Love that you give them your number and they can find what you purchased before! Saves me having to look up what brakes are needed for my partners truck, since he can't look them up at work!

Excellent customer service and can usually find what I need in the store. Otherwise, they just order it and have either delivered to the store or to me. Very rarely have I had to take stuff back because it was wrong. They are my go to when it comes to anything automotive.

I wwnt in the store Thursday evening to get a stater for my Armada and this stater is under the intake which is not easy or quick. Installed the stater and it's defective, I go back and they tell me the stater was good which is a lie because when I disconnected my wire from the stater I didn't tighten the connection back after demanding another stater, I ask to have it tested first ,I walk with him and this one fail too. I asked about a labor claim and the manager stated we don't do labor claims. Somebody should be responsible for labor. I'm not using O'Reilly again. They sell bad parts

Great service and friendly people. I stopped in for a new battery around 7:30 in the morning. Kendrick changed my battery for me, even though it took a very long time because of corrosion on the battery and multiple other things. He was very apologetic for taking so long, but did great job. I will definitely be back.

Wife's vehicle had a bad battery call store They had a battery in stock and Mr. Jim helped change it real quick cause the wife had to be somewhere Great service good price

Always fast and friendly service here. Not as many in store options as the other near by parts stores but the customer service here makes up for that

Terrible service. My boyfriend and I walked in, were not greeted and were not offered assistance. When we asked for an opinion Brian was no help, he did not come around the counter to help us look for a part and had a nasty attitude. The other employee didn't even acknowledge us, he was sitting on a stool watching YouTube videos. Terrible, terrible, terrible.
