Honest, very honest. Very friendly, super reasonable prices. They're my go to folks for my tires and auto repairs. When we went for tires for my daughter's PT cruiser they found the problem with the outside tie rod ends and fixed it good as new or better and it was cheaper than I expected. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!!!

I purchased a set of tires months ago from this store for a fair price. I ve put a considerable amount of miles on these tires (they were far from new). Well today I picked up several nails and ruined two of them so I was expecting to have to replace both. I was ready to fork over a couple $100s as it was me who got the nails in the tires. To my surprise Mr. Hatton rang up my ticket for $52.72. I explained that couldn t be my ticket. He reassured me it was and stated the tires were under warranty. This is an honest place and I will buy every set from him.

I was initially very pleased with my service here when purchasing new tires however it came with free tire rotation. I have a sensor out on front driver tire that if rotated would have moved to back but did not. Also my tires were all over inflated well guess on the one with sensor out.

Dont recommend this place took 2 hours to put tires on that were already mounted on the rims, really, no NASCAR pit stop here by far! Dont be in a hurry if you need a tire on!

I will not return to hattens after they took 4weeks to fix my car that I pay for every month...they should have hired a temp mechanic to fix my car.. I will never return to this shop..
