Unorganized, slow. Quick to take your money but that s about it. Horrible customer service but that s the norm In USA now.They have really nice expensive things for sale but so do other businesses with better treatment of the customer.I ve been here thrice and it s the last I see your Excuse and it only drives my point home. All one has to do is look at all of the customers complaining about the same thing. All you care about is $$& not people. Never going to your store again! None of them.

I highly recommend Total Off-road and More in Baton Rouge! They did a phenomenal job on my 4Runner- lifted, new tires and rims, roof rack and roof top tent. Awesome products and top notch service! I will be a repeat customer! Everyone is knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond to ensure their customers are satisfied!

I brought my 2019 Tacoma TRD in for a new set of tires. Matt and guys at Total Off Road on Airline knocked it out of the park.Matt recommended NITTO RIDGE GRAPPLERS 35sI could not be happier, the tires are great, the service was outstanding and fast. They took the time to listen to all my concerns and made sure I was satisfied.I would recommend them to anyone who is serious about quality products and great prices.

Dylan was awesome - kept me updated daily, with pictures, and explained everything that was done to my Jeep once I picked it up. Highly recommend using Total Offroad because of their due diligence with all items and highly recommend working with Dylan who is very knowledgeable.

New wheels, tires, tpms sensors, leveling kit and alignment all done before noon. Zero complaints.Update 12/9/23The store has changed owner/name but it still has the same products and the great staff.

Took my 2018 TRD Pro Tacoma in for an alignment. I have 32.5 KO2 s and the Wescott Designs lift/level kit. They got it perfect the first try. I would most definitely recommend these guys to anyone. Great experience overall and only took about 45 minutes.

Had a great experience with 4wheel parts in Baton Rouge. I went in on a Friday and spoke with Woodrow. Told him what I wanted to accomplish with my 4Runner. I was originally going to go with just black wheels but he talked me into the bronze. Paid and ordered the parts that day, the following Tuesday Woodrow called and let me know everything was is. Scheduled for the following Friday. I couldn t be happier with how my vehicle turned out. Counter service was great, tech service was great.When I arrived at the shop Friday am for my install Woodrow was waiting at the counter and had one of my wheels in the box on a stand to show me, he really knew that I was trusting him in the decision to go bronze and he wanted me to see how they looked. That s customer service. I really appreciate that after they seated and aired up the fist wheel and tire assembly, they rolled it into the waiting area for me to take a look. This little detail went a long ways for me! I will being using them again in the near future.

Highly recommend them. They did a great job advising and walking me thru what I needed to get a lift on my sons Jeep. I know zero about shocks and tires and my advisor Matt made the whole experience so pleasant. I asked that it be ready on my sons birthday and they came thru 2 days earlier. I will certainly utilize them in the future.

Excellent service! The front counter guys were polite and extremely helpful. I purchased and had installed a 3" front and 2" rear leveling kit and a tri-fold bed cover.

5+ Stars all day!I ve brought my truck to Total Off-road several times recently, and each time have received great customer service from whoever is standing behind the counter. Woody especially has helped me get my truck going in the right direction! Whether it s been a major diagnostic and fix, a simple warranty repair, or just having exactly the tires I wanted in stock.I will continue making the drive to Baton Rouge for above and beyond customer service AND quality work!!

Got tires and rims here for my 84 Jeep CJ. The prices are priced right at Amazon so why would you not want to support local businesses ? Matt and Woody were great and support after the sale is amazing!

Called them and let them know that I was moving to a different state and I needed something fixed that messed up the day before. Mike made sure I was in and out the next day no appointment. Great customer service!

I dropped off my new 2023 Toyota Tundra TRD Pro to have a lift kit and 35 inch tires put on. They had exactly what I was looking for in the Westcott lift kit and the exact all terrain tires I wanted. Couldn t be more pleased with the excellent service Smitty and his team provided me. Well done!

These guys are a legit business and always makes sure the customer is satisfied with their work. They work super fast as well, I didn t have to leave my truck for weeks. I got it back the next day after I dropped it off. I highly recommend this company. Woody will make sure that you re taken care of! Give them a try for all of your truck needs!

Pretty clueless about anything technical. Parts are expensive. Save your money and do it yourself or order the parts and find a decent mechanic. Places like this are here to take your money.

I was having issues with my 2012 JK wandering in the lane after adding a lift, 35s, and having it aligned at a local tire shop. I posted my issues on a 4x4 club page, and Woody reached out to me with a diagnosis. He ordered the parts and scheduled an appointment to bring the Jeep in. Even in the middle of Total Offroad and More taking over the shop he worked at, the entire process was seamless. I picked up my Jeep and could tell the issues were resolved within the first 1/4 mile of driving. I am an avid do it yourselfer, but sometimes you have to call in the professionals. Woody and his team answered the call!!

Woody and the crew took great care of me. I was in a bind and they took the extra time to make sure the items were in stock and arrived when I needed. They even called me back after hours to correct a mistake I made and got me the right piece. Would definitely recommend

My experience was Terrific, especially after I talked to Woody and brought my truck in for the work we talked about over the phone. Woody was awesome and answered all my questions and concerns and was very knowledgeable on the lift for my truck and explained everything perfectly. 4WP will definitely get my business again.

I should have come here first!! Jeeps will rattle, but not like the rattle I was having. Went to 2 body shops and had no less that 6 pros fail at finding the source. Walked into 4WP today and Woody had it figured out in 10 min fixed in 20! This guy has had 25 Jeeps!! I found THE expert Thanks, Woody!!

Great experience at 4 Wheel Parts. Woody and the team had great customer service in which took me over 3 weeks to decide what I wanted on my truck. Gave great advice and ultimately the right choice for me. Nothing but patience and an answer to every question I had.

Utterly disappointed in the service I have received from 4 Wheel Parts. Ordered a bed rack for my truck roughly 3 weeks ago and although I received shipping confirmation, UPS never received the package. After several attempts to find out what was going on, and several hours on hold, customer support finally answered. They told me UPS lost the package initially and later told me the manufacturer had that item on back order. Fast forward 3 weeks and multiple promises made from 4WP, my bed rack had seen no updates and I was told the manufacturer was still on back order. At this point I cancelled my order with 4WP, and called the manufacturer directly. Found out within 2 minutes that the manufacturer had several of these bed racks in stock and was able to ship my bed rack the same day. It is impossible to get ahold of 4WP customer support, and I m so frustrated with the fact that I was lied to and forced to wait several unnecessary weeks. I never write reviews but hopefully this will help someone else. I can say with full confidence that I will never do business with this company in the future.

Refused to answer my email or return my voicemail (why didn't they answer the phone during business hours?) asking for a simple RMA for an unopened item during the return period. It's been months and heard nothing.

Called and talked to Matt about ordering tires and he mad the process pretty easy goin. They let me know when they arrived and had an appointment set up for me that fit into my schedule. Took truck in yesterday and they got it in the shop right away. The mechanic took me back to my truck to show me reasons for not able to do an alignment at that time ( proper PPE was worn to be able to do that) let me know it was safe to drive back to Wisconsin as long as I got it taken care of right away when I got there. Mike and Matt that work there are very custom service oriented and very helpful. If I'm in the area again and need work done, I will be takin it back to them.

Before you order anything online from 4WP you need to come here and talk to Smitty!He resolved an issue that I had with an online order and fast! This place is definitely customer orientated. I can't say enough good things! I will be back for all of my future projects!

Matt, Mike, & Woody were great to work with and talk to! Everyone in the Baton Rouge shop I dealt with knew their stuff when it came to 4x4 s. I will use these guys again for me next upgrade.

What kind of offroad specialists don't work on adjustable products from major name brands. Not even installation, just 4 wheel alignment and adjust pinion angles. That speaks volume of the company and/or location. That leaves customers options limited. All the big names, quality in off road performance is adjustable.
