I just stopped in to have my tire pressure checked and I was treated as if I was getting a complete oil change. The techs were very polite, helpful and guided me through finding the tire pressure display on my dashboard. The tech showed me that it was a faulty tire pressure gauge and not a bad tire. I am always very pleased with Take 5!!

On January 12, 2023, I went in for an oil change, I've been using this same facility for years. The next morning, as I was backing out, I noticed a little oil in the driveway. This location is around the corner from my home so I went back but they weren't open yet 8:15am. I brought my kids to school and on the way my car started smoking. I made it to the school and parked the car. Opened the hood and found oil everywhere all over the engine. They didn't put the cap back on the engine. I called the facility, spoke with the manager. He told me he would review the cameras to see if it was their fault. I waited 2 hours for a call back and nothing. I started calling back they wouldn't answer the phone. I had to send my son around there to give the manager his phone to speak with him. He informed me that they watched the cameras and it showed them replacing the cap. He also said they would send someone out to inspect the vehicle to file a claim. All I wanted was for them to come and replace the oil that was lost so I could make it home. From that day to this one, January 16th, I haven't heard a word from them. I would still be stranded on the side of the road waiting for them. Needless to say they have lost a loyal customer.Service: Oil change

On Saturday December 19 , 2022 in went in for and oil change . They seemed knowledgeable in what they were doing business wise but did I ever get a surprise. I got an oil change and they replaced my air filter . I noticed a burnt smell of oil coming into my air vents I didn t think much of it three days the same smell never did I ever think to pop my hood but I should of now that it all too late . They never put my oil filler cap back on plus when they replaced my air filter they did not put it back together correctly and they forgot to screw it down completely. I live in Texas I m working in Chalmette Louisiana I drove 200 miles back home to find out they did this I called them . They told me to call one of the branches here so to see if my car was damaged I did I called a branch in Beaumont Texas they said it not their responsibility that the branch in Louisiana lost or did not put my oil filler cap on but if I was to get a cap put on and take my vehicle to them they would check it and top it off , consider this I got engine oil all over my hood plus everywhere else. Never ever going to any Take 5 Oil Change again. Waited for an hour in the line up to be told that my oil filter wasn t in stock. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I ve had this happen. Such a waste of time.Take 5 would benefit greatly from accurately staffing and sufficiently stocking their locations. 0/10 would not recommend.

Service was great. The staff was pleasant and friendly. I m glad I was able to find a coupon for $10 as the price of an oil change had gone up like everything else. With the coupon I still paid $90

Everything was perfect with the exception of technician breaking my windshield upon replacing wiper blades.

Great customer service. Guys were really fast and efficient. Gave me a lot of options and information about future maintenance. My favorite place to get my oil changed.

Jasmine was very nice, knew her job. Communicated professionally, respectfully. She did try to sell you one other stuff. I know that's what she is supposed to do which i respect. I politely declined. The only thing I truly regret was not having a few bucks for a tip but next time I will. Thanks I appreciate everyone in the service industry it needs to be said and shown more. I work here in something different but still is service you guys are the back bone of America and I really don't want to have to learn a different language just to get my oil changed or get a burger from Burger King. And yes I understand that you can't drive in a fancy sports car until you put a few years in certain jobs but that's just the way that goes That's why you respect what you have when you've earned it over time just how things work I remember working two jobs for years and it made me a better person because of that and I respect what I have what I've earned over the years but people need to show that we support you guys and we need you guys keep up the good work

All the young men were very knowledgeable and quick. Explained how to read the oil dipstick and thanked me for stopping by. I love this location where they are always so friendly and through.

Jonas did a great job getting me everything I needed. He was training some younger guys and juggling a lot of responsibilities but he was so funny and kind and was clearly someone the younger guys respected. Give him a raise!

Take 5 the guy that assist me was very Professional offer me water why I was waiting and he explained everything he was doing I felt he when above his job duties and I will continue to get my oil change there it was pleasure he offer me something to drink and he also have a Great Personality I will continue to bring my truck and car there to get my oil change

Was a customer for years but I will never go back gave the tech cash he said it was 59.98 gave him 60.00 cash he said they had no paper for the printer when I got my email recipe he add a couple for 25.00 off and never told told me that took it to 38.98 but he tender 40.00 not 60.00 like a gave him he kept the 20.00. What a place huh never will go back don't. Give them cash

Took like 20 minutes before I got up there to get my oil change but once up I was treated with excellent service and the manager Steven and I had a great conversation and he and his co wokers were very friendly

So I have been coming to this particular location for some time mostly because I have always received good customer service even though I stay in the New Orleans East I would take the drive. I work downtown so when I got off I took the drive to get my oil changed. I looked online and saw that they closed at seven so I rushed over I made it there at 6:20. I was glad because I didn t see the cones in the driveway so I felt that I made it in time. As the man (white guy) walked to me I saw they had three cars being served. He ask me what I m there for I told him an oil change he tells me they aren t taking anymore cars so I asked if they closed at 7 he said yes so I asked why he could take me he said because they have to do they closing stuff so I then asked why they didn t have the cones up so people would know they were not taking anymore people and he proceeded to walk away from me I don t appreciate the service I received even if you were not taking more customers why walk away for me when I was just asking a question I guess it s time to find something closer to home.

I had my oil changed Sunday. We I drove off, something was making a loud noise from under the car. I went back to take 5, and the young man screwed whatever was loose back up. Today, it is hanging again. For a $100 oil change, I should not have any problems.

Upon arrival, only one tech was present with 3 bays having cars. The guy was going as fast as possible but they definitely need more people working. The price was rather high.

I too had an oil change from here recently. The next morning I had oil in the driveway. I brought it back and they supposedly tightened the drain plug. The oil did stop leaking however this morning I brought it somewhere else and they said they couldn't remove the oil filter because the previous place had it overtightened. I'll be filing a complaint with corporate, the BBB, and we'll take it from there.

The experience was horrible at the Take 5 in Chalmette on Paris Rd. They didn t clean my windshield, add air to my tires, or check any of my fluids. The service was less than subpar as I had to put my oil change sticker on myself. I will not be returning.

Missing in action !!!!They forgot to check air pressure in all tiresThey forgot to fill washer fluid .They also didn t check the air filterThey also didn t ask about my wiper blades cabin air filter nor did they offer other services thus missing opportunities to sell me other services or products. More attention to details would mean more profits for the store. But now I went down the street and bought an air filter and changed it was filthy . Time tore-train the whole team . I know personal is hard to find, but you have a lax Daal finger pointing excuse, making poor, pitiful me entire crew go in there as a customer undercover and see I dare you you ll be surprisedCustomer. For more than 25 years .

I had my windshield wipers changed during my oil change, and when it comes time to use them, the passenger side flew off. And I found dirty hand prints all over the hood of my truck. Not very impressed!

I really like take 5 oil change but when it comes changing the Air Filter they never had it for my car 2020 Nissan Kicks I m thinking about going to the dealership but the only thing the dealership don t give coupons

Got my oil changed, started leaking oil immediately. I had to add 2 quarts of oil in 10 days . I brought it back, explained my situation, they took a look at it, said the leak wasn't from anything they had touched but then , miraculously, the leak stopped! Overpriced and dishonest.

I was in and out in half an hour. They seemed to check everything to do with an oil change including windshield wipers. I was taking a trip the following week so I felt confident with my vehicle on the road. They forgot to reset my dashboard light. I went here for an oil change bc it's close and opens early, so I figured I'd still get to work on time, but they didn't have the part for my car. I've gone here many times, Never had that happen. Time Wasted!

This job at Take 5 was unfortunately quite disappointing. The work environment was marked by unprofessionalism and a pervasive sense of belittlement towards others, which created a hostile atmosphere. This type of behavior is detrimental to employee morale and overall productivity. Additionally, receiving only one paycheck after working for two weeks is simply unacceptable. Timely and accurate payment is a basic expectation for any job. Take 5 needs to address these issues and strive for a more respectful and supportive environment for its employees. Improvements in professionalism and fair compensation are necessary to create a more positive and fulfilling work experience.
