I was told up front that it would be ~1.5 hr wait. And it was, but at least I was told from the start. I had time to wait and did busy work in the wait area. Everyone was friendly despite how obviously busy they were. Even the customers were nice! Most stress free trip to walmart i have ever had! And my car was happy too!

I only use Walmart auto care as a last resort. They are the slowest auto care around by far. I'd rather watch paint dry

Great prices if you are willing to wait the time it takes for them to do the work. Warning with an oil change don't expect too much extra from them I know for sure they don't do everything that's on their list saying they do it when you get an oil change. Also expect to wait at least 2hrs for the oil change heck anything they do expect to wait cause they take their time. Like I said great prices but slow work.

I had a very bad experience at Wal-Mart automotive they swap a tire for me and wanted to charge me$42 dollars I told them he'll no I was told 22 dollars then the beat part is they never fixed tire it leaked around the ture and never tried to fix it I had to drive home with my tire leaking never attempted to put more air in my tire told me it's an old tire it won't Seay I laughed and told me it's an old tire it wint seal lmao it was a new tire

I brought my bmw here to have front tire balance. When they were done they told me I was missing my $114 center cap, I told them no I wasn t bc I looked at it before they worked on it! They go watch the video and show me a pic of the cap missing when they were done working on it and backing it out of shop. They refused to let me see video or show me the car as when they pulled it into the shop!Service: Tires

It's quite clear that the employees don't want to be here, not to mention lazy, and very rude. I manually could have put the tire on the rim in the 3 hours that I've waited. Got me in & out fairly quick. Lady at service desk was phenomenal & professional. One of the men that put my new tires on took time explaining an issue I had & let me know to get it looked at for my safety. This was my first time using this time center & I'm very happy with their services. Good job y'all

Had my oil changed and tires rotated. The mechanics are nice and do great work. The cashier was another story but I didn't have to deal with her to long. She screwed up my mileage in their system and still haven't got it straight.

What a great deal! I don't know anywhere else that I can get a complete oil change with an oil filter and tire pressure checks for such an affordable price. I didn't even have to wait very long either.

I went to change my oil and they turned me away because they were closing like 3 hours early for.what ever reason. I was upset but as it turned out I found a much better place that was way faster and cheaper.

The associates in the tire center are so friendly and helpful. I went in with a flat thinking I needed to buy a new tire but they told me they could fix it for about $10. Any other tire place would've sold me a new tire just to make money. This will be my go to for tires!

I have to admit that this is one of the friendliest Car Care centers that Walmart has. Every time I go I'm greeted warmly and nicely. They are always very quick to do the service that I need. I definitely recommend this Walmart Center over the others in the area.

I have all terrain tires on my truck. I brought my truck to Walmart to get the oil changed and the tires rotated. I dropped it off there after they told me it would be an hour or so. This was perfect for me because I had to drive out of town for Christmas dinner with my family.Three hours pass, so I call Walmart to see if my truck was ready. They guy that answered the phone wasn't sure, and puts me on hold for about 10 minutes. When he comes back, he tells me that the work order on my truck was canceled. I asked him what this meant, and he said that Walmat has deemed that my truck is unsafe and they cannot work on it. I asked him why, he said that it is because my tires are not the correct size. Now, I don't have the factory tires on my truck, but they are not the wrong size and my truck is not unsafe.I asked the guy when they canceled the work . He said about five minutes after you left. I asked how can they just decide to not work on my truck and not call me so that I can come pick it up and make me wait three hours. He said that they are not required to call people to tell them anything about their vehicles.I ended up picking up my trucking and having to go elsewhere. I missed Christmas dinner with my family. I will never go to any Walmart automotive center again. I had a bad experience at the Opelousas Walmart automotive center, but I figured the Carencro one would ne different. Apparently not. Don't go to any Walmart service center.

The most unprofessional bunch of dummies I have ever seen in my life.Went to store to get new tires put on and they didnt have in stock so I ordered tires and suppose to come in next day.Tires didnt come in next day went back second just to be told they ordered wrong tires so ordered CORRECT tires for second time.Go back third day and they say tires are in but they are not in system so they cant sell tires.Three days trying to get new tires and still ended up having to go somewhere to get tires.They deserve no stars

They was supposed to open at 7. I waited for an hour... no cashier. They called the new ty day to apologize. I think they need to have more people trained ro work that area

Oil change... I waited almost ten minutes to get car checked in as no one was waiting on walk ins at that time.Despite the wait to get checked in, the girls were nice and helpful...

Their store hours are until 7P.M. every time I get a weekend off to come to the auto care department all the doors are closed and locked...this is ridiculous.

Slow we was therefore 2 hours and we wanted our tires rotated and they had 2 or three cars there I'll go again need more helpers

Shaking my head... How do you loose keys, not reset oil change light and not put the correct mileage for next oil change 52000 instead of 23000

4 hours to change 1 tire and they charged me for a supposedly missing lug nut be careful not to get jacked
