Purchased a car in 2022 and a year later my drivers side door has a huge crack in it. Wasn t disclosed to me that it had been in an accident or repaired with bondo. Logan sold me this car. 0/10 awful. Very disappointed

I've been here for service many times. Get my oil changed and tires rotated. Great service good prices. Great price on tires also. Very friendly staff

We have always had good experiences local with Shetler Corley. We just took delivery of a new f450 and are more than happy. Their service department fixes the issues quickly so we can get back on the road. Its nice to have a local dealership that provides such good service.

I purchased a new Ford F-250 5 years ago from another dealer although I tried to give my business here. I must say that Blaine at Shetler Corley treats me like a loyal customer every time I need something done. I would highly recommend this dealership based upon my experience.

Our sales person was Jennifer. The purchase from start to finish was phenomenal and the best car buying experience we ve had. Small, family owned business that truly care about their customers experience. Would buy from them again.

Good people, pretty darn honest for a car dealer, no pressures, (at least not in my experience) on the bright side, they sell Ford. Yup, I find Ford to be very dependable, even if they might not be the easiest car in the world to work on. The sales people are knowledgeable and friendly. I've purchased 3 new automobiles from them in the past, and have no complaints. Hope this is helpful!

We were on our way from Knoxville Tennessee to Houston Texas when our truck broke down in Crowley La. had it towed to them because they had a diesel mechanic. Before I even had it towed there I asked if they would accept our vehicle warranty and they said that yes. Well they called the warranty department to make sure part would be covered and was told to call back once they figured out exactly what the problem was. They never called back to let them know so they could cover the parts and labor. Instead they called me and lied saying that the warranty company said they wouldn t cover it. I called the warranty department myself and so I know it should have been covered. But because they didn t feel like dealing with it they lied to us and we had to pay almost $800 out of our own pocket. Which by the way took less than 2 hours to fix and the part itself was only $50. Apparently their hourly labor fee is outrageous. They don t care that they pretty much robbed us because it wasn t their hard earned money. I would never ever recommend this place if your needing repair work done. They only care about they money and what they can get out of you. I will be taking my complaint to the BBB as well.

I've bought two cars from them (first used and now brand new) and both times I've had wonderful service. Josh has always helped to ensure I got the best value for my trade-in and pick the right car for my needs and budget.

WARNING!!! STAY AWAY!!! Shadey dealership with Shady employees. Salesman Landon kept me on the phone until 9:30 at night trying to sell me a truck. He literally wasted hours and hours of my time, took credit card deposits over the telephone, had my bank run credit applications and get me approved for a truck that supposedly "already had another deal pending." Even though we had already agreed on all of the numbers and I had paid a deposit on the truck before the other customer did, he offered them more money for the vehicle so they rejeced my deal and sold it to him instead. Who does that? Shady, shady, dealings. Steer clear of these shysters!

My car was making noise on the Highway & one of my real good friends sister owns the dealership & they went above & beyond to help me & get back on the road !! The service mgr did a wonderful job helping me !! I recommend Shetler-Corley Ford to anyone !!!

Had a great service experience here. Took my Jaguar in for a pre-purchase inspection. They put it on the rack, checked it over, and didn't even charge me. I'll definitely go back when I need more service.

Traveling to Florida from Texas and my 2003 F-150 lost power on the interstate and suspected the alternator. While waiting for the tow truck, found this dealership and spoke with the the service manager, Slick. Nice guy and said he would wait as long as he could that evening to receive my truck. His technician already left and we had to get a room for the night. They drove us to the motel that evening, with our 2 dogs. Then kept in contact with me the next morning waiting for his delivery guy to bring the right alternator from Lafayette. They picked us up and were on the road by 2pm.

I bought a 2015 demo back in 2016 that unbeknownst to me had a bad Carfax (accident reported by the local police). I guess shame on me for not asking to see the Carfax but when you are being sold a "new car" you don't expect a bad Carfax. I realize in Louisiana if the damage is under a certain amount they don't have to tell you about it but when I shopped it as a trade those dealers were sure to give me a hard time about the report.

We were traveling through and had problems with our diesel 2005 Excursion. They took care of our vehicle quickly. Very good service friendly and efficient. Thanks to all there.

Thought my experience was ok until a month later my ac started blowing hot air. Called dealer spoke with Britney who sold me car. No help from her but, I know they know this a.c. had a problem. Never again I should've went to sterling ppl beware!!

Not at all int the prices i called about beforeI went.talked to salesman yesterday told him my price i could aford he told me that the had trucks in pricerange.we drove 60 milesAnd when we got there they had no trucksIn our price range we were looking to purchase.A waste of time.he tried to make me look stupud.but i repeated our conversation.so HE Lied .He Lied.what a waste of time. DontBuy from there they lie.

Buying a car, usually requires you to bring Excedrin or Tylenol with you, but I did not need it with Shetler-Corley in CrowIey, La. I took my girl (Starla) to purchase a new Acura TSX from this place, and let me tell you that it was a SUPERB dealership. The salesman was very courteous, honest, and a WHEELIN-DEALER. They honored a mistake made buy the quikquarter plus gave her more for her car than it was actually worth. There was no long waiting for hours for an approval, when we got there the paperwork was done. I usually go to Baton Rouge for deals, but now I truly recommend this dealership.
