Shelby and his team are on point! We needed some maintenance done to one of my work vehicles and they came to the project site to pick it up for us! You have to get in line and leave your car for how ever long it takes, could be 2 weeks or more. They will not make appointments, so if you need your car until they can get to it, your out of luck. We left our car 5 days with them and they still hadn't look at it, if we take it home over the weekend we loose our place in line. We will not ever go back.

We were referred here by some friends and we are glad that we came here. They're an honest, trustworthy, and reasonably priced mechanic shop who diagnosed our problems with my wife's care as well as my truck. They even made a courtesy call a week later to be sure I wasn't having any more problems. Hopefully I don't have to return to fix anything but if I do, I wont hesitate bringing my vehicle here. Definitely recommend!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

amazing place! Great people. Also, if you have a new vehicle with a paper plate you are supposed to get your inspection sticker done at the dealer you bought your vehicle from. That has been that way for VERY LONG TIME.

Very friendly staff. Called promptly to let me know when they received my car and all that it needed. I was visiting my daughter at LSU so I'm not from here so I was a little worried but they quickly put my mind at ease. Fixed what I needed to get home and didn't pressure me into the other work they could have done. So grateful!

My name is Lynwood Ducro I went to go get a DOT inspection sticker for my 2022 Chevrolet 3500 .So I went in to the office and said I need to get a DOT inspection so the guy at the front desk said what you have I pointed at my truck so one of the guys was just nodding his head looking at the truck the other guy told me they have two other people ahead of me and they close for lunch come back after 1:00 so I go back after 1:00 the guy said they had two other people in front of me and besides we cannot do an inspection on your truck because you have a paper plate. Now I had two 18 wheeler and have family with truck also never heard of you can't get and Dot inspection until you get a hard plate. I let out the place shaking my head . Tell me why we still living like back in the days it's no reason why but I know one thing there's a man up about we all have to answer .

Been doing business withe these folks for years and will continue. Honest, trustworthy and fair. They even assisted my son in evaluating what needed to be fixed immediately and items that could be delayed if needed.

Go get a second opinion from a different shop. I had my ball joints changed and a few weeks go by I start hearing a popping sound so I take it back in and they try to tell me my wheel bearings where going out. I didn t believe them I took it to another shop and they informed me that my bearings were fine and that the popping noise was coming my ball joints and just needed some stuff tightened. Even went as far to get a third, they told nothing was wrong on my truck. Also they re incredibly overpriced.Service: Steering & suspension repair

So I went to Tri-Care because I had a blow out tire and my boss said go to tri-care to get it fixed. So while I was there I wanted to get some other things fixed two birds one stone. So I got my AC unit checked and filled back up, my oil changed, two new front tires, and then had all my tires aligned. So I had no problems with the time I waited to have it all done since it was quite the list of work. So after waiting about 5 hours I am informed that my driver side window is now broken and will not be operational. This was strange since before my tire blew out I had just picked up lunch from a drive thru. Now at this point a person can deduce that if it worked perfectly before you had the car dropped off and then it stops working after work is done then who is the responsible, obviously the party who had it and it broke. Now I know how a repair job can go and somethings can break while fixing other things, but take some actual responsibility for your actions and don't say there is nothing we did to break it. Tri-care's statement was it is a bad master switch and it is not their fault for it breaking while they were working on my car. I would never recommend Tri-care to anyone unless they want a new headache from some new issue and for them to deny any responsibility.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Air conditioning, Oil change

Brought our emergency work vehicle to them with a blown out rear passenger tire to be fixed. (One of our employees had smoked a curb and blew a back tire out).They found more things wrong with the inside tire and the wheel which wouldnt balance because it had warped. Granted we had a large GMC 3500 box truck with dual tires on the back end. Tri Care was the only place that could take the weight of the truck. They did an amazing job and we got the truck back the same day. Highly Recommend TRI CARE AUTOMOTIVE off of Airline Hwy!!!

I'm only giving them two stars, because I received a call from the manager regarding my first rating(one star). I'll just say make sure you know exactly what needs to be done to your vehicle, before you bring it here. I was quoted more than double on exaggerated repairs on my son's truck. I got more stuff done for less the price, but it took me having it towed to Covington, LA where my trusting mechanic did the work.

Couldn't fix my car because the door mechanism was broken...great...fix it. "Sorry we can't do that. We can break it open if you want. But we aren't leaning over the seat you have to take you car to a body shop, have them fix it, then bring it back and we will look at it." Not from an accident the internal locking mechanism broke. Would have thought a mechanic could fix it. Thanks for wasting 2 tows. One to you, one away.

AWESOME SERVICE! I got in and out with a new inspection sticker, oil change, air filter, and battery cleaning. They did a great job and they stand by their work. If you want good vehicle maintenance and a little piece of mind - they can help!!

'07 100 Series Land Cruiser w/front differential probs. No one would look at it except stealership. Referred to these guys by a friend in the off-road accessories industry. They replaced front differential with an OEM one, called after and followed up to make sure all was good. Great and honest service

Used them a couple of times. Very knowledgeable and professional people. Very timely analysis of problem and quick repair. Had minor glitch but handled promptly and courteously. Great local business. Recommend highly.

Horrible customer service, more worried about lunch hour off than taking care of a customer. They told me to come in and when I got there in 10 min., 20 min. before their lunch they could not do the inspection sticker. Will never go back there for anything. SS on the corner cares more about your time.
