We were visiting from out of state and Samantha worked us in on a Sunday, she was incredibly friendly, helpful and informative. Her help and assurance saved our Mardi Gras trip and got us back on our way to SC. Thank you Samantha and to your mechanic for getting us back road worthy!

I visited my local Pep Boys and was blown away by the knowledge of Samantha AKA Sam I Am . She took great care of me. The Tech stayed late to get me going and even went above and beyond the call of duty to assist me. Both Matt and Sam I Am was great. Customer for life!

Jade is on point! She is knowledgeable and looks out for her customers best interest. I appreciated her providing me with exact information regarding the type of battery and warranty, so that I could make the best decision. Even as I sat in the waiting room, another staff member saved a customer hundreds of dollars by conducting an honest tire inspection. The old lady was so relieved that she in fact didn't have to spend so much money. Great place to bring your car and get great customer service- highly recommend Pepboys!

If you want everything right for your go here best customer service, and if they said is going to be finished today they mean it . Thank you for all your hard work.(I m a Lyft driver with a rental and everyday counts for me to make money and I m so grateful that got the car ready for the road .Making sure I can get back on the road and drive worry free ) I appreciate them so much

Great service. Went in for an alignment. They were very knowledgeable and and explained everything to us. Nice waiting room as well with snacks and coffee. Did a good job on the alignment. Will go back.

This Pep Boys is a great choice of mine. I think it s one of the best choice I have a hand customer service is outstanding the mechanics know exactly what to do what s going on pinpoint everything that s wrong with your vehicle. This location is really good and I love coming here, if you ask me for my recommendations, it s a must you ll be in and out they tell you exactly what s going on. They have your vehicle repaired quicker than you can think.
