It was horrible ,first I was sold the wrong brake pads,then they couldn't get me the right ones because they didn't know the difference in the pads,I just left and went to OReillys

We needed a quick bulb put in to get our inspection sticker, and they were not only helpful in finding the right product they explained in detail how to change it out. We were able to change our bulb within minutes.

Usually everyone is nice! This go round I was trying to see if they had a plug kit for a tire. The guy was rude and said we do not do that! I told him I understand I just wanted to know if you had the kit.

I've been to many Auto Zones that really had some rude and inattentive staff, but this one was truly great. The people in there really helped me find everything I needed and also told me where I could get my Jeep fixed for a reasonable price. This Auto Zone has been the best one I've been to in a really long time. So if you need anything for your vehicle and want someone to actually help you go check them out.

They had three people working - looks like they had two people in front of me getting their battery looked it - I needed mine checked too, but was hard to even get anyone to acknowledge me - waited over 10 minutes and didn't appear to be any closer to being waited on - left and went to O'Reilly and was done in minutes

8/21/18 around 5:30 pm I stopped by this AutoZone to get a few things for my A/C. This place is normally my go to for parts, tools, etc. considering Advance A/P doesn't stock as much and O'Reilly's is more expensive (for same parts). I grab my items, 3 cans Freon @ 8.00 ea., 1 bottle of UV dye 8.00, and a charge hose for the dye 11.00. As I'm standing there the manager and his employee both are helping customers. No problem I'm waiting my turn. The employee is busy with his customer pulling his parts. The manager however is shooting the breeze with his customer, trying to determine why AutoZone doesn't sell Gates belts!!?? The phone rings, manager answers and tells the customer on the phone he has to put them on hold for a while because he is helping someone and there is someone in line behind his customer (meaning me). So I'm still cool, waiting for my turn. Once the manager and customer finish their debate on belts and rebranded Duralast parts the customer is rung up and pays for his part then goes out to work on his car in the parking lot. So now 5 - 10 minutes have passed and I'm thinking it's my turn, NOPE manager proceeds to pick up the phone and look up a part for the customer on the phone. They are looking for a thermostat. Maybe I'm looking at this wrong, but I'm in line with at least 40.00 worth of items to purchase and you help someone on the phone that may not purchase AT ALL????? At this point I placed my items back on the shelf and left. The manager never checked up, kept trying to find the thermostat. Boy I hope they bought it, otherwise you lost 2 sales ( mine and his). So needless to say I will be looking for another "go to" for my parts needs. BTW the manager I'm referring to is a tall slender white guy with glasses, I think he may drive that Green Bay Packer ford truck. Hopefully this experience will encourage AutoZone upper management to look into this stores customer service.

Despite being a little busy they checked my battery and my alternator and recommended a new battery. They took out the old battery and installed the new one for free.

Real good place and friendly staff the staff member even gave my uncle his senior citizen discount and he started singing to her You Are My Sunshine when she gave him a senior citizen discount Terry Smith.

Went here a few times to get my brother some parts for his truck. The staff were friendly and very helpful, and it's a good location. The prices are comparable to any other auto parts store.

My sister -in-law who is here from out of town, from Houma, La. Came there to buy a water pump, gasket and anti-freeze, 1st they were never greeted by anyone when they walked in, then she saw a sign for Anti freeze that was on sale 2 for $6. But for 1, it was $17.99 but did the guy there once say to anyone, that if you buy 2 you can get both for $6? NO, instead she unknowingly purchased one $17.99, so she got home told me about her experience and I told her to return the anti-freeze that I had some at home she can have and he also NEVER said the water pump comes with a gasket you don't have to buy one separate, so that was anther $11.99 added that we didn't need. We needed another part so decided to try O'Reilly Auto Parts in Watson, she was Greeted by a nice woman instantly up on her walking in, then they treated her awesome and KNEW what the hell they were talking about and all the while the Manager at Auto Zone was smoking a cigarette outside while I am guessing the New guy had a long line then put my sister in law to the side so he could handle other customers because his line was too long because the Manager had to have a god damn smoke!!!!! You won't ever get my business again!!! You may think 1 customer may not matter, but trust me one at a time starts to add up, then all your business goes to O'Reilly Auto Parts because, they are out doing your asses in customer service and Knowledge of auto parts and sales!!!!

They do not have the locking has cap that fits my truck. After they had to order it. Need to take it back.
