My husband and I have been looking for a very long time for a good deal on a Honda Odyssey we came all the way from Metairie to Baton Rouge to test drive this van . Derrick was very knowledgeable and most importantly very patient!!! Derrick is definitely an asset to Team Honda in Baton Rouge. We had a 2011 Honda Odyssey and wanted another one because well it s an amazing vehicle! I won t go to any other dealership but this one ! Thank you Derrick Woods for everything! I couldn t be happier with my beautiful van

I worked with JR in the used car department and he was amazing. Really got me moving in the right direction. I also worked with Carolyn in the finance department. She went above and beyond to get me the best deal possible. I recommend these two to anyone who s looking for a new car at Team Honda

The used car department is very easy to work with. I was greeted and helped by Sam. After reviewing all of my options, I was able to find a dependable 2021 toyota corolla. This is my second time going to this dealership, and my experience has always been enjoyable.

Excellent experience top to bottom!I worked with Sam R. In the Used Car Sales department, and over my two days there he was incredibly patient, helpful, and kind to me. I ended up purchasing a Certified Used Civic from them and I am incredibly thankful to have Sam on my side during that process.I cannot speak on their New Car and Service departments, however from my experience I would expect nothing less than positive interactions. If you are in the market for a car, I highly recommend paying Team Honda a visit if they have inventory for what you are looking for.

My overall experience was great! I worked with Sam R in the Used Car Department and he was great. From the time he greeted me from the time I drove off the lot with my car he was amazing and very patient with me. Sam made my first car purchase a breeze , easy as possible. I appreciate him so much and I recommend anybody to visit Sam R at Team Honda Baton Rouge on Siegen Lane and go purchase your car with him!

Mr. Charles Holmes & Mr. Anthony Hall got me all situated in a 2018 Rav 4 and found a deal that worked perfectly for my situation! I was in dire need of a reliable car at an affordable rate and they DUG to get me the best rate! Everyone at this establishment is pleasant and knowledgeable! Felt like home!

I just want to shout out D. Woods and Joe Campbell at the siege lane location,BR. They made the search and car buying experience easy and as least stressful as it can be. Fast service, complimentary water or coffee was offered, before we walked the lot and found my gem. They had the windshield replaced before sale and it was clean and full tank upon pickup. They listened and recomended a few options that hit all of the points I was looking for. A great team, great experience. Thank you

Love Team Honda - replaced the Odyssey I bought there 10 years ago with a new one (Certified Used) and knew I could trust the honest and kind service. Purchased my used Pilot from Robert Magee today and can t find enough good things to say. His personality and positivity is absolutely, hands down the best! I called before I made the drive to Baton Rouge and upon my arrival he had the car pulled up and ready for us to take it for a spin! Team Honda had the used Honda Ridgeline I was looking for so I traveled from Thibodaux to purchase it. The salesman was great but I have one word of advice DO NOT PAY FOR YOUR VEHICLE UNTIL IT IS COMPLETELY FINISHED AND READY FOR DELIVERY TO YOU! We waited 5 hours the day we returned with our Ridgeline just to get it inspected, key fob programmed and cleaned. To the sales people s credit, they did fill our gas tank for us before traveling back over an hour to Thibodaux ..BEWARE!

We were in search of a used Toyota and Brandon Mitchell(Goes by Mitch) was our salesman. He was very professional, kind, understanding, helpful, and not aggressive. He made this car buying experience easy and explained everything very well. If you're needing a vehicle and don't want a pushy salesman, ask for Mitch!!

Tim James was an excellent salesman to work with. The negotiation was good overall and they even threw in the tire warranty as well as all season floor mats and a spray on bedliner for the new truck. He wasn t pushy and I didn t have to ask for anything more than once. I appreciated the service.

I will always highly recommend Team Honda ever since I got my first vehicle from them in 2021. I recently traded it in for my second vehicle through them and I ve never been disappointed. I love my new car! Team Honda is my dealership because I trust Andrew and Luke to help me through the maze of finding a vehicle that s right for me and within my budget. It was a pleasure to work with Anthony as well. He was thorough in explaining my finance options and helped me in deciding what s the best deal for me. Also, JB was very considerate in his part. Everyone that worked with me to get me in my new car was very personable and gave top tier service. I unfortunately can t remember everyone who helped me, but every time I m there I notice that everyone is eager to see their drivers happy! The nicest people! I love this dealership because they are honest and transparent about your needs and limitations when it comes to purchasing a vehicle. The team will walk you through any questions or concerns you may have with such patience and extensive knowledge. I m never afraid to ask a dumb question. And Luke and Andrew will go above and beyond, going through the tedious comparisons and options in order to get you the best deal that s right for you!10/10 Top tier service/assistance and top tier quality vehicles!

If I could rate 0 stars I would! I purchased a used 2019 Nissan Sentra. I am highly dissatisfied with the car. When I got the car after signing all of the paperwork the salesman let me know that there were cigarettes holes on the seats. Also there was a dent on the side of the car. In my opinion I really feel like car wasn t worth the price. Two weeks after I purchased the car the oil light came on I took it to Nissan service to see what s wrong with it because the oil was fine in the car. They informed me that I needed a new transmission. I am highly dissatisfied with this car.

Andrew Young has to be one of the best car salesman in the state of Louisiana. Having his wealth of knowledge to assist in my car buying experience has been absolutely wonderful. The attention to detail this man expressed made this the best experience ever. So if you re in the market for a Honda you will not be disappointed with Andrew.

I had a wonderful experience at team Honda. I was in desperate need of purchasing a new vehicle when my 2007 Honda accord broke down. Sam with the Used Car department pointed me to the right car (initially a 2014 Honda civic). After financing was agreed to it was shown that a better deal had come up with a newer car with less mileage but more expensive with a reasonable interest rate and down payment. The whole team was kind and patient through my first car purchase even with my rants. I would highly recommend purchasing a new vehicle with the friendliest staff at Team Honda that Baton Rouge has to offer.Mike Barnard

I have never been treated the way I was treated here. My sister and I went to the used lot and my sister asked if we could look around and the man blew her off immediately, he walked to one car to show her and he then said I can t help you because of the title to her car is in my dads name, but she had good down payment saved and pre approved from the bank with a check, but he wouldn t even talk to her after that. I will never go back luckily we went to Robinson brothers where they were kind and she bought a beautiful car because the sales guy didn t judge two women thinking we didn t have anything.

I've only had my truck for 4 years and they apparently have a time frame on when you have to get your oil changes by so I'm not going to get my last oil change for free. I don't remember having a time frame on my oil changes when I bought my truck. Really poor customer service. I will not do business with this company anymore. And asked for my truck to be washed and they say they did but they obviously did not.

Came in to test drive a civic si because I was trying to decide between that and a Subaru wrx. Wouldn t even let me test drive it because people that typically buy these cars like to keep miles off of them Well, I m the person that typically buys that type of car and I m not buying one without test driving it. Took my business elsewhere.

First time buying a new vehicle in over 9 years and all I have to say is, wow! The crew over here at Team Honda is nothing but professional.I came in October to test drive the new 2024 CRV Hybrid. Not only was Devin, my salesman, well educated on the ins and outs of the vehicle, but he was extremely patient and allowed me to really take my time exploring and test driving the car. After that, he even allowed me to test drive the Accord.They offered a very competitive offer for my trade in and we agreed on a price I was happy with for a CRV. The one I wanted, in my ideal color, needed to be built and was going to take a month to come in. Devin did a fantastic job of calling and giving weekly updates on where in the process my vehicle was. And surprisingly, it was built and delivered a week ahead of schedule!Once I arrived on site, Devin took me out on one more test drive of my brand new car before we knocked out paperwork. Cathy from the finance team presented some great warranty options, which I ultimately declined, but her professionalism and explanation of what my options were was so valuable.All in all, my experience here was first class. I got a great offer on my trade in, I got my dream vehicle at the price I wanted, and communication was top notch from start to finish. Don t look anywhere else if you re in the market for a Honda - head to Team Honda.

Just bought my second Honda from Team this week. Curly is such a great car salesman! My grandma brought me to Curly around 5 years ago to buy my first Honda. It was my first adult purchase and he was super helpful. We were hit by a drunk driver earlier this month and I needed a new car asap. I knew that I was leaning towards an Honda again after five years of a reliable car without a single issue, and how safe it kept us in our accident. After weeks of car shopping near home and dealing with pushy salesmen and awful inventory, I called Curly and drove an hour and a half to Team. He s very knowledgeable, but not pushy. I let him know my price range and what I like, and he shows me what they have and what he thinks is best. This week I drive out of there in my 2023 Civic and I couldn t be more in love! Extremely grateful to Team and Curly for selling both me and my grandparents beautiful, reliable vehicles.
