I was impressed with the repair work and customer service on my 4300 international bucket truck. They were busy (as everyone is), but the turnaround time was very reasonable for what I had fixed - and the price was reasonable. Throughout the repair process, they also called me periodically to touch base and give me updates. Very pleasant to deal with - will use them again.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Brakes, Air conditioning

I want to thank y all for everything, I brought my GMC Sierra 2500hd turbo diesel in and had to get a new turbo and radiator, they ordered both installed them and even went the extra mile to tighten and add bolts where needed as they were doing the job. Sean was great with keeping me updated with the status of my vehicle. My truck is running like a champ now and has even more power than before. We pulled in with our RV because one of the Hydraulic jacks had a leak. It was at that time we realized that a wire had burned a hole in the line. I want to thank the team at Wooddale for all the help and excellent service provided. They truly saved our lives!

While we were not able to come to finding me the part. Shawn did everything he could to try and get me in, in a timely manner and searched far and wide for what I needed but was not able to get the part in the time I needed (1 day). If I was in the area longer, I would have definitely gone with these guys! Again thank you Shawn!!!

After reading my review, the owner of Wooddale truck repair called me and apologized for the problems I had with their service. He seemed very sincere in his intention to prevent similar issues in the future and offered me a $500 credit towards my next service.

this guys are honest and they did perfect job on our truck , recommend it to all , also it would be great if they add EFS checks to payment types

Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable people work here! We had a lot of questions they had no problem answering and got our truck in right away. Very reasonably priced and they warranty the work they do. Hopefully we won't need to come to a repair shop again, but if we do, this is the place we will go to!
