Excellent and appreciated experience. Ray helped me to locate air filters needed for my vehicle and when extra things were required (info I was unsure of), Ray stepped up, knocked it out the box and went above and beyond checking throughout the store and to find exactly what I need to keep my car running and safe. Thank You, Ray for treating me kindly, for patience and knowing just what to do.

Adson on 190 Covington was the worst experience. Every time I go there they never ever ever assist me. I didn t check engine light they won t even connect the machine to see what s wrong with it. I bought a battery there. I am nine months pregnant. I asked him if they could please switch the batteries out for me. They would not do that, I called to see if they have a part. They tell me they do I go all the way up there and then they tell me we made a mistake we don t have the part I asked for everything I need for an oil change and they wouldn t even assist me , they wanted me to go find the part myself for the oil filter which is ridiculous because I don t work there. How am I supposed to find a part which is the part number I give it a zero stars and what you guys need to do is get new people in there to do their job .

Usually have a good experiences at this location but today it was Horrible customer service by the employee that just had glaucoma surgery. If you can barely see and going to be a jerk about every question I ask you, you should have taken the day off.

I went into this AutoZone just to get my battery charged I asked him can he charge myHe told me no I asked him is it a reason why is your machine down not working? He said no I smiled and I said are you joking he said I don t feel like charging batteries today. Come back tomorrow.

I visited this store a few weeks ago after being ripped off by 2 mechanics, An employee named Wade Stewart gave me advice that the 2 mechanics failed to. That advice saved me hundreds of dollars. Wade could have sold me a new battery as I requested but he instead asked what my problem was and gave me the advice that saved me hundreds.Thanks Wade

Landon and Zach at the AutoZone counter in Covington, LA, were lifesavers when my rear view mirror device fell off the windshield of my 9 year old Honda. First time. The heat melted the adhesive that held it there. I had my side mirrors but felt lost without the rear view.They sold me the correct product then installed it for me. There was a challenge or two, but they persevered until I had my mirror back up and held securely for hopefully another nine years.Many many thanks and much appreciation for AutoZone and these two good men.Sincerely,Mary SheppardMadisonville, LA

Gage was amazing! He was so knowledgeable about my mini Cooper. He was able to help me troubleshoot some codes and even helped my with my license plate. He recommended some fuel injector cleaner for my fuel economy and even helped me with ordering parts. He is a HUGE asset to the company.

It's always awesome to be able to get the help you need with a knowledgeable individual who wants to earn your business by providing you with your best options to make an educated decision. In short the Commercial Parts Manager Troy at this Autozone is the reason I chose to do business here over other Autozones and Parts houses in the area. Additionally Autozone offers a military discount on your purchases (Are you paying Attention Walmart) Thanks for your help.

The manager was very fair and provided care and concern for us as his customer. He saved me money by being persistent and thorough with me when recommending products for my repair needs. His associate was sweet and kind and reminded me to enjoy the holidays.I even returned to the store a 2nd time that day for further assistance.Glad to have chosen Autozone today

My visit was going great, until the manager stepped in on my sale. I went in for a battery and his nice guy (Raymond) helped me out. Than the manager stepped in on my order and forcing me to buy more thing. I told him I didn't need it ,thank you. The manager even said he would give me 10% off the product. Once again I said, No ,thank you , I don't need it. Than he started to talk about he couldn't change my battery if it has corrosion on my battery. I told him I understand but my battery doesn't have corrosion on it. Plus that had nothing to do with my order and I was just trying to purchase a battery and get it changed. Then he mumbled something to his associate Raymond talking about not to change my battery. Raymond didn't pay attention to him and did what he was supposed to do as a Auto Zone associate and change my battery. Thank you Raymond for your help. This all happened to me on August 26, 2018 early in the morning around 9:30 - 10:30 . I have my receipt for the exact time.

Hands down the worst location. The manager is arrogant, rude, has a terrible attitude, and clearly doesn t have any knowledge on auto parts. He was asked a simple question about an auto part and he rudely responded with, I m not a mechanic First of all, no one said he was but he does work at AutoZone where gee I don t know, they sell auto parts?.. I guess he shouldn t be working at AutoZone then if he doesn t know anything about auto parts As a customer, questions will be asked, if he isn t prepared nor willing to give information and help the customers then maybe he should find a different job. Do better! 0/10.

They had what I needed but it seemed like a less than cheerful environment for the staff.I just have to recommend that no Matter how many worries we face as individuals, having a positive outlook and attitude in the work place helps reduce personal stress and is very beneficial to ones health.I'm not saying anyone was ride or negative, just that it wasn't as I described, cheerful.And thank y'all for your help looking up what I needed for my vehicle Smile.It's not over yet. But nothing lasts forever enjoy the good and take the bad with a grain of salt.

The customer service at this location is unsat. I visited this location once again this time in the evening time. As I entered the front door, I wasnt greeted at all. The younger staff member that wore a red shirt, just looked at me without acknowledging me but helped out an older person that just walked up without standing in line as I did. The staff at this location needs to be more customer friendly and to greet all customers that walks through those doors.

Landon and Stephanie were very helpful and friendly! I felt out of my element because I know very little about cars, but I left very satisfied. I m glad I didn t go to O reilly s. I will be back for all my future car needs! :)

No one would actually help me, rude and lazy customer service. I left, went to O Reilly and received great customer service at a reasonable price. Never go back to auto zone
