So I bought a 2015 GMC Sierra 1500 and the inside and outside were almost like new except for the vinyl on center console where the driver put his elbow was tearing and starting to rip. So I paid Tops Unlimited $185 to reupholster it . When picked it up afterwards, it looked really good. 3 or 4 months later I noticed a few small tears in Tops Unlimited work. Keep end mind I have no pets or any other reason why it should start to rip or tear. They wanted a receipt but I didn t have it. FinalLu the owner told them to go ahead and reupholster it. 1 year later it looked worse than when I originally brought it to them. The picture is of my console after being reupholster twice by Tops Unlimited & 1 year.I even called up to T. U. afterwards and pretended like I was just a new customer getting a quote and I asked the guy about how long their reupolstered would last and he said 3 to 4 years. Then he actually said that I was the only person who ever said that I d had a bad experience.My Tops Unlimited reupholstered console couldn t even last 1 year.TOPS UNLIMITED MUST USE THE CHEAPEST VINYL KNOWN TO MAN. Don t make the same mistake I did.

Scratch my roof on my truck after charging 2k and now saying it was already there!!Funny how it's right near the sunroof as if I wouldn't notice. Would not recommend

Nothing but great things to say about this company. They have been in business for over 40 years and there's a reason for that success! I had a glass roof installed in my truck and when I sold it 10 years later, it was the original glass, gaskets, etc... No leaks and no drooping headliner.

Exceeded expectations!!! The employees really went above and beyond for me! From helping me choose colors and style to getting the job done a week earlier than expected in less than 2 days!!! They even saved my previous seat covers for me which I thought they weren't going to be able to do because it'sso labor intensive! I would recommend them to anyone for leather installation! Thank you so much!!! I love it!

Charged me 2 hours at $125.00 an hour to install a sunroof. I dropped it off and came back 30 minutes later because I forgot my house key and the top was already in. Roof leaks Everywhere. Refused to fix it. Then the owner cursed me out and threatened to fight me. I left the business and pulled into another business where I was followed by him and another employee threatening to beat the hell out of me. I will be seeking legal counsel and contacting police. All they had to do was fix it or refund my money.

DJ and Team fixed my sunroof leak in no time flat and Even let me leave my car there for a few days when I had to take an unexpected trip. Highly recommend!

I recently got a hole in the sunroof of my car and got sent to this business through my insurance. I can very positively say that I will recommend them to any friends and family. When I came in today the women that greeted me at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. She quoted me about an hour and a half to two hours to get my sunroof replace. The men/women in the back were able to get my car done in less than an hour. The new glass looks wonderful and the mechanics work very well.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Tops Unlimited! Excellent customer service and super informative staff. Haven t a clue what busted my sunroof in my Infiniti Q50 but I ll be the first to say these people are completely HONEST, HARD WORKING, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND MOST OF ALL RELIABLE! Only people that called me back when I was in a complete bind! Living in Louisiana weather is less than reliable and these guys called me back before the places my insurance company provided with. Explained my insurance issue to me, provided all the necessary paperwork and went above and beyond with customer service both during and after hours! There are not enough stars to give this company but should anyone EVER need a replacement glass sunroof in a hurry and at an honest and more than a reasonable rateTHESE ARE WITHOUT A DOUBT YOUR GO TO! Highly highly recommend and reputable place of business! Thank you all so much! Shout out to Annette, you re awesome along with the entire staff! Thank you all for the excellent service I was provided along with a super warm southern welcoming. Best place EVER!!

My sunroof suddenly shattered on morning driving, never saw what hit it. Called a bunch of places and no one could replace a sunroof glass for some reason. Tops unlimited said they could and took great care of me. Waited a few days for the new glass to come in and took about 20 min to install once I got there! Would definitely recommend! Great company, great customer service, reasonably priced! Thanks

I'm not sure why they wired my sunroof 2 close everytime the truck cuts off, but I don't like that. The 2k they charged me, I should have everything, the way I want it. In addition 2 that, I don't like the way my headliner looks, U can tell it's a aftermarket sunroof. I feel like they should have filled it in w/sum styrofoam 2 make it look fuller. I am pleased w/ the lifetime leak warranty and 3 year parts warranty. I don't know, I may ask if they can run a wire r something so the roof can close when I'm ready 4 it 2 close, nott when the truck cuts off. It's been a whole day, so I don't know how dissatisfied I am yet, imma give it a week and I will know how I really feel.

Just wanted to let the world know that these people really blessed me today! Came in with a leaking sunroof on my Tahoe which was going to cost me a couple hundreds! Instead of me paying, they actually took there time and did some research and found out that my vehicle had a recall on the sunroof window! So I walked out with a brand new, beautiful, new glass for my sunroof ! Very fast installment, very nice personality, and I walked out blessed and happy! Thanks y all

Tops unlimited did a fantastic job on replacing the headliner on my Audi S4. I had a hard time finding someone who would replace the headliner on an Audi due to the complexity of the job. The personnel at Tops where super friendly with my inquiries in regards to a quote, they were super flexible in allowing me to reschedule when the state was affected by the ice storm, and they were able to do the job almost immediately and were able to finish the job in a reasonable amount of time. The job they did on the headliner looks like the original and to date I cant be happier.

Tops Unlimited are top of the line. I thought I had a problem with my sunroof, only to find out this was normal for what was happening. When I explained what was going on, Ms. Annette told me there is no problem, and it was doing what it is supposed to do. Ms. Annette said she was going to have one of her people check it out to make sure there is no issues elsewhere. Everything was good and did not charge for the service. Like to add that Ms. Annette and all people working there were professional and friendly. Tops Unlimited hold old-school values close.

Tops Unlimited is Awesome! I called on a Tuesday with a broken sunroof. Thursday morning I have a new one installed. Everyone in the store was super nice and very personable. I highly recommend Tops Unlimited.

Install still happening, but they've communicated with me through the process of replacing my cloth interior with a heated and ventilated interior. They are also replacing my sagging and dysfunctional headliner.The quality of the Katzkin leather is incredible, looking forward to the finished product!

These guys did a great job replacing the top upholstery on my vw golf. They were well priced, and finished in a timely manner. The top they put in is good and thick, far superior to what was in there stock. May even add a bit of insulation value!!

Over the pass 14 years I have had many of my car either upholstered or moon roof installed or maybe both done by these folk and let me tell you. The integrity, craftsmanship and attention to detail they take in their work is unsurpassed by anyone that I know. If you want the work done right and at a good cost, these are the guys to see.

Tops unlimited are very knowledgeable and very well priced. I would highly recommend them. I dropped mustang off to get the top replaced at I am and they had it installed by at noon on the same day. I couldn't ask for more.

Got my Sunroof done. Great Service and best price in the town. GMC dealership may have charged $1k atleast but at Top unlimited $330.

I had some work done on the sunroof of my 2009 F-150 KingRanch in 2015. Later I found out that it leaked and waited for them to make arrangements for the right part. Before I could get it back to them I had a huge medical emergency where after a major complicated back surgery the treatment by the doctor/staff put me in a coma that lased 6 weeks!!! I spent 100 days in the hospital and still couldn't walk or do anything else!Idk, maybe 6 months ago I contacted Mike about this leak that I still had EVEN THOUGH this was from mid 2015. Finally got around to bringing it by his shop for an examination. Then made arrangements to fix it.Maybe he didn't have to fix it after that length of time BUT BEING THE STAND UP MAN THAT HE IS, MIKE TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING!!!I would not hesitate to bring a vehicle to Tops Unlimited should the need arise.

They replaced my sunroof on my 07 Dodge Charger, and it now has to go back for a 4th time. Roof is still leaking, and they act as if I am bothering them every time I bring it back. Dirty finger prints left all over the inside of the car, parts not installed correctly and left dangling, and lights don't work now.

They replaced the tracks for my sunroof. They did a fantastic job at an affordable rate. It was worth the trip to their shop.
