We were in Louisiana on a caravan trip and discovered we were missing a rivet on the airstream. Dwayne in the service department got us taken care of in no time and did not charge us a dime! Really great people here. Customer service is NOT dead here!

I had a RV problem while on the road traveling. Dwayne and his crew got me in the shop quickly and back on the road. They charged a very reasonable price. Highly recommended

The service dept has given us UNPRECEDENTED service!! I want to single out Barbie and Alex!! They ve gone out of their way to make our camper (which is not new, actually)..the BEST it can be. They are professional, attentive and kind! They went above and beyond! You couldn t ask for better sales, service or results than here! Very very pleased.

We dealt with Scotty and he was great. We are out of Las Vegas and we looked all over the west coast for a particular Thor RUV and he beat them all in price and in customer relationships. I would go back to him.

Due to the pandemic the wait time to just get your RV in for repair is 3 to 4 months. Then you have to wait for it to be diagnosed and even longer for parks to come in. Wish they could hire more people.
