I recently had the pleasure of bringing my car to Turbo Auto Repair for some much-needed repairs and to troubleshoot an issue with my oxygen sensor. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. The staff at Turbo Auto Repair were incredibly knowledgeable and provided top-notch customer service.Not only did they efficiently diagnose and fix the problem with my oxygen sensor, but they also went above and beyond to ensure that my car was running smoothly before I left the shop. The technicians took the time to explain the repair process to me in detail, which I really appreciated.I would highly recommend this shop to anyone in need of car repairs or maintenance.

Brought my car for an engine replacement and they got the job done. Did take longer than the initial time frame I received, but there ended up being another issue and they made sure to take care of it so that I wouldn t have any further problems. So far I have been driving my car for a few days and everything seems to be working perfect. I would definitely recommend this shop.

Shop owner is friendly professional and honest. Got my brakes and rotors replaced as a walk in last minute and did a very good job. 10/10 Recommend!

My Chevy traverse had an engine issue with the high noise due to driven long distance without oil and oil leaks. When I took it to this work shop, they repaired it within two hours without asking for an appointment with a cheaper estimate. I highly recommend this place to do with knowledgeable mechanics.

I highly recommend Turbo Auto Repair for any of your car troubles. They will always make time to get you an appointment. They are very transparent about what the issues are & they ve fixed any of my car troubles same day. Emad is very charismatic & friendly. He s also got a phenomenal memory. If you re a returning customer, he will definitely remember you. I can t thank them enough for how much they have helped me, even in a pinch.

Emad took very good care of my truck after being stranded due to a lower ball joint failure. Had me ready to get back on the road in under 2 hours. I have found my new mechanic!

I had an issue with my thermostat and brake switch and they fixed it for me at a great rate. They are very professional and cordial with their customers and provide excellent services. I highly recommend that you visit this shop whenever you have an issue with your car.

Its my third time that I went to Turbo Auto Repair for my truck inspection and checks. This time to change oil and filter.Because of my previous oil change with another company they are rounded up my pan plug and cross fitted plug destroying thread on it, and then they told me they cannot repair it even though they are the one who caused this problem for me.So, I went to Turbo Auto Repair and I am glad that I did. Emad and his crew were able to take the plug out, tap the pan thread, properly replace oil and filters, and even didn't charge me for all the extra work that is required to perform this job. Thank you Emad for all good and safe job, I really appreciate it.

I needed a belt replaced. I called. The owner said bring it now. I can look at it. I get there and he does look at it quick.He said I needed to replace belt and two pieces on pulley.I asked how long it would take because I had to pick up kids from school. I ll have you out of here within an hour . I go inside to get the quote, and it was really high.I asked him to breakdown the charges. They were charging 2 hours of labor. I told the guy he said it was only going to be an hour.Quote from guy at desk!! We charge what the book says incase they get in there and makes a mistake. That way they have time to fix it I told him not paying for two hours of labor if he does it in an hour.Sad because I was about to bring a full engine replacement job there!!I m not paying for 2 hours of work just incase you make a mistake and need that time to fix the issue.I can not believe that guy even said that.

I've grown to love this guy, the owner has been fair with me. I really challenged and questioned him on several things, and I came to found he's truly an expert. He knows the in's & out's of whatever vehicle he's working on, and he was straight with me. He fixed my wife's vehicle and mine, and since I've referred business to him. See my Egyptian friend, Emad! He'll shoot straight with you and that means everything to me and I'm sure to whomever is reading this. I was taken care of, 5 stars

I had taken my 2013 Range Rover to several mechanics who could not locate the issue with my truck. The guys at Turbo located the issue and fixed it time and with warranty I would recommend anyone with any type of vehicle if their is and issue with your car and your looking for quality work at a reasonable price go see the guys at Turbo Auto Repair. I went here and asked how much it would cost to diagnose a sound coming from my vehicle, he ignored me and said let s go test drive it after coming back he had me and my friend go inside to wait so that we couldn t see if he actually did anything to my car. After that he(the owner) came inside not 30 minutes later and told me very confidently what the problem was. I was then asked to pay before I could go outside and see that nothing had been done to my car. I had every intention of paying for the time and labor associated with finding where the noise was coming from but I truly believe that all he did was hear the noise and ask his coworker what he thought was wrong then go inside to charge me saying the charge would be removed from repair costs when I came to get it fixed. The thing is I knew I was scammed when I walked out (because my car was in the same spot from returning from test drive and all the other spaces in the shop were full & there were no oil marks on my car when there should ve been) and still wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt to see if that part was the only problem. (Because he s the professional and I SHOULD be able to trust him right?) After replacing both the sway bar links (which is the only thing he told me was wrong) the noise was still there. After returning and asking for a refund he tried to blame the other person who replaced the links and question their professionalism and the parts used(brand new parts from auto zone). Then he stated he would not refund me when he charged me $67 dollars for less than an hour of labor after realizing I wasn t getting my money back I asked once more how much it costs to diagnose a problem, to which he replied it s charged by the hour when I asked how much for an hour he replied $150 this entire experience sucked. (A professional would ve told me their pricing upfront) He told me he charged me for test driving the vehicle(I was there, it was just a waste of gas, I told him what the noise was and where it was coming from), turning the wheel to hear the noise, and looking underneath my vehicle(which I don t even know if he did). My thing is diagnosing a cars issues based off sound alone is ludicrous not to mention extremely unprofessional and this is precisely the reason women can t trust men at car shops for anything. I m extremely disappointed and dissatisfied because this wasn t just any employee this was the owner(which I didn t find out till I went back to ask for a refund). Just take this into account if you wish to do business with him. All I wanted him to do was tell me how much it would cost to find out what s wrong with it which he didn t wanna do till after he had already test drove it to give me a reason to pay him. He didn t even give me the actual price of the diagnosis till I went back to ask for a refund saying I charged you for a general diagnosis . I never asked for a general diagnosis The owner is a con artist who takes advantage of people. He had my first post flagged so it wouldn t show up on google. But I would loveeeeeee a response. When I read all the other reviews abt how nice they were and how transparent their prices are I was taken back, that was not my experience at all.

I had my fuel pump replaced on my Mercedes and same day after picking up my vehicle it stopped on me. I found that the fuel gage sensor was no longer working properly. I returned my truck and he said that he would do his own diagnostics. From his analysis it needed to be recalibrated so I was charged for that service. It appeared to be working based on the fuel gage showing half full vs empty(also remembered later that I had almost full tank upon return). I soon realized that the fuel gage was not working as I drove and it did not change. I contacted him about the problem still existing and he asked me to bring it back but after rental cars, breaking down, having to use Uber I decided not to return my vehicle. I don t know about anyone else but having to bring your car back several times is an big inconvenience and frustrating. Then being charged additional money for something that didn t resolve the problem and have to spend more money or inconvenience others from temporary transportation needs.

Great customer service reasonable prices and great fixes after a month of my car being down and the local shops couldn t diagnostic the problem with my car Turbo Auto Repair has my car for a day & the next day and it was fixed! I highly recommend this shop !

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable as well as being able to fit me in on a short notice. They also have a very comfortable waiting room! I ll definitely be coming here again in the future for any other car maintenance I need.

Do not trust this company they will they destroyed our vehicle with no explanation or compensation! It came out worse than when it went in! And they didn't even care! We live pay check to paycheck and it's hard enough trying to survive with people like this that don't care who they hurt! Shame on you! Please do not trust these people with your vehicles if you care about them!

I came to Turbo once before a few months ago for car issues and they determined what the issue was and fixed it almost immediately. I ran into car trouble this week and after visiting numerous mechanical shops in the area with no success in them being able to determine the issue. I remembered how helpful and efficient Turbo was and decided to come back. The services again were beyond great. They figured out what the issue was almost immediately and got to work on it right away. I highly recommend this business for all of your car needs. Emad is always so professional, helpful, and willing to explain in detail exactly what s going on, what s needed, etc.
