Our entire experience was great at Bass Pro. Cheryl was a great salesperson and very knowledgeable. Gwen in the financial department was swift and helpful explaing all the paperwork.And Tom(I believe) in the maintenance department was professional and friendly to help explain the ins and outs of our new boat. I highly recommend this Bass Pro shop.

UPDATED: I spoke to the General Manager and the Service Manager who were both exceptional. We now have an appointment to bring the boat in for repair and hopefully get some resolution.This experience was a disaster from the beginning. The process of buying the boat took weeks and they were not responsive at all when we had questions. No one was friendly at all. When we finally finished all of the paperwork and went to pick u the boat, they were late getting it ready and then when they went to show us the boat the engine trim wasn't working. The 2 guys in the service center were great and worked really hard to get that fixed and it was after 5 when they did. Because it was so late they didn't go through the rest of the boat with us so when we took it out on the lake the next day we realized that none of the auxiliary power worked so no stereo system, no phone chargers, no lights, no fish/depth finder. We called them to see if we could bring it back, (this is a 1 1/2 hour drive for us) and they were really resistant to getting it in and getting it fixed. They have consistently been rude. It is very frustrating that we paid 50k for a boat that doesn't work properly and they are unwilling to help us get it fixed. We brought the boat home the first week of June and it is still not fixed.
