fixed with no questions asked. There was recalls on the truck that was taken care of as well. I give Performance a 5 rating.

Jerry and the rest of the staff were super nice! I had a very pleasant experience at Performance Dodge and would recommend them to my friends and family! Definitely a 10!

Over the weekend I bought a vehicle through an auction where this dealership listed their inventory. They sent me the bill of sale and I traveled from DFW (3hrs) to finalize the purchase and hand the check over. Come to find out, some person at the dealership was sold my ALREADY PURCHASED vehicle. I took a quick look at the reviews for this place and it seems like this error happens far too often. I do not typically write a review for anything. However, let my loss be a lesson to someone who may be interested in purchasing a vehicle here.To the people who run this place, get your unethical practices in check. A SOLD vehicle, should not be up for grabs to anyone else that walks up to you and is ready to sign.

Unfortunately, I cannot leave a great review. By far this is the worst dealership I ve ever dealt with in my life. We got approved for a vehicle, got insurance on vehicle sent all the information over never once did they ask if I wanted to go ahead and sign, we asked if they could deliver the vehicle to us for a fee and they were going to deliver it, but then we a call several hours later and told that something was wrong with the vehicle, and that they could not sell it. Come to find out someone walked in and paid cash. If I had known, I would have made them send me the paperwork immediately to e-sign so this would not have happened to us. This dealership was over 3 hours away from our home this was definitely a lesson to keep our business local. Very dishonest people doing this to someone. I called and spoke with the general manager so this do not happen to anyone else he explained that they bought this truck when the prices were high and that he really needed to sell the truck. I m not sure what in their minds think that I wasn t buying the truck. It was already financed through a company also had to do was on the paperwork. I had proof of insurance sent immediately. He said this truck had been on the lot for quite some time and they dropped the price so they could sell it. Well, I m a customer to, and I in fact was buying the vehicle. The only thing that I had not done at that moment was signed the paperwork and only because no one had asked me to do so.

My Mom (Joyce Peters) had to purchase a vehicle for the first time last month without my Dad's input. It was a stressful time for her made better by the wonderful assistance from Tim Jackson, Danny Barnett & Craig Barber. The service was great from the information received by phone before going to the dealership to the final purchase. She was not overwhelmed or pressured and she is very happy with her purchase. Danny & Craig assisted her before and after the sell and Danny has even followed up on her satisfaction with her purchase by phone as well. She just wanted to let you know that the Staff at Performance Dodge is wonderful to do business with.

When I was thinking of buying a Jeep, I looked at several dealerships on line. Josh from Performance immediately contacted me to see what exactly I was looking for and how much I wanted to spend. He kept in contact with me everyday until he found me exactly what I was looking for. They even delivered it to my house. It was the best and easiest experience buying I ever had.When I needed an oil change and some recall work I tried to schedule online with a local dealer and never heard back from them. I did the same with Performance and they contacted me almost immediately. Josh and Troy worked with me to schedule a date that worked best for me.When I arrived they were ready for me and went to work immediately. Becky in the service department kept me informed and Doug kept me informed with the work he was doing and was very patient.I drive more than a hundred miles to get to Performance and pass other dealerships, but they are worth the drive!!!!They definitely treat you like family.

Such a wonderful experience purchasing a car from this dealership. I lost my vehicle in the flood, saw this one online, made a phone call and Josh Wilkinson was so helpful. I explained my situation, told him what vehicle I was looking at and how much I could spend including tax, title and license. Not only did he make the numbers work, he also made sure the vehicle was serviced, washed, and pulled around waiting for me and had all my paperwork ready so that I could get in and out and back home to Baton Rouge to continue flood recovery with my home. Craig Barber in Finance was also extremely helpful in explaining warranty options to me. Every single person I came in contact with at the dealership was amazingly friendly. Definitely exhibits what a car purchasing experience should be like. Thank you for getting me back behind the wheel of a car for the first time in 2 weeks - nice to have something that feels normal again.

We had a great experience! The sales guys were wonderful! We had 2 guys working with us, Gary Carter and Josh Wilkinson. We couldnt have asked for any better service. Both guys took so much time with us making sure we got what we liked with notes fitting our budget. Gary & Josh made the experience so easy. Not like the usual pushy salesman that insist you get what he thinks you need to get. And I can't say enough about Tim Jackson and everyone at this dealership. They all smile, shake hands and just a pleasant atmosphere. If you are looking for great service, friendly folks and a great deal on a new car, check out this place. I promise you won't regret it! My boyfriend purchased a brand new 2018 Jeep Compass tonight from them and I can honestly say this was the most friendliest dealerships I have ever been to. They didn t try to rip us off or con us into anything. We got pointed to Lori Callon and I couldn t be any more happier with the service she gave us. She pushed and pushed until we got into our new ride and that is how it s done! She was extremely professional and such a sweet lady. Very caring and she made sure we got something! We came in with no hope at all for anything considering we had been to several other places and this was our last hope and she made our experience extremely unexpected! She worked her butt off for us. The rest of the workers were wonderful too! They treated my kids nicely and chatted with us each time they saw us. we just couldn t have had a better experience than what they gave. We highly recommend!

I m from out of town and stopped there while traveling on business through the area with a co-worker. Before traveling we picked up our office s vehicle from a dealership in Baton Rouge because it was making a loud scraping noise. The BR dealership said something was loose and rubbing and reported they fixed it. NOT. While driving the sound returned and although it was 3pm on a Friday afternoon, Performance Dodge brought us straight in, put it on the rack, and correctly diagnosed and fixed the problem of a missing bolt the other dealership had failed to replace. They had us safely back on the road in no time with their personal phone numbers in hand in case we ever had any additional problems. Their service manager and staff were great also. I couldn't be happier with the purchase. Have been talking to these people for several days about getting a vehicle with my trade in. They contacted my husband this morning wanting to know what time I would be there, that the vehicle was ready. I live 3 hours away so at 9:00 I leave and head there. At 11:00 they text my husband saying the vehicle was no longer available they had sold it. Not only am I out of gas as expensive as it is right now but also four and a half 5 hours out of my time. Thanks a lot!

Nice customer serves but after deciding to not purchase my car about 2 times , they helped to work through said issues which resulted in me buying my 2016 Buick Verano .. I love the car the buying process was fairly easy . But I will say , after I purchased the vehicle there was not very much concern about the issues I had right after I purchased . Firstly I had only had the car a few days and my key broke off into my switch . I ended up having to pay for that myself . Also , my two back tires were no good when I purchased the car . I let them know that, nothing was done . These issues arrived DAYS after I purchased my car and NOTHING was done about it. I had to come out of my pockets to pay for a new key and 2 new tires, non of which were my doing . This does not sit right with me at all considering the fact that I had already traded my car in on top of paying a down payment. And I know someone that just purchased their car from performance and is having the same issue.. I will try to call performance and reason with them once again. But the way things are going they are really making me not trust them to care about my situation and making me feellike they just wanted to sell a car and that s all ! If they reach out or something is done about the situation then I will update my review accordingly

Had a great buying experience. Salesman Josh Wilkinson was very patient with me since I had only a vague idea on which suv I wanted. Let me test drive & look over at least 6 different vehicles. He answered all my questions & explained the differences between each one. I think he was the best salesperson for me. I have left dealerships before & never returned because the salespeople were not helpful, not patient & were way too pushy.
