Had tires I purchased online from eBay installed with them today, took me in quick for a balance and alignment and did not charge me for the alignment even though they checked it on the machine. I am an ex mechanic and that is unheard of for a shop. They racked it up and set up sensors and my alignment was good already yet they did not charge me. They have found a customer for life based off this practice. I will send all the business I can their way because of their honesty. God Bless Alpha Customs!!!

Do not buy tires from them. I have a bad tire which I brought back 3 times to get it rebalanced they said it was fine. He then so let me go ride with you and said mud tires ride like this. Then why is it only one tire ? He would not replace it . He then said since you know tires so well why you don't come work for us. So disrespectful . Will not go back . I could've got the tires cheaper online but went with them in case this would happen .

First off, Alpha Customs is top notch. Being in the dark with so many options on lifts, these guys informed what the best option was for what I wanted. Brett walked me through every question and concern I had. I will definitely be a repeat customer and will be happy to refer anyone I know looking to make customizations to their vehicle. I truly appreciate you guys!

Alpha Customs did an awesome job on my bronco! David was awesome to deal with and so responsive and helpful assisting us in making a decision on what size tires and lift we wanted to go with. They were so communicative during the process and quick to get everything done! I am in love with how everything looks! Their entire team has a great attitude and is super friendly. We would def recommend if you are considering for any modifications to your vehicle!

I recommend this place to any one the quality, customer service, the work is all on another level. They re very knowledgeable and very professional. When I brought some 35x15.50r26 venom power xts to another shop around the area, they said it couldn t be done and the tires where to stiff. Brought them to him next day they were done first try!!! The man I went to was Matt Davey!! He s super professional and a great person to talk to. Knows his stuff.

My dawg matt always out do himself at alpha. Whatever I need he always there. He always on time when ever he either fixing my truck, upgrading, or just even taking time out of his day to make sure ever else is in good shape and he give me better results than I can even imagine. I just wanted to give you my feedback on what I think and man playa I love it. This gotta be my 4th or 5th time doing work with you. And I haven t been let done at all. Alpha customs is a over achieving business. Dude they d end you off riding good. They got you looking good. They do you everything better than expected. You always looking out man you even hooking me up with better lug nuts. Dude man I appreciate it and you know I m always coming back. Business doesn t get better than this. Quality doesn t get better than this. Dude keep up the amazing, fantastic, great. Man there isn t enough words to describe your work but I tell you what. Keep that up dude I m in love Baw. Amazing crew with the best deals around! I ve dealt with them twice. Each experience has been great. Nice waiting room if you aren t dropping off. The guys did a level, then I went back to get some 33s. Check them out. It s worth every penny!

I ll give 2 stars because they didn t totally suck. But it does suck that they lied about aligning my vehicle after putting a 4.5 inch lift. We only noticed after tires started getting balled on the inside. Called alpha customs to at least confirm that the alignment was done and they called the place where they do the alignments and had no recollection of it. They did reimburse for what they charged for the alignment that had not been done. However it did not fix the fact that my tires were worn down. And yes I wish would have noticed sooner but just bad business.So just make sure they actually do what they say they are doing. Otherwise, the customer service was great and everyone was nice.

Had a 6 inch lift kit installed on my2022 GMC I was having an issue with the kit Matt and his team made sure they took care of the problem even months after the kit was installed. Great service after the sale!!

Prices are good but unless you want to wait excessively long (3 almost 4 hours for a set of tires), and leave with a cracked valve stem that wasn t like that before don't come to this location (the one in Prarieville/Gonzales was great though). Now I get to not have a vehicle for 2 days because they did this before the 4th.

Everything from start to finish was exceptional and quick! Amazing deal on tires, installation, and level kit. The tire sensors ended up going out but they had it fixed in 10 minutes! Very professional people and I highly recommend giving them a call!

Custom wheels, but they sure are not doing custom work! Any type of lift kits that do not use factory mounting locations this company is not experienced enough to handle. That is pretty much any decent reputable lift kit. Rough Country is cheap Chinese junk!EDIT For Reply to Owner:How did the alignment go for that custom lift. Was their "too many problems" that made it "hard to accomplish". You are a custom shop picking and choosing. Refusing custom work. Not experienced enough shop and technicians. Rough Country is trash. Saggy springs, shocks don't last, rubber bushings don't last. OK...shows your experience. Still wet behind the ears using rough country. Try Trail Forged, IRO, Rusty's. Rough Country is trash! Actually, get involved with custom products and people that use them. Not mall crawlers but actual field use. You don't see rough country on rock crawlers for long anyway.

Nice people but obviously don t know what they doing truck started having a bad vibration and noise ever since it got lifted and they Kept saying it was like that from ford and never did anything about it. Don t waste your time there

They aligned my lifted truck with oversized tires to perfection, the first try. Other shops in the area either were unable or did a poor job. I didn t know my truck could drive this good.

By far the best place to go for any vehicle aftermarket parts/installs!!! Place is fire and customer service is #1! With how the world is these days and places getting tons of business, Alpha Customs doesn t treat you like another sale but an actual person. They focus on what you are wanting to do and do everything they can to make it happen as well as help with ideas on your build. Hit them up and I promise you will not be disappointed.

Great staff to work with and fantastic prices. Truck looks exactly as I was hoping it would. Was so impressed with prices/service for the level kit and taller tire install that I'm currently working with them to upgrade my wheels as well. I called alpha customs and told them exactly what I was looking for which was the cool mom look and they gave me that plus more I couldn t be any happier with this place when I walked in to drop my jeep off everyone was so upbeat and ready to help with whatever I needed thank u alpha customs for making me the cool mom in the car rider line lol
