This was my second time coming to this place trying to give it a try, the first time I got a used tire for my truck $69 + $5 for tire ok I paid that no problem, I come this in time to get a tire and oil change the owner quoted me 69 (tire) + 5 (fee) + 69 (oil), how ever when it s time to pay they did a switch and bait and said that I needed to get a better oil which is (100), I will never do business with discount tire, they didn t even know how to reset the oil light

Worst place in town to get anything done to your vehicle I purchased two tires they tried to put them back on without balancing them they sold me a tire that was leaking and they scratched my brand new rims and tried to paint them with a paint marker I had to call the police and all PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE TO THESE PEOPLE they even told me they scratched them because they didn t have a plastic piece for their tire machine

Sometimes good! But also sometimes bad! I have been here a lot because of the location I had to get tire fixed. 5 stars fixing flats,but anything else becareful you could get ripped off. That's all I'm going to say.

Do not buy a car from them they sell overpriced lemons and won t give your money back it s tax time and they prey on the weak and they target women that don t know about cars. So do not buy a car from them especially if it s your first car. You will be broke down on side the road crying!

Drove 45 min after I called and was told they had 4 of the tires I was looking for. They had 1 and couldn t give me an explanation of why whoever I talked to lied.

This shop was amazing! T and JB were the nicest people. They worked on my tire to get me back on the road to Dallas in no time. The staff were super friendly. Proactively checked the pressure in all my tired and explained the solution from start to finish. Definitely worth a visit. Thanks again! Great shop.

I went there to get a replacement tire because mine was starting to tear. I left thinking that I got a good quality tire. I went to firestone for an oil change and they informed me that they gave me a 7 year old tire and it was the wrong size. I will NEVER reccomend this place to any body. a waste of $72!!!!

They gave me a tire that popped a week after I got it. Beware don t spend your money here and they won t replace even though they gave you a bad tire

I was referred to them from a friend of my and they took really good care of me. I was coming in for one tire to be replaced and thank God they looked at all of them because I had a tire that was showing the wires in 4 different places. I have kids and that could have turned deadly for the kids and I if it would have blown out going down the interstate.

I went to get a used front driver tire.They suggested I needed both front tires, which is fine but they charged me $150 for them. The very next morning my front driver tire was flat.I went up there. They couldn't find the leak. I went to work for around 830am by 2pm my tires was flat again. Then they finally switched me out for another tire.

The quality of the tires here are of very poor quality. We bought 2 tires and the next day one of them popped while we were driving. We pulled over to put on spare but realized that they put the lugs on too tight, 3 hours later and help from friends and my brother we finally got the lug off. My husband went back to the shop and told them what happened and they apologized and gave another tire (needless to say we did not have them put the tire on)...But the story doesn't end here, because days later we discovered the other tire was also a bad tire.. and we no longer had a receipt. So long story short, buyers beware!!. If you choose to do business here make sure they are giving you a good tire.

Passing through the area on our way to California and we bent & cracked our rear rim. This establishment squeezed us in around 6 on a Saturday evening. I m so grateful for their assistance getting use back on the road!

Great service,great used tire selection at affordable prices. Staff is friendly and always fix my vehicle for a great price. They can do anything you need for your car. Check them out when you need something done to your ride. A plus service center

Went here to get a replacement use tire until I was able to get a new one and they gave me a tire with that was worse than what I originally had on my vehicle went to the owner to see about getting a better use one he insisted that they wouldn't do a such thing but I know for a fact that they did put that tire on my vehicle.. I don't recommend this place they rip people off..

Price was good but work wasn't. Went there last month to get a front end alignment, which was $75.00. The guy said before we do the job,we must check all other mechanical parts...and if something is wrong we can't do the alignment, and plus a $25 fee. So they put it on the rack,and start doing the alignment. After they finished he said there's gaps in the alignment . Got in my truck,and started on my way home, and noticed my truck still pulling and a wobble, which caused me to whole the steering wheel to the left. So I called him and he said bring back the next day. I did after I got off work and the other mechanic, asked what it was doing. I explained to him and he said it might be another problem. So he checked it out and said the alignment is good. Said that my problem could be my spacers, that's making it pull and wobble. My truck rode better before the alignment. I took it to a mechanic, that I know...he jacked up the truck and had me turn the tire left and right. Come to find out a had a bad inner tie rod the whole time plus pitman arm also. And I was like wow...they did my alignment, without checking for damaged parts. Had the parts changed and called and told him what happened...he said bring it back buddy I'll take care of it. Brought it back and showed him the receipt of parts purchased and...my alignment receipt. And he started to talk about the rims and spacers again...that can cause a pull. I'm like yeah I understand but I had a wobble which was because of the bad parts. Then he was like I'm going to do it...and had his mechanic, put it on the rack. After about fifteen minutes...called me over by the truck, just to tell me that they can't do the alignment. Reason being the truck is to high and it can't get a reading on the computer. So I was like I had the same rims on here when I came...and y'all did it. And why is it a problem now???!!! They just basically ripped me off. I will advise you not to have your vehicles aligned there...liars and crooks. F, tire discount!!!!!

Called for a brake replacement quote and was told $50. Took my vehicle to have the repair and received a call 20 minutes after I left it, stating that it was ready for pickup. I returned to get my car and pay for service only to find that less than 10 minutes later the brakes were still squeaking. I called to inform them and the Caucasian "gentleman" (I use that term very loosely) who "repaired" the car said "IT WILL MAKE NOISE BECAUSE YOU NEED ROTORS" I asked him when he called for me to pickup the car why didn't he make that recommendation then, received no reply. Told him I would bring it back the next morning and he said the rotor repair was $35. I called back and spoke with Besam to inform him as well and he said "BRING IT AND I WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU LOVE" 9am the next day I waited with the car for the repair to be complete, which it was and was told $50. I stated the "gentleman" said $35, Besam states "THATS ONLY IF YOU GET IT DONE SAME DAY" which was NOT said during the conversation the day before. Besam and the Caucasian "gentleman" both were disrespectful and combative when I said that was going to pay the $35 I was quoted by saying "YOU GON PAY IT OR WHAT CUZ ION HAVE TIME FOR THIS". I own a business and have never dealt with anyone this way. Its best to stick with known American national companies for this very reason. If the owner ever wants to speak with me about this, which i doubt, I am ready at any time.
