I needed an estimate for an accident, I called on the phone the gentleman s wife answered she was polite and stated I could come for the estimate. I did, the owner was also very polite, professional, and accurate on providing and estimate. I went to 2 other shops in Crowley they were rude and acted as if I was bothering them, not the kind of people I trust with my car, Hayes body shop was the opposite and I have no issue waiting for my turn to repair my car I mSure his work is as professional as the service for the estimate. If you need work done and an estimate come here friendliest at most professional shop I ve dealt with in the Crowley areas.Service: Body & Trim
