They have always done great work. 2nd motorcycle seat They have done for me and I am always happy with the quality of workmanship and time they complete the project. Also the price is always very good. Never have had any issues with them. I recommend them for any upholstery work needed. Thank for that wonderful looking snake skin seat.I love it.Shane Landry

Not professional and does not follow up to confirm appointments, provide quotes or shipment status of a part. When I call to follow up on anything I m waiting to hear back on, I m told that they are too busy. The only plus was the cost of repair was very affordable.

Horrible experience! Extremely impolite and unprofessional. Had an appointment and they were fixing another car so they just told me my problem is not fixable and did not take the time to even look. Do not recommend!

Horrible. Dropped off two side pockets for my car doors to be recovered. Very small. 10" x 12". Flat panel with a zipper across the middle.Called several times about an update. Had excuses from on vacation to he was sick. I was told at one point he had it on his table working on them. After two and a half months of excuses I picked them up not done. they were stll in the box not touched.

I am extremely impressed by this place. I had a tear in a leather seat, and now the seat looks brand new. Superb workmanship, very timely, and affordable. Highly recommended!

Not satisfied at all with my experience. But I do apologize it was not with Borils auto trim It was with the car cleaning service next door sorry fo the wrong business

Horrible customer service! Scheduled appt to put headliner in Daughter's car. No one showed up to help us and no one would answer the phone. Would not recommend there services!!

This place is a joke I brought a jeep window in for a zipper repair it has been for almost 4 months, I picked it up today because I am tired of waiting and excuses. They had to dig it out from a pile of stuff. STAY AWAY
