The staff was helpful. I just have to go elsewhere because Walmart goes by the letter of the law. They can only put the size tire that the car came with from the manufacturer. It's a stupid law so you can't blame Walmart.

I had the pleasure of going here several times the guys that work outside are very helpful always ready to assist you and friendly, but on several occasions Dylan wasn't so friendly and helpful and manager wasn't helpful either..FACTSI went again recently and Dylan personality has improve the lil better...but thanks anyway Walmart

My rating is one star. Let me clarify why this is so.I went in for an oil change, and I paid for it. They put the oil. I get in my car, crank it, and check the oil change sticker that they put in the windshield... okay, that's 5W-20. My car takes 5W-30. I went in, got them to take my car back in, and they replaced it for free with the correct oil. Got BACK in my car, and saw that they failed to reset the current trip mileage back to zero. Ok, so, I'm paying this much money for this poor service? Save your time and money and do it yourself, or go elsewhere.

I went in on Friday evening to have a low tire looked at while having oil changed... I always buy my tires at Walmart because usually they do a great job. Man that checked on tire was rude. He repaired a hole in my tire. Well, he was supposed to have repaired my tire. It was low again that evening, we aired it up. It was then flat the next day. I aired it up again on Monday and had them look at. I also told manager that the worker was rude on Friday.. I was told that I needed a new tire. I have a warranty on all of my vehicles tires (5 vehicles). They did not honor or give any discount on new tire (back tire) because it was supposedly an alignment issue. The worker also said that it was split, at the patch that he repaired. Hmmmmm Why did the worker on Friday not see this issue, SPLIT AT PATCH and address it then. I am VERY dissatisfied with Walmart over this. I travel and like I said all 5 of my vehicles have Walmart tires with full warranty. I usually brag and tell everyone to buy here. Well not anymore. One positive was the young lady that waited on me Friday evening and today was very kind and very helpful.

Bunch of liars and thieves in the automotive department in this location. Idiot grease monkey took over an hour and a half to do an oil change, and after all was said and done, he stripped my oil pan and caused my car to leak oil everywhere. After I brought it back, he and the manager (Eugene, I believe) lied and said they didn't do anything wrong and told me I couldn't prove it. They advised me to call their insurance company, who also told me I couldn't prove it either, so they were not going to fix it. Costed me over $400 dollars to get a new oil pan and have it put on at a real auto shop. I have never been to any Wal-Mart since, will never go back to one ever again in my life, and will damn sure to never let one of their incompetent moron workers near my car ever again. I strongly urge customers at the Crowley location to be very aware. Their workers have no idea how to change oil, let alone unscrew a bolt without wrecking your vehicle. They're incompetent and if they do damage to your car, they and the management will lie their way out of the situation instead of owning up to what they did. They rely on the fact that you have no "proof" that they did anything wrong since you are not allowed down in the pit to watch them work on your car. Worst automotive experience of my life and would definitely advise others to never bring your car here ever.

Typical Walmart, not always easy to find help if you need assistance, but the prices are very fair, and when you find help, they really do their best. They re really good people.

Broke my hood prop during oil change and didnt tell me. I had my husband double check my oil because they were unprofessional and my hood prop was just laying on top of my engine.

Always with the long lines but not at this walmart! . This location is rather small but I had a great experience. Staff was helpful
