Made an appointment 6 days in advance and they had the car for 2 days and did even look at the vehicle and gave zero update. They obviously don t need or want business so I will take it elsewhere.

Always fast, knowledgeable and reliable. The receptionist is very helpful and she really knows her orders/customers. She has great multitasking skills and is the key to their success I apologize for not knowing her name.Great prices too.Highly recommend

They had my car for 3 days trying to diagnose my car trouble, never called and gave an update. I finally went got my car and bought it to another shop, they were able to diagnose my problem within an hour. What a waste of time for them to have my car!

They told me 45 minutes to 1 hour for an alignment. After making me wait for an hour and a half they came in 10 minutes before closing time and said they didn t have the time to do the alignment. I won t make that mistake again!

Excellent people ready to help you out. Been using them for over 20 years. No complaints. They fixed my tractor tires. Hard to find anyone who does that anymore.

We've used Live Oak to keep my family's vehicles running for the last fifteen years or more. They're the only shop I really trust. They've always been outstanding for us and they've remedied every problem we've ever thrown their way, usually quickly and in a very professional manner. Even met me up there on a Saturday morning once so I could pick my truck up when they were closed. Great people and really good mechanics - prices aren't bad at all.

6/24/2019 Yes, the front desk receptionist was indeed very friendly. However, I was lied to by Live Oak Tire in hopes of me buying a new tire when I asked for and only NEEDED a repair via a reputable tire company based out of Central that I visited an hour later. This isn t an advertisement so I won t name the company that gave me what I asked for and what my tire required, about an $80 difference. Live Oak Tire tried to take advantage of me, probably because they thought I didn t know any better. I will not be returning and I hope this saves someone out there a little $$$.

Kind and patient service, were willing to stay an hour after closing to make sure I could get my car back before the weekend, did excellent work that made my car feel smoother to drive than it ever has before, and all at a reasonable price. 10/10, could not recommend more.

Thanks to Robbie and his mechanic for literally rescuing us and the horses on the side of I-75 in the dark. These guys went well beyond the call of duty helping us with tire replacements at midnight. Shout out also to the Florida Ag Station who didn't hesitate to recommend Robbie when we called in a panic. We are so grateful for everyone's help.

Very friendly and quick. I was very surprised that they put a plug in my radial tire and didn't patch it from the inside as other tire repair shops do. Just hope I don't get a bubble.

I have only had tire issues, but they are the type of repair shop you want to take your car. Friendly, professional, and good rates. The workspace alone gives you confidence at why you went there in the first place.

I spent almost $1,000 dollars having my vehicle fixed at Live Oak, then another $400 somewhere else fixing a problem that they caused. It was an expensive lesson, but at least I know where not to take my vehicle.

I went in for new tires and breaks. I told them there was a squealing sound when I used the breaks. They of course got me new tires, and told me my breaks were fine and I had over 60% life on them still. I assumed the squealing was normal. On the next holiday weekend the breaks started gushing break fluid out of the back drum breaks. I can only guess that they only checked the front disk breaks. I'm glad they didn't try to rip me off, but not checking the back breaks after I said there was a noise isn't a very extensive check.
