Everyone at Perry Pitre Ford was caring, knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to listen and answer any questions I had throughout the process of purchasing a vehicle. No one was ever pushy at all. Everything was explained clearly and my salesman, Andrew, made sure I was comfortable with every decision before proceeding. I could not have asked for better service! Definitely recommend!

We own 2 Fords and we love having them serviced at Perry Pitre Ford. It is very convenient for us because they are still open when we get off of work. We can drop the vehicle off and pick it up without having to miss any work which is important to us. Everyone that we have ever had to deal with over there is very nice and that means a lot to a customer.

Bought my 15 900 Trail RZR here after someone stole my 570 Trail. Got it with a wench for less than I paid for the one I bought from lafayette powersports. Very good people here. Just an update. My 900 Trail RZR is still running great and will be dropping it off back to the dealership for a routine maintenance checkup. I'll be doing my own maintenance for the next few rounds of oil changes.

Great experience in the sevice department we were passing through town and our check engine light came on. They got us right in to diagnose the problem. Part was not available so they drove to another dealership to get the part and had our truck back to us same day. We give them a big thumbs up.

The people and staff here are friendly and knowledgeable. It feels just like a small town dealership should. They have just about everything you need here from Ford to Polaris. No need to look anywhere else.

I wouldn't even give one star. 1st. Had a problem with my Ford F-150 ecoboost, a quick replacement of a simple pigtail for the MAP sensor (which they severely overcharged for). 2, my truck was at this shop for 6 weeks.... 6 weeks!!! They finally called to tell me they couldn't figure it out. Brought it to a better dealership and before I left the lot they had it fixed and running right. 10 minutes! Bc Perry Pitre wired the pigtail wrong and couldn't even identity their own mistake. I wonder if they even looked at my truck at times. Completely incompetent and by far the worst mechanics and dealership I've ever dealt with. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

very disrespectful and appeared to not want anything to do with us. Was very rude and unprofessional. Had no interest in making a sale. Will never let anyone I care about do business with them. Worst experience of the entire day and after 8 other dealerships.

Waited at what turned out to be the wrong counter. Twp Guys behind the counter never acknowledged me until the one got through with the customer ahead of me even though there was another window he could have opened. Once they did speak to me, no acknowledgement of my wait time. Very poor customer service.

I BOUGHT A NEW FORD TRUCK FROM THESE PEOPLE, I DID NOT WANT THE BED SO THEY SAID THEY WOULD GIVE ME $300.00 OFF THE PRICE, BUT WHEN I DECIDED TO KEEP THE BED, I WENT TO THE DEALER AND PAID THEM THE $ 300.00 BACK, ONLY WHEN CHECKING MY ACTUAL PAPERWORK, THEY DID NOT CREDIT ME THE $ 300.00 SO THEY STOLE IT FROM ME AND I HAVE NEVER GOTTEN IT BACK, ON TOP OF THAT, THEY SOLD ME A DEFECTIVE TRUCK. DOCUMENTED BY FORD MOTOR COMPANY, I HAD TO SUE THEM AND THEY DIDN'T HAVE PROPER INSURANCE TO PAY ME OUT AND THEIR OTHER POLICY HAD LAPSED. I gave them one star which they didn t deserve...I made an appointment to get an alignment spoke to them twice got there they claimed to didn t have an appointment..the guy said they could do the alignment the other guy said well I guess I can t go get breakfast now...I waited over an hour for them to come let me know that their machine was broken that they couldn t do the job...this place is a joke...I wouldn t recommend it to anyone
