This place certainly lives up to its 4.8 stars on Google. Very pleased with their timeliness and value. Clean, modern facilities with friendly staff. No complaints. (And I got another quote from Gerber in Mandeville for almost twice the price!)

Great job reattaching my front bumper, replacing my front fender liners, and restoring my sedan s headlights! Ashley was honest about being able to salvage my front bumper which really helped me with the total cost. She was also very responsive with replies in a timely manner to my requests and concerns especially considering the holiday season. We will definitely return to Car Craft if we ever need auto body work done! Thank you!

Everyone we dealt with was courteous and professional. Questions were answered in a timely fashion. Our vehicle was delivered when promised and looked like new! I would definitely recommend Car Craft to anyone in need of auto body work.

Great work. Very professional. A few hold ups, but Christen did a great job of keeping me informed about everything that was going on. Tiny tear in my upholstery on the driver's seat is my only complaint. Didn't notice it till I was getting out of my car at home. It's small and barely noticable. I will repair it myself. Overall very satisfied.

WORST body shop ever! Brought them my car for repair of minor fender bender. They did NOT fix the fender. Used the WRONG color paint. Said they would fix it, but I NEVER heard from them again. The most professional, punctual, and efficient auto repair we have EVER had. We have been in a couple other accidents and had our vehicles repaired at other shops. They were always so hard to work with, issues with every repair- not having it done correctly etc.Car craft blew us out of the water. From the moment we dropped our car off to when we picked it back up in PERFECT condition. They worked with our insurance and rental company seamlessly. My Toyota Tundra had significant damage from a minor accident. Car Craft did and awesome job and they were so easy to work with. The truck looks brand new, and they worked directly with my insurance company so I didn t have to be the middleman and deal with any of that. Everyone I met at Car Craft was friendly, caring, and very professional. I had an accident the day before I was scheduled to drive home to Arkansas. Car Craft staff went out of their way to check out my car and get me back on the road, even though the majority of the body work on the car was going to be done by a shop in Arkansas. I don t think they made any profit off of the time they spent helping me, but they could not have been any nicer. Great folks!

Great body shop. The work was top notch. The car was new <6000 miles when wrecked. Looks drives and sounds like I just drove it off the showroom floor. Calvin and his staff were very helpful and a pleasure. I got weekly updates on progress. They finished 2 days ahead of time. Would recommend them without hesitation.

Just getting to the pointCar craft gave me back my car better than I left them with it. And I don t mean just repairing it from the accident.The new parts on the front of the car looks showroom grade. They ensure that everything was working and I even had a representative by the name of Ryan walk out with me around the car to ensure that everything was done correctly. He thoroughly went over the work that was done to the car and assured me about the warranty that if anything or faulty to come back.Looking at my Mercedes-Benz, I know why they chose name car craft , because they literally treat their work like a craft. If they keep your car for a few weeks, please let them because every moment is worth it and they are worth every penny paid.

Car Craft employees were beyond amazing when my car was wrecked and I was dealing with a very difficult insurance company. They were wonderful with keeping me informed, trying to help me get information, and were so caring in the process. They definitely went above and beyond to help me and I d highly recommend.
