Smug employees who can't even check inventory correctly. I wasted time and gas to pick up a part I already confirmed was there, and then had to deal with the rude employees attitude over her mistake. I'll drive a little further to Walker South road where the employees can actually answer a simple question correctly.

I had a battery emergency and also needed my alternator checked. Rod took care of me and provided excellent customer service! Highly recommend this store, even if you're in a pinch.

If closing hours is at 10pm why would I get told that all computers at shut down at 9 pm that they are no longer allowed to sell me anything I work road side assistance and my company spends thousands a month but get told that they can t help cause the shut everything down at 9 I had to call another orielly and they said that the only reason they said that was cause they don t like to work at this location

I don't know anything else about this store (first time at this location), but Moises is a treasure!! He helped my daughter and me find all the bulbs we needed for the used vehicle she just bought, and he also put them in for us! This is why I shop at O'Reilly and not other car part stores.

I'm only giving this review 1 star because of one experience. The rest of the times I've been here were pleasant and nice. But this last visit has made me take my business else where. I came in for one simple part and was treated rude with a dash of disrespect with my wife. The gentlemen who was helping us, got our part. The most expensive one, mind you without giving us other options. When I told him I wasn't paying said amount for something that's usually less than half the price of what he wanted me to buy. He argued with me and acted disgusted like I was subhuman for even considering it. I greeted him with respect and continued respectfully with him the rest of the time I was in the store. But I've never been judged by someone in an auto parts store like I had been that day. Completely unnecessary attitude and disrespect for my wife and I. I understand he might have been having a bad morning. But if you can't handle talking to people and helping people, there's no reason you should work retail. Will never go back.

The absolute worse experience I've ever had buying parts. I came into this store 2 different times for break pads for my van. Both times I was sold the wrong breaks. I tried to call and resolve the issue just for them to act like they had no idea what they were doing. I will not be going back ever.

A sales team member took the time and exchanged a dead battery for a new one in my car. The battery was in a difficult location but he was able to swap it. The store has superior service for all my automotive needs.

The only part store I like to go to. Through the years I have noticed I ve had to bring parts back because of wrong order. Not putting down other part stores. They have upped their game. Oreillys to me just have a litttle more knowledge

Very knowlegeable staff. Can help you find what you need, plus offer suggestions related to car problem troubleshooting and repair. Watched one of the older workers explaining the purpose of certain parts to a new employee, to help make them a better employee.

Great help with knowing what I was looking for. The employee actually took me to the item and showed me the choices. All of the shelves werre well stocked and clean.
