The battery on my car died today. I had it jumpstarted and drove my car to O'Reilly Auto Parts on Reese Street. They had the size battery I needed and installed it on my car. Plus, they were very nice. I'm a happy customer.

They talk to you. Not just business but shoot the bull for a minute while they make sure you get what you need and if anything else is required you may have over looked

Adam is the best with scan tool knew how to change settings to bring up Ford codes when other places couldn't bring them up. Adam is the man! Saved me a fortune!!!! Twice

The guys there are top notch. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and the store has many parts in stock for older vehicles. If they don't have it there, they'll get it from one of their other stores, in a day, sometimes the same day. Quality parts, my kind of auto parts store.

Went buy a battery he put in my battery in wrong my car stayed there 3 days they told me to go rent a car. Definitely was videoing the conversation of all promises that were made they were going to guarantee to return my car as was and pay for a rental car so I do not miss work I go Monday to bring my keys for them to fix the car they couldn't find the problem told them to bring my car to the Mazda dealer to have it checked out they said fine got a call and said they brought it to their local mechanic go to pick up my car tell them since they didn't bring it to the Mazda dealer I was going to bring it to my own mechanic to make sure everything was fine their mechanic told me they had three glitches in the computer and change three fuses. And one glitch was the air conditioning which when I went in my car the air conditioner didn't want to go off got the manager on video him not a word he told me he was not paying for anything further or my rental car but all his promises were on video I said so you are going to say you didn't acknowledge any of these promises after I videoed you long story short now I have to miss work for the third time to fix their mistake not only did not paying for my repairs and not paying for my lost wages O'Reilly's in breaux bridge Louisiana lies lies lies.

Why isn't there a no star review button? After an already bad experience we give them a try again to no avail! When I have a customer they are more important than one that calls on the phone first of all. Secondly...idc how long it's gonna take with a customer, first in line is first to be taken care of. I'll be darn if I'm gonna be asked to wait multiple times for you to clear out the others in line. Auto Zone for all your needs!

Driving from Oklahoma City to New Orleans with my family to attend a cruise the alternator on my 2012 Chevrolet Traverse failed. Braden tested my alternator to find it was putting out 9 volts. He promptly looked up the part sold me the tools and with a little advice from Jeremiah and Brayden I was able to replace it return the core and continue onto my vacation thanks again for all your help
