Had my car repaired here everything was great except the wait time but after I received my vehicle it was well worth every minute!!! I highly recommend!

I give them a 10/10 highly recommend! They were very polite and professional! They did an amazing job on fixing my truck it looks brand new! They even cleaned my leather interior on my dashboard and I wasn t expecting that. They kept me updated with everything and they completed the job sooner than expected. I have nothing but great things to say about this company and I can t thank them enough for taking care of my truck.

Well I've been rear-ended again this makes the fourth time. The first time was in 2013 , 2014, 2015 now 2022. Every time I have had United Collision fix my truck it has been a really great job so I'm bringing them back again for my 2022 accident I was hit the day after Christmas. I am looking forward to getting a new bumper on my truck. They do good work they are very busy. The man that owns a company is very nice. This is a before picture hopefully I can put an after picture when I get it fixed.

I received phone calls and emails about every update involving my vehicle. Our personal transportation is a vital part of our daily lives, so I appreciated the staff s consistent communication. My (minor) repairs were completed a week early and I returned to a vehicle that was cleaned inside and out (outside washed, floors vacuumed, interior wiped down & shined). Thank you for your professional service!

Literally over the moon for the results of my car and United Collision. Initially, I wasn t sure what to expect, but after reading several great reviews, I felt like my car and time were in excellent hands and the reviews were proven right. They make sure you are updated with all steps of the repair process; they are patient; they are quick; they are responsive; they are intuitive to client needs. The team finished my car over a week before my expected finished repair date and even went as far as to clean the exterior and interior of my car. These people must not want to do business with me. I mean every single time I go in for a quote there's 3-6 people sitting down doing nothing. How hard is it to get a form go outside for 15 to 30 seconds look at my car then write my quote down and give it to me. I mean come on people if you don't wanna do business then shut down already.

I was in a car accident in august and was referred to United Collision by State Farm to get my bumper fixed. Started talking with Hi at the end of October/early November and he told me to send pictures of my vehicle s damage and all the information. Weeks go by and I don t hear anything from him. I call and leave messages and I m never responded to. I text him and I m left on read. I do not recommend this place at all. Extremely unprofessional. I m now 8 months pregnant and my car is still not fixed. Thankfully I was able to find a better place who will be getting my car fixed in a timely manner and they actually answer the phone.

I can't begin to express how wonderfully this business is run. This is the second time I've had to have my car repaired here (neither incident was my fault, I swear!). I was kept informed every step of the way by the friendly, professional staff. The work was done exquisitely and in a timely manner. They looked out for ME, and not the insurance company. And to top it all off, THEY CLEANED THE INSIDE OF MY CAR!! It was just an amazing experience all-around, and my second great interaction with this company at that. Highly recommended. Had a small fender bender in a parking lot and this was one of the repair shops my insurance company recommended. Service was so cordial and friendly. Did a fantastic job on my car repair. Got calls to let me know how far along work was progressing on my repairs. When I picked up my car, it had been cleaned inside and out and waxed! I was treated like a guest by all. Would certainly recommend them to anyone.

I highly recommend this facility for collision repair work. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. They kept me updated from estimate to completion and even attempted to contact and schedule a secondary company for windshield replacement. They were fast, efficient, and honest. My car had even been vacuumed out when I went to pick it up. Their customer service simply can't be beat.

United Collision did a wonderful job repairing my car after a limb fell on the hood. Lacey and Allie in the front office were amazing. They kept my informed of the repair progress with frequent updates. My car was ready BEFORE the expected date and looks good as new. Honestly, wonderful workmanship

I have 2 new cars. Both are the same make and model. One a 2019 the other a 2020. Both received substantial hail damage. I brought them to United Collision Center South. The 2019 is being worked on presently. I got my 2020 back a few weeks ago. United made the entire experience painless. Very friendly staff and they kept/keep me updated well. The work on my 2020 is great. The car looks better than the day I bought it. Would definitely recommend them.

Excellent repair on my vehicle! I had someone hit the rear passenger side of my Lexus LX570, and not only does it look like it never happened, they had everything fixed in 3 days! If I ever need body work done on my car, hopefully not, I will definitely bring it back here. I highly recommend this place for any body work that needs to be done! Customer service is very good too, as I was able to pick up my car on a day they were closed. It's difficult to find businesses like this anymore, but I'm glad I found this one!

(2019)P. LaneUnited Collision Center did a beautiful job with my husbands 2018 Chrysler 300 the car looks brand new! The guys did a beautiful job restoring the car back to how it was before accident. . The office staff was AMAZING!! They always answered all of our questions they never made us feel like we were bothering them . The office feel was very comfortable you get good vibes from everyone!! I was so shocked that they were so professional, super kind and supportive. Where are other companies like this There would be no way We wouldn t use this company again. United Collisions is a gem to us. Shout out to the owner and Mr.Jeff you guys treated us so kindly, your top notch amazing people.

Awesome customer service. This shop is very professional and courteous and they kept me updated on the progress of my GMC Acadia that was involved in a wreck but you d never know it after they completed the repairs. I highly recommend this shop for any auto repair/body work. My vehicle looks great!! Thank you Mark and Ally!!.

From the manner in which they answer the phones, the kind care of the office staff, to the way they live up to everything they say - if you want your vehicle expertly repaired with absolutely ZERO nonsense, United Collision is the choice. These folks aren't happy unless you're happy. You cannot go wrong allowing United Collision to serve you.

United Collision repaired my truck and the work was terrific and its looks good as new. The office personel were pleasant and the vehicle repair was completed time. I would recommend this repair center to anyone needing vehicle repair.

I was in a wreck and had my car back within a week. They worked overtime to get me my car. And on top of that, it looks better than what it did before my wreck!Definitely recommend this company.

My husband and I are very pleased with Collision Center . We had hiccups however Jeff was really calm and very professional and explained everything perfectly. If you want someone who can deal with you in a very professional manner give these guys a call.
