Someone backed into my cars and of course, didn t have insurance. Took my car to Toussaint and in only 3 days my car was ready and looked like it did when I purchased it. They were so fun and inviting. The customer service was a 10 star service. And the pricing was very great. Best quality work I ve seen! OH!!!! They even detailed my car!!!!! I recommend them to anyone who s wanting true quality service and work.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

One of the BEST body shops in Baton Rouge hands down. They helped me turn the most stressful situation into a manageable one. Marcus (shop owner) is a very strait forward man and he runs a VERY HONEST BUSINESS. Every time I called Mr. Mike or Marcus answered the phone and answered all my questions. There are a lot of body shops in BR that are shady and they'll try to run your money up, but Toussaints isn't one of them. Best experience I've ever had with a body shop, I will be going back if/when I need anything in the future. They do custom stuff too.

Amazing service on the ford 150, it looks amazing, my guy at touissaint customs, are hands down amazing at any paint and body work needed, do yourself a favor and stop by for the best customer service and body work.

Oh My Goodness where do I even start. This place is very amazing. They helped me out so much. I was working with Mr. Marcus and he was very transparent and always kept me updated on my vehicle. I highly recommend Toussaint Customs and Collisions if any one is looking this is the right place to come to. Very professional and will help you out to so much. I am well pleased with the repairs to my vehicle, my truck looks good, you can t tell there were any damages to it. They did a great job, I would highly recommend their services!!! And I m not saying this because he s my nephew!!!!! They really do great work!!!

Went to get my car fixed and they went above and beyond to find parts quickly and called me with every update. Mark was a great mechanic and I would recommend this shop any day! I called a few other places before and they were unable to get my car in for months. Toussaint got it in the next day and worked with my insurance to appeal claims that were denied to get them approved.

Excellent service, excellent work! Looks like new. This was my 1st accident & the Toussaint team was very helpful in communicating with the difficult insurance company and also making sure my rental was covered for the whole time. I highly recommend!

Toussaint Customs did a wonderful job repairing my husband s truck after it was broken into. The truck looks brand new, and the customer service at Toussaint s was first class. Marcus stayed after hours to finish up the job, and he and his guys even threw in a complementary detail!

These guys do AMAZING work! I had my aftermarket bumpers painted by them and they look completely factory. The work the do is up there with bringing your car to the manufacturer to fix it. I will be going to them for as long as I need help with my car!

Toussaint Customs has a high regard in truth and ethics. I brought my car for a repair and they told me their price & provided me with a free estimate.Surprisingly, the referred my to another body repair business. This was a shock!They were honest and transparent letting me know that they could complete the work but, they recommended me to their alternative shop. Because this shop would complete the repair at a cheaper rate. I really respect that.

Toussaint Customs offers above and beyond customer service. Had an work done that was complicated by supply chain and bad timing issues for a move across country. This shop stuck with me till the end to ensure quality work was done and I was taken care of. The owner is exceptional and does work to quality vs time.

I recently used Toussaint Customs to do some "upgrading" to the look of my car. I'm so happy I found them. Marcus went above and beyond with his detail and work. The knowledge he had is mind blowing. The pricing was extremely good as well! His suggestions came out great. I had the roof and a few other parts of the car wrapped to give it a fresh look and had all emblems and factory chrome changed to satin black. Great job! I'll definitely be back as a repeat customer.
