Brought my car in after being rear ended. The State Farm rep was wonderful, we were kept up to date, everything was handled seamlessly. My car was complete in under three weeks and the work was fantastic.

Chads painted and repaired my Classic 90 Mazda Miata. He met with me the same day I called and by the end of the day he had my insurance claim and parts ordered. He did a great job and treated it like his own classic car. He paid attention to the details and even painted the door jams. There were no flaws in the paint at all. Best customer service experience we have had in a while. I needed my front bumper repainted as it had numerous chips in the paint and a large area where the clear coat had come off. Chad's gave us a very reasonable price, the car was ready ahead of schedule and the paint job looks great. Even though they were not making a lot of money off of us, when we picked up our vehicle they sincerely thanks us for our business. We really felt like our business was appreciated. When I got in my car, it smelled amazing!! They put 2 air fresheners in my cup holders. Nice touch!! They will get any business I have in the future and I will definitely recommend them to friends and family. I posted a before and after pic of my bumper.

Took a little longer than expected but that is 100% understandable with parts and all that being ordered. Body work was phenomenal and looks brand new! They even cleaned the inside of my vehicle, left it smelling fresh and I swear they inflated my tires to the proper psi or balanced them because it rides better now. Communication was great and always answered calls to update status! Amazing collision center and body work shop! 100% reccomend!Service: Body & Trim

If you're looking for top quality and even better customer service go to Chad's Collision Center. His team did outstanding body work on my vehicle after an accident and it looks better than the original. They ordered OEM instead of after market parts. The fender needed replacing on my vehicle. A friend had recommended Chad's Collision Center. I took my vehicle there and received an estimate that day. I took my car there the next day, and the repairs were completed ahead of schedule. Also the price for the repairs was very reasonable. Chad and all the people working there were very nice, professional, and informative. It was a great customer service experience. They also detailed my car, and it looked like a new car. It not only looked beautiful, but also it smelled great. They left scented air freshners in my car. I'm going to recommend them to all my family and friends.

I highly recommend Chad's Collision if you ever need any auto body repairs done to your vehicle.They did an exceptional job repairing my wrecked vehicle. The experience from start to finish was wonderful. The work was done in a very timely manner and I am amazed how perfect the vehicle looks now. The office was always in contact with me to give me updates and to answer all my questions.� I can definitely tell that this business takes pride in their work.

I just got my truck back from Chad's and the whole experience was great. The work was done quickly and it looks like new. My truck came back cleaner (inside and out) and better smelling than when I left it with them. After I filed my claim with the insurance company, Chad's even dealt with them throughout the process so I never had to talk to the insurance agent again. I'd absolutely recommend them to anyone asking for a body shop.

AMAZING! I hit a tire on the interstate and needed my front fixed on my brand new car. I was so upset until I went and got an estimate and felt comfortable and confident with them. They fixed my car and it came out looking PERFECT again! They are the best! I'll forever bring my car here! They were the friendliest, trustworthy, Professional, easy going people! I had a huge job. I was worried that the vehicle was going to be a total loss, but they assured me that they could have it repaired and have me up and going soon enough. Once my vehicle was towed to their shop, they had the estimate done by the end of the day and the parts were ordered and they had started to work on it quickly. By no time I had my vehicle. I never had to call to check up on my vehicle because before I could call they were calling me to give me the update. The staff there is friendly and very helpful. I would highly recommend their center. Thanks for taking care of my vehicle, while in your care.

Staff was very friendly and eager to help. Just needed a rear fender changed that I messed up. Dropped it off on Monday and it was ready on Friday. The repair looks great! They also detailed my Silverado inside and out before I picked it up. It is a 2015 with little over 100,000 miles. Feel like I have a new truck now. Think I will keep it for a while. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing repairs.

The expert service and friendly atmosphere is the reason I would recommend Chad's Collision to anyone that needed body work. The paint match and body work was done so quickly that I was only without my truck for a little over a week.

My car had a couple of places where the paint was peeling off. I needed it fixed but i wanted someone good so the paint would match. My son told me Chad was the best so I brought it to him. I am extremely happy with the job he did. The paint matches perfectly! Everybody is so nice there, it was a pleasure doing business there. If I ever need any kind of paint job I'm bringing it to Chad!

Very thorough & quick service. I have actually had to go to Chad's twice in a very short amount of time due to two "not at fault" accidents. Ashley was extremely helpful getting me back in my vehicle as quickly as possible, navigating through the supply chain crisis to make sure she could keep her promise to me the client. They fixed my car beautifully! They kept me updated regularly on the status. Only problem was that it took 2 1/2 weeks to get my car back. It wasn t their fault, they found more work that needed done and had to wait on insurance approval. Very knowledgeable and helpful people!

Don t even bother. My car was in the shop for a month and they kept giving me the run around every time I called. Told me it would be done one day and then when I showed up to get the car they said it would take a couple more days. I don t care that it takes a month to fix, I just needed a solid answer on when it was going to be done and they just couldn t give me one.

Had an auto accident right before Christmas. Not my fault but still upsetting. I took my car to Chad's Collision Center on Cane Market Rd. They had me fixed up in no time and did excellent work on my car. I couldn't be more pleased and I highly reccomend them to everyone. Professional and friendly.
