Very horrible me and my boyfriend brought his truck there on a Saturday ,it s been over a week haven t call haven t even touched his vehicle I told him to go pick up is truck .these people have the nerve to not even had done the diagnostic test to see what exactly was wrong with the vehicle. He went pick it up they did not care no remorse. Concern are caring the world. I DONOT RECOMMEND

This place is absolutely horrible. Brought the wife's car in. They did a horrible job. The alignment they did was so bad ate up her tires. Had a check engine light on they told me it was because I installed the battery wrong. They cleared the check engine light it came back on went to autozone it was her auxiliary battery in the trunk and they couldn't figure that out at a mechanic shop. If u want to just give your money away go here bc after they work on your vehicle u will need someone else to fix it right

Service department needs some customer relations skills. Everyone that I spoke to is dry and does not really seem to want to help you.They just do it because that is what gets the check signed at the end of the pay period.Sales department is top notch no complaints.

Salesman was great. He got us the best deal from the start without any hassle. The financial office was quick and got us the best interest rate she could find. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. Will definitely recommend friends to shop at John R Young.

Don't buy a car from JRY, especially from Caleb Cormier.Here was my issue:Bought a 2014 Jeep Cherokee for 14k.Before purchase, Jeep made a noise. Caleb said it was the exhaust as his truck made the same noise. He said there was no issues.After purchase, Brought Jeep to a shop. Shop said it was not exhaust. Might be the lifter in my engine tapping.Brought Jeep back to JRY. Told them this. Turns out 2 valve rocker arms were sunken. They replaced all 12. I, also, made them so a general check over. All good they said.5 min into drive home, there is a new noise. Call and schedule appointment with JRY for another general check over to see what this noise is.Day of appointment, go to shop and pay them to do a general check over. Discover my rear shocks are bad. Go to JRY appointment, but they send me home and tell me to come tomorrow.Come next day and drop off car. They call me 20min before closing to tell me nothing is wrong. Tell them shocks are bad. They say they 'rechecked' them and they are not bad.Next morning, bring Jeep back to shop and ask them to double check. They are bad. Grease leaked all the way out and car bounces on rack.Immediately bring Jeep to JRY. Tell them this. Caleb says he talked to his General Manager yesterday and they will no longer cover my stuff. Funny timing, huh. Since they made me miss and day and come back later.Caleb told me that they only fixed my valve rocker arms bc it wad an issue that was existing when I drove off the lot. Apparently that doesn't apply to my rear shocks. Caleb told me that the bouncing in my Jeep is normal as his does it too. I reminded him that my exhaust made a noise like mine too.I asked to speak to General Manager, that he made the decision with to no longer cover my vehicle, but he is apparently out hunting in Texas. Funny timing, huh.Overall:Lied to me about issues. Fixed an issue (probably bc paper work wasn't submitted yet). They submit paperwork before I get my vehicle back while this issue was being fixed. Suddenly, now that paperwork is submitted and another shop says I still have an issue, they want me to pay for it. Funny.Also, they bad a cute attempt of hiding chips in the paint by coloring it in with a marker of the same color.Also, I cleaned my car after I bought it and brown stuff was coming off the dash and steering wheel, so they don't do super deep cleans either.

Had to have some warranty work done on my pickup a week before our scheduled vacation. The service department told me that the part needed for me to tow my rv was backordered. However, they were able to get the much needed part and made it happen. Thanks for the great service!!

I have never bought a vehicle there, but I get my GMC Acadia serviced here and am very pleased with the experience. Workers are very knowledgeable, and courteous. I also have brought wrecked cars to the body repair shop here and have always had great results. I also use their towing service exclusively. I have had them pick me up from Rayne and tow my car all the way back to Eunice for very reasonable rates. All in all a very good place to have your vehicle serviced.

Great experience...will not hesitate to go back or recommend. Donnie the sales guy was great and helped with any questions. Got us in and out in prob less than an hr and a half total. Great job.

I called today around 8 o clock this morning for a price to do an oil change on my vehicle. The person in the service department didn t know how much it would cost. She transferred me to the parts department. I left a message with my name and number letting them know what I wanted. It s after 7PM and I m still waiting for someone to return my call.

I went there for a service tracking stability light and a check engine light after working on my vehicle (an oil change was done along with other work) the mechanics neglected to place oil back into the vehicle. The receptionist is very kind and friendly but the lady who works in their service department was cussing rude and unprofessional. Once my car let me know it did not have oil they then repaired their mistake only to have to bring it back there for an alternator in which was under warranty. But of course they are very rude and unprofessional the business tried to over charge my insurance and double charge me probably because I m woman. If you value your vehicle do not let these people work on your vehicle. The service is HORRIBLE !!! I haven t visited the Baton Rouge store but PLEASE CONSIDER TAKING YOUR BUSINESS ELSE WHERE IN EUNICE, LOUISIANA. John R. Young in Eunice are crooks

I live in Baton Rouge and I've been searching for a vehicle for awhile. I came across one of the vehicles on this lot for a decent price. I called to get more information on the vehicle and I was assured that it was in great condition. So I proceeded to drive an HOUR AND A HALF out to Eunice to purchase the vehicle and come to find out, it needed a new air compressor. Long story short, I wouldn't waste your time with this car lot.

Very reasonable good service nice people they let you know whats really going on with your car and they don't pressure you like most do like they just don't go head and do the work and surprise you with an outstanding auto bill thats way out your reach so if you want good service I advise yall to check out John R Young cheverolet Buick and gmc and im pretty sure they have good sales on their automobiles

They're so rude when it comes to trying to buy a car. When I went I had $5,000 cash down payment and my credit score was 720 and they tried to tell me they couldn't sell me a car without my mother cosigning. I am 20 years old and my mom lived in Colorado at the time and I pay most of her bills for her. Then when I said no to that they sold the car I wanted to someone else and tried to sell me a piece of junk car for almost $3,000. So I went somewhere else and got me a 2011 chevy impala the same day and haven't missed a payment yet.

Nightmare of a place, rude, dishonest and just looking to make a buck. I'm in the market to buy a 2017 truck but I wouldn't buy there if it was the last place on earth, I would rather drive a Prius. And the service department is even worse they wil say things r Wong with your vehicle that aren't. Don't know how they are still in business.......
