I ve been using Dealer Services for years and I m always pleased from repairs to maintenance and body work I m never disappointed. These guys do quality work at a very fair price. Frank and his team are extremely knowledgeable and I trust that they do what is necessary and always up front about what needs to be done.It s great to be able to say you have a trusted and fair mechanic. I always leave feeling like I had a great job for a great price.

FRANK IS RUDE! Pure RUDE! From the very first call I made to him he had a attitude, disgusting!!! & Terrible customer service. Don t ever bring your car here. The few reviews he have, sound good . Y all sure made his service seem great, I guess he is polite to selected PEOPLE! Never again, will I ever!!

I had my car, Toyota Prius V, towed to Dealer Services as I've been using their excellent quality services for over the past few years. They have low prices for maintenance and body work. Frank is so knowledgeable and friendly and even provides ways for me to take care of my car. I would not trust any other place to provide work on my car. Well we all know how important our vehicles our to us. Let me start by saying that I have been using Dealer Services for over a year now . I have three vehicles and to keep these running in tip top condition you need to have good mechanics, who you can trust and wont try and sell you services you don't need, well Dealer Services is that place. I get all my work done here and the prices fit my budget. These people work on all makes and models and if you hit the odd mail box as we do, they have a full body shop next door...how awesome is that. For all the boy and girl racers out there, Frank has a full supply of hot rod goodies for you all. So take my word and go visit these people for a great service, and you will leave with money in your pocket....

In the last six months (March October 2022), Ms. Dealer Services Automotive Repair and Collision Center (DSARCC) performed outstandingly in my unique car needs. I regard Mr. Rosso, Frank to be a great individual and mechanic in the great state of Louisiana for the following reasons: -1. His persistence with the Mercedez Benz Inc to find a rare spare part of my car amid global supply chain crisis attributed to post-COVID19 disruptions. My car was grounded at his garage for several months. Mr. Rosso was always on phone with the suppliers and kept me posted; it is very rare indeed to find people like Mr. Frank Rosso who are so strongly committed to serving their clients.2. Next, a theft of my catalytic converter occurred at his premises. Immediately, team Rosso was in liaison with insurance companies (his and mine) to make right this matter. Three weeks after the unfortunate event, I have a running car parked in my car port. Mr. Rosso saved me the headaches related to steps needed to get adequate compensations (reporting incident to police and associated bureaucratic steps).Mr. Frank Rosso (owner) is a reliable and approachable expert within the auto repair industry, and I have absolutely no reservation in recommending Ms. Dealer Services Automotive Repair and Collision Center (DSARCC) with great enthusiasm.

Brought our car in to repair a small oil leak and check engine light. After a week told us it was fixed and charged us $1232. Had to bring the car back because they hadn't fixed either problem. Kept the car another couple of weeks without calling us, we had to keep calling them. Then charged us another $555 without consulting us beforehand. RIP off and totally unprofessionalServices: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

Frank and his people do a great job . Fixed my damaged car twice and got more from the insurance company both times to do it right. Insurance company wanted to cut corners and Frank would not go along, Yea for me, thanks Frank!!

Scammers...do not do it...they will charge you for a bunch of stuff you didn't ask for...threaten to remove parts so you can come get your car...they will tell you they did all this other stuff because you needed it without your approval...a simple job gets whatever extra stuff they want to do charge a.c. , flush radiator ...stuff not even related to why the car went in in the first place...avoid!

Service sucks, had my truck week to put a fuel pump in. Still not in, and it's a warranty job already paid for a month ago to get fixed. Do not recomend this place at all.
