If I had the option to give this place zero stars I absolutely would. All of them were rude as hell. Took no accountability for their actions. Old man messed up my tint with his blade because he had an attitude & they weren t willing to fix it because I had an attitude If you re reading this.. run go somewhere else, you ll be thankful you did!

Brought in a JL W7 10 with a factory box, they told me exactly what I needed, even when I threw on the door speakers last minute, they got me with a clean install, excellent door speaker choice for the options available, and a perfect match on the amp. 10/10 would recommend, the stang will be back for more work 100% (videos photos will be uploaded later)

Great work done at a fair price. I was in town visiting a friend when my car stereo was acting up. I ended up replacing my entire system. Innovation Audio not only did a fantastic job but went above and beyond to complete my system so I could go back home. Thank you Innovation Audio for your hard work!

I would give no stars if I could TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE he was rude from the minute me and 2 other customers walked in sir it ain t my problem your computer was down but you don t take it out on your customers I was going to spend a lot of money in there today but I took my business else where where s it s appreciated!

Very good work done here. I had a full system put in, head unit, door speakers, amplifier and subwoofers. Great quality work and done all in a few hours, same day. They had everything that my RAM 1500 would need to put subs under the back seats. Definitely would suggest this place if you want it done right the first time.

Really good folks over there! We're fairly new to the area and when we needed a new radio put in our car they explained all of the options that the different units had and didn't just try to sell us the highest priced unit. They saved us money, it is just what we needed, and they did a great job with the installation. We highly recommend Innovative to everyone!As soon as they reopen, I want to be one of the first customers to get a radio and tinting in my new truck!

This place is a joke. Very unprofessional. I called 3 days before to get a price quote, I made sure to let them know I was coming for them to do a $700 job to surprise my wife for Easter with Remote Start on her vehicle. I showed up at 10:15 after driving about an hour to see them for them to tell me they can't do what they agreed to do. I waited 45 minutes for them to finally talk to me even though most were just walking in and out the back. I planned it all ahead for this exact reason. I even offered to pay for the job over the phone ahead so they knew for a fact I was coming. I get a sarcastic "I'm sorry" from Jason. If that's the attitude they have at this place I'm happy they didn't do any work on my vehicle. To think I was going to bring them my other $90K vehicle for them to do work some custom work on it. Thanks for saving me the headaches of dealing with you. Maybe next time you'll keep your "no appointment" policy on check since I showed up and you didn't come through with your side of the deal that we scheduled. I'll take my business elsewhere. I knew there was a reason I always went to Mobile One in Covington or Metairie. Must be nice not being the business owner to pass up on an easy $500 100% profit considering what I was buying sells online for $100 and you probably bought it for $80 with an attitude. Never coming here...save your time and money and buy what you want online and YouTube how to install it. Save yourself time and money.

Called at 10:15am after opening and inquired about removing my two front window tint and was informed to come on in and no appointment was necessary. Came in to the store at 11:15am and was told the guy who does the removal of the tint was busy and wouldn't be available till 2 or 3pm. The guy at the register was rude and had his friends in and you could tell he would rather be talking to them than assisting customers. It took 10 minutes to just get him to inform me what time to bring my car in. I will NOT be bringing my car in at 2 or 3pm!!!!I wouldn't have come in if I was told over the phone that it was going to be in the afternoon. I left Innovative and am deciding to take my business else where.

Took care of me as always, answered whatever questions I may have had without biased reasoning or trying to make more money. Great place to shop and get professional installation done. Knowledge of audio equipment over the top and untouched in this part of the country hands down. Once again, thanks guys will be back everytime, every need and recommend to anyone who ask.

I went here to get my in dash tv installed,because I was very pressed for time. The manager took care of my vehicle for me. when I got my vehicle back, i was thoroughly impressed with the speed, and detail of the job. It was a flawless install, Ive gone to other places to have the same work done, but never has one of the other guys not damaged something in my car. Innovative did their job right the first time. Thats why I went back 3 days later and had them install a new keyless entry, and alarm. yet again great job. I'll be back soon to get them to put some tint in next.

These guys are easy to find and have a first class showroom. They have equipment that satisfies all price points for auto, marine & home.I found them professional and affordable.I would recommend them to the novice or the guru.

I brought my truck here to get some audio work done. When I got it back, it reeked of cigarette smoke. It took me all day to get most of the smell out and it was still lingering. Later that night, my sub stopped working, so I called them in the morning and told them about it, and mentioned that my truck smelled of cigarette smoke. They didn't seem to care much about the smoke smell but told me they would make sure they wouldn't smoke near it and to bring my truck back in. They fixed the sub issue, but once again I got my truck back with a strong smell of cigarette smoke. It does seem like they stand behind their work, considering I was able to get it fixed hassle free the next day. But businesses you should be sending cars out smelling like smoke. I'm worried now that I will always have that smell in my truck and Im trying to find the best way to get rid of it. I will not be using them again.

When i called they said 159.99 to do a tint job on my car. They could have told me 159.99 for a legal tint car job. And could have told me it didnt come with front winshield strip. Which in other estimates it came with the package. And could have said its $30 extra. Which is totally crazy. Thats how much a whole regular window would be to do. And its just a small strip. I get there and the place looks closed. But there is 3 employees inside. Which didnt look or seem like they wanted my business at all. I know i got there late like 4:30 they close at 6. However i have checked around and it doesnt take that long to do a tint job on my car. Small 2 door car. And with 3 people would have been so fast. So i waste time driving up there to find out my $159 tint is actually $220. Which in my estimates was on the high end. I felt like i was being swindled to get me to leave. Or just trying to sucker me. Plus he told me he could do all windows at 20% and it would be legal and fall into what i was told on the phone $159. But 20% isnt legal either. So 5% should be same price. Very confusing. and being told on phone would have been useful that 5% didnt come with warranty either. Technically the 20% shouldnt have a warranty either. Just was on website it clearly says they have lifetime warranty on all tint applications. He told me 3 year. So which is it??

Returned radio we truly believed defective. Man said it was our fault, or my truck's fault, or the cold weather's fault... But he said he would send it back to manufacturer. Then insisted I pay a 20% "restocking fee". I said you're not restocking it, you're sending it back. He said it costs money to sell it, it costs money to run my card, it costs money to ship it back... So not only did I end up paying 40plus dollars for no radio and that time I'll never get back, but now I gotta waste time doing this hoping it helps warn people what they may be in for there.

Came to this place o 5-13-16 to get my windows tinted. When I got my car back the door trim was messed up the tint had all kinds of bubbles in it and the front and rear glass had trash between the tint and the glass. The small window on the passenger door was cut to small. I came back the following Monday and talked to the owner he said they would fix the piece that was cut to small.I came back on 5 25 16 they replaced the piece that was cut short and when they did they cut up my door trim on the outside of the car. Also he told me that he would not redo the pieces that had trash between it. He told me that nothing is perfect and glass is not perfect and neither is my car. I have a 2015 civic si coupe I bought it about 5 months ago. I have pictures of everything that is messed up . This people do porr quality of work and do not stand behind what they do.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The back deck speakers look like a blind man installed them. Shotty workmanship. I will never go back here nor would I recommend. Go somewhere else if you like things done right.

I've delt with this company a few times on a few minor and major things. I've also been in there and hounded them for information and didn't purchase anything. They were alway nice and ver informative. I plan on doing business with them again this Saturday to install a multimedia head unit in my truck.

Poor quality everything. sold me a 20 amp fuse for a 2000 Watt amp that blew in one day. gave me a kit rated for 1000 watts even after i told them i was running 2000 watt amp and not only that my fianc� brought my car up there to run a new wire and they unhooked my power wire bc it was disconnected and stole my in line fuse and was rude to me and my fianc�. terrible place sells low quality speakers and equipment.

Ok so I go Tuesday spend close to 300 dollars on stuff to hook my Jensen I bought from them get it hooked and wasn t working I call them thinking hey since I sm I bought everything from them I told them about static and asked if they could look at it they said sure it would cost 85 dollars just for them to look at I called music express told them issue kid you not I spen no money before going and he said bring it up I asked how mucherebradiobis fixed innovative sell expensive trash
