Shawn and the guys at tire and wheels pro go out of there way to make sure the customer is satisfied. This is by far the best wheel shop in Baton Rouge and in Louisiana far as I m concerned. Thanks you guys for the best experience buying wheels and tires!

Come on down and shop with Shawn and the guys at TWP. He is very helpful and works with you to get the best deals. He goes above and beyond with the customer service. TWP have a nice selection of rims and if they don t have what you want they don t waste time ordering them. I ve purchased several different sets of rims and I haven t been let down yet. The mechanics are always professional and they do great work.

This the only rim shop in town that i will do business with because the staff is always nice and friendly. And the owner will go above and beyond to make sure that your well taken care off. Today i came here and purchased a set of rims for my impala and i got my brakes changed also and a wheel alignment for a great price. I recommend Tire & wheel pros to all my family and friends and the job they did repairing my sister rim curb rash was excellent.

This place is a rip off, I bought tires from him less then a year ago. I rotated the tires with oil change. The tire started to couple he refuse to honor warranty saying it was something wrong with my 2020 Chevy shocks that was causing the couple( shocks are in great shape) he then said coupling was not cover under warranty. 0 out of 10 won t recommend.

Absolutely 100% recommend visiting this place next time you need some new tires or rims for your vehicle!! we have purchased 3 sets of tires plus 2 sets of rims and they never disappoint! thanks so much guys!

Bad experience with them, not recommended. I when there few months ago to buy a new wheels 22" for my 2019 tahoe but they didn't have at that time, he offered me 24" but I was concerned about the suspension of my truck. He promised me if something happen on my truck or I didn't like them, they will return my money. The same day at my driveway I notice something was leaking from wheels area the 2 front ones. I call them they say bring in the truck and he said that I need new front shock absorbers, 3 years old truck. After inspection we both agree on, me paid for parts, he will install them, he never call me back. Now I had to paid somewhere else $1,100 to replace the damage parts.

We have been dealing with Shaun for years,he has always been courteous and attentive to what we needed and were looking for.Our son has also dealt with him for a long time.He s honest and will not steer you wrong just to make a quick sale!!!!

Went here just to repair two rear tires and these guys charged over $100 bucks after they just keep tacking on extra charges. Finally get my car back and the repair guy switched out 2 of my wheel tire stem caps and left one completely off. Told them immediately and he goes back and brings them back out and puts them on. These guys are not honest, make sure you check your car before leaving

Filed a safeguard claim with them March 26,2021 for curb damage wheel. Guy informed me wheel was on back order do you Covid19. Month later no phone call or update. Spoke with Sean still nothing. Today my wife call they say canceled order because she was upset with them. I wouldn t let them work on my bicycle Horrible customer service Do not use them for nothing With a safeguard claim I never knew you had to put a deposit!!! U should have never said you could file the claim!!! U was rude and unprofessional.. I have own plenty cars with safeguard tire and wheel and never ever had to put a deposit and why would we want to buy new wheels because of curb damage on a brand new car that doesn t make sense but we got it fix and it didn t take 6plus months and again don t ever ever bring your vehicle here

One of the best experience at a tire shop. My car was wobbling a lot and Pep Boys told me that just wheel balance will not be enough rather I have to do and I need to fix control arm bushings. It turned out that just wheel balance was enough to fix it. Above all good prices and fast service.

Wife side-swiped a curb and made some deep gashes in the edge of one rim on her 2017 Maxima. Royal Nissan recommended this place for repair, so we decided to give it a shot. Dropped off the wheel on Sat 9AM, they looked at the damage and quoted $150 and said it would be done that day. Called me around 3pm when it was ready. Went and picked up the wheel and the work was impressive. Cant even tell where the damage was... Definitely recommend to others based on quality of work.

Great Service and very good pricing! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for wheels and tires. I'm a repeat customer and this group has gone above and beyond to help every time. They even custom bored one set of rims onsite to fit the car. This shop can do it all..

Great service!! very friendly staff. I bought set of rims and tires for my Acura rsx form these guys. I am really picky when it comes to rims but these guys knew what they were doing and I got just what I wanted. Thanks TWP.

DONT DO THE ZERO DOWN!!!!!!! I was not informed that there would be ANOTHER finance charge from WESTCREEK FINANCIAL! Tires were $900.00 installed and out the door! 7 months later WESTCREEK wants another $1400.00 in which 1400.00 was already paid. THE OWNER FAST TALKS TO GET HIS MONEY! It s all good but NEVER AGAIN

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! These people knowingly put the wrong size tires on my vehicle two seperate times and charged me each time for it! After I spoke to the manager all he said they could do is sell me different tires for more money. When I refused to pay him and I asked him why they would put wrong size tires on my vehicle he didn't have anything to say. These are just really unknowledgable and unprofessional people. If you want quality work please do not go here!

I was hesitant to check this place out because of the disparity in the recent reviews. I brought my 03 WRX that i drove out from California a few weeks ago since i moved to Louisiana. I wanted some adequate wheels and tire that were not too flashy yet gave me the JDM sport look i was going for. great guys that were helpful in making my decision. only reason i did not put 5 stars was the fact they didn't have the style i was looking for in stock because they have a lot of the bigger 22"/24" wheels. not a bad thing at all but something that is easy to improve to take advantage of a greater market. over all these guys did what i expected them to do, got me what i wanted, and i can honestly recommend them to others knowing they will get hooked up like i did. Thanks TWP.
