I had some fluids changed and new front and rear shocks put on my RV. They did a great job. Friendly, family oriented group of people.I will definitely be using them again.

Title: Extremely Disappointed - One StarReview:I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment with my recent experiences at Deep South Truck & RV. Unfortunately, the level of service and professionalism I encountered on multiple occasions has led me to give this establishment a one-star rating.First and foremost, the attitude and behavior of the employee, who I later discovered to be the owner's wife name ( Shelley), were completely unacceptable. Shelley lack of courtesy and professionalism on two separate occasions on different weeks left me feeling disrespected and unheard as a customer.Furthermore, I had been a loyal customer of Deep South Truck & RV for some time, and it is disheartening to see such a decline in the quality overall experience. If its a way to just deal with ONLY, her husband, Mr Shawnee, which is a great man, it maybe worth a try, if you want to roll the dice. I genuinely hope that he take this feedback seriously and make the necessary improvements/changes to ensure a more positive and customer-oriented environment.In conclusion, I regretfully cannot recommend Deep South Truck & RV to others based on my recent encounters. I hope that my feedback, along with that of other dissatisfied customers, will encourage the necessary changes to restore the reputation of this establishment.It is my opinion, she doesn't like Black people because I have the way this disrespectful woman approached & treated me (which is the 2nd time) on video about parking in the very back, when she didnt even know her husband and i had an agreement (on text) for me to park in back, which I am grateful because i was out do to a medical procedure. Not to mention, they still had my keys until i pick them up today and parted ways.I want to be CLEAR here, his work is good and i didnt have any issues that him and i couldn't communicate and comes to terms, again great man. The wife (Shelley) is single handly destroying this business. Shelley even belittles Mr Shawnee in front of customer, as well as staff. This woman (Shelley) is a Cancer to the business, If Shelley had a problem there were so many ways Shelley could have addressed me as a paying customer of many of thousands of dollars or just simple ask me to pick up my keys from the office and take my truck respectfully.Please note that I am open to revising my review or reconsidering my stance if the issues mentioned are addressed and improvements are made.Sgt Pierce Moore, USMC

Run away don t come here. They are double charging for hours. To go get parts but same time charging for labor. and charging for computer diagnostic plus labor. They started working without a quote we kept asking for quote they won t give it to us till they finished and charged twice what dealers charge.

We were driving across the country from Florida to Oregon for work (i.e. time crunch) when we had some weird lights come on in our new RV and the cruise control died. Not wanting to drive the rest of the way to Oregon without cruise control and also worried about the ABS (one of the lights that came on), we found Deep South after a recommendation from Camping World. I called them absolutely desperate. They were backed up two weeks. But they said come by.We got in and out and back on the road with the problem fixed within the hour. I m a southern gal, so I m accustomed to southern hospitality, but they brought the bar up a notch. I can t say enough good things about these folks.

Terrible customer service. Performed repairs without approval. Changed parts that did not need to be changed. Quoted $900, charged $7,000. Do not do business with this company!Service: General repairs & maintenanceService: General repairs & maintenance

I can t say enough about Shawnee and Shelly! Our travel trailer bearings went out coming down I-49 and was smoking. We called Deep South Truck & RV after hours and Shawnee answered and told us where to bring it and the next morning he got to work! We were officiating a wedding in Baton Rouge, so we had to leave without our trailer. Shawnee stayed after hours (during the weekend) finishing up and Sunday at lunch Shawnee and Shelly came back to the shop so we could pick up our travel trailer. Incredible service! Incredible people!

This place is bad business . They changed a engine in my truck and charged me 8,000 dollars and I went back to Houma, La. with truck and engine locked up . Shawnee is the person that was in charge at the time and all he could say is tow it back over here and we will look at what went wrong . It was bad enough they charge so high and I chose not to go back so they can bill me another big lump sum . People , take your business somewhere else if you know what's good ..Service: Engine repair

Shawnee Leger is the owner of Deep South Truck and RV, LLC. It is no longer Deep South Truck & RV Center. I know some people have bad reviews about Deep South Truck and RV center but the person who overcharged people is no longer here. We will take care of your needs and not over charge you or charge you for work we didn't do. We always wantpeople to be satisfied with our work.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Thought this place was good at first until the nightmare began when we tried to leave after the so-called repair was done. This has to be one of the worst shops when it comes to class 8 diesel repairs. Ended up after 10 days and almost $5000 (FOR A CLUTCH!!!!!) we finally left with an incomplete repair just to get charged another $6000 to correct the problem.

Wade and staff are honest folks. They repaired a minor damage area back to new status. The damage and circumstances was such that they could have easily denied responsibility for it but they fixed it promptly and apologized. I will be glad to do business here again.

We ve tried other rv repair facilities locally and out of state. Wades is the most knowledgeable and professional place we ve dealt with. No making appointments to make an appointment. Just good honest work.

Great guy I was on the side of the road for less than 20 min and when he guy there they took me to eat my truck was ready to go least then a hour
