Worst store ever! Make sure you fully understand their refund policies. It seems they pick and choose what to refund and how you get it. All I know is if I pay cash and I have a receipt, if I need to return it, I don't want a store credit, I want my cash back!

Rudest service I ve just about experienced, on the window before you walk in clearly says free battery installation , but when asking the workers for help they were quick to say they don t do that. This place lost my business because of no customer service, hopefully the management can enforce what they are promoting.Thanks to O Reilly s auto I now have a new battery and they have a new customer.

Dear Mr.Tremayne B. You could definitely use more practice on your customer service skills. I do not appreciate how you tossed my brake pad lubricant on the counter in front of me. No, thank you, or have a nice day. Instead of 5 stars, you get 5 thumbs down.

I give this place 3 stars staff is helpful when it's your turn to be waited on....but don't have employess stocking and customers waiting when there's long line and only one employee assisting the customers when multiple employees are their.

Sent us home with the wrong size belt for my vehicle. After hours of fighting it and giving up I returned to the store for the correct belt and they wouldn't exchange it, so I have an unusable new belt for anyone that needs it. Update your computers please.

I did like going there all I wanted to buy a drink and he refused me. I was very thirsty. So I had to walk to win dixi and I was lucky that they had a sweet lady gave me a water and she would not take the change, so I said thanks and dropped .25 cent and told her God bless her.

Very nice guys in there. They greet you as soon enter the door, and always nice and courteous. One of the guys can even ring very well. (Heard him when I came in one day and started singing with him , I think his name is Rod.)

Thee RUDEST staff EVER. Never have I ever had a service employee say "I didn't acknowledge you" when I walked up and asked for what I needed. That is absolute unacceptable behavior from a MANAGER and she needs to be replaced.

Friendly staff, very helpful. And if they don't have what u want, but a separate location does, they will have it sent over from the other store. Worst case, u order it online and it arrives in a couple days.

This was my second time at Advance Auto Parts Jamal serviced my car both times he is a first-class gentleman and really knows his business. Excellent service great prices I am a customer for life now.

I placed an online order for an item that was supposed to be in stock at the store. When I went there to pick it up, no one could find it. The helpful salesperson said he would order it from another store and it would be there for pickup by 3 pm... Depending on who helps you, either very helpful, or clueless.

Went in there to just look around but customer service was first class so I end end up buying a few stuff exceptional staff especially that gentleman in the picture

Man. These fkn guys. Jamal and them are so easy to deal with and buy from. They're helpful and knowledgeable. They dont talk to me like some of the dudes at other parts stores do

Best place for auto parts in Chalmette. Free battery install and alternator testing. They will troubleshoot your "check engine' light.If you ask nice they will install windshield wipers too.The staff mostly will go out the way to make sure you and you car leave happy and running right.

Always double chech the parts you recieve before you leave the store. 75 % of the time they give you the wrong parts. Major inconvenience.
