Wish I could give them neg 5 stars. Only phone calls we got were when it was ready. Had my truck from Thanksgiving to January. My husband called multiple times, was given a quote of $2000 with no written quote. When I got a phone call in January I was asked if I was sitting down, and given a total of $6668. When I asked where the other $5000 came from I was told to have your husband call the mechanic. When I told her it was my truck, and I wanted to know where the other $5000 came from, she giggled and said just have your husband call the mechanic. When my husband called the mechanic said well didn't make any since not to fix it since it was broken down. My husband then told him it was his truck and his decision. The mechanic told him well it wouldn't drive anyway. (they have wrecker service in their name). They just replaced parts until the thought they fixed it. It needed a new motor. The owner took $668 off. A verbal quote of $2000 ended up costing $6000. We spent $6000 for parts when we needed a new motor. I would never recommend taking your vehicle to them.

Real slow and ain t worth the headache better off bringing it somewhere else might pay more but as least they will get it done faster then this place

Had to call on twice in the last 6months ,both times were very fast and reliable and very willing to work with you on a drop location, hopefully I won't have to call upon again under the circumstances I was in with that said very friendly people! Just AWESOME!

Was at the scene within 30 minutes of me calling. The driver Will was a good guy, helpful and competent in his work. Made a bad situation tolerable

Very fair pricing infact far below what I expected. Customer service was very friendly and considerate to my needs.Fast service and repair. I was so happy with pricing and service I brought both of my vehicles in. They earned a life long customer with me.

These are the best people on the face of the earth. Not only do they treat you fair if theres a problem they handle withe the Best of SERVICE. THIS HAS BEEN THE BEST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. And that says a lot. THANKS ROBERTUOU ARE THE BEST

I have been dealing with Kevin s for the last year for my auto repairs. I went in today and just needed my low beam bulb changed on my car Let me tell y all how good god is and these people it took about 30 minutes and it was done.This Auto Repair Shop is not out to charge you a arm and a leg to fix your vehicle I would recommend Kevin s Auto Repair to anyone at anytime . Can't say enough good about this place and in particular Robert and Wayne. My car broke down while traveling from Florida and I was towed in not knowing anything about the area or their shop. My car needed major repairs. Robert was able to give me several options and when they started the work, both Robert and Wayne came in on a Saturday when the shop is normally closed to get me back on the road. They both went above and beyond what they had to do. Robert even checked on my progress to make sure I got back to Florida ok. Thanks again to both Robert and Wayne for getting me back on the road.

Kevin's Auto in Bourg Louisiana is a great place to get help with a problem vehicle. They have a wrecker service that runs 24/7 and the manager there is very helpful and explains things if you don't understand what's going on with your vehicle. I would highly recommend using them if you're in the area and have any type of problems with your vehicle.
