So far, my vehicle has been in the shop for about a month. I have to call once a week for updates because I m not being reached out to regarding the completion date. I was told they were waiting on parts 3 times, and that it would be done this past week. I ve had to spend over $700 in rental costs on top of what I will owe for my deductible once it s ready. I ll update this review once I ve eventually received my vehicle back, I m hoping the quality of the work is worth the wait and money I ve sank into waiting this long. I chose this center because of the reviews staying how good the communication was and the timely completion of others vehicles but so far I m just not getting the same experience.

A wild hog ran into the road and collided into my car in Texas. Although I reside in Texas, I wanted Team Collision to repair my vehicle, as they ve done great work on my cars years ago. They continued to perform great work now. I was able to work with them to estimate the repairs when I visited Baton Rouge for Halloween and repair the vehicle when I visited Baton Rouge again for Christmas and New Year s. They ordered the parts between Halloween and Christmas to have them ready for me and installed the parts and repaired my vehicle during my Christmas visit to Baton Rouge. My car looks perfect and clean, just like the day I bought it at Team Honda a few years ago. Their communication was also excellent, as they kept me posted all throughout the process. Thank you to Bryan and the others for great work and flexibility!

Raves to Team Collision in Baton Rouge Louisiana. Excellent customer service team. My experience with them was amazing because they went above and beyond with updates. Their completion date was on point to the exact day. Very impressive team work going on there. So please with the work done. My RAV4 looked exactly like i just drove it off the Team Toyota Dealership Thanks you so very Jonathan.I will definitely recommend Team Collision of Baton Rougeto anyone looking for repairs done correctly.Very pleased customer

The crew that worked on my car were amazing. The mechanic kept me updated the entire time and reached out as soon as the repairs were finished. My car looks and feels brand new, and the crew even cleaned the inside! I had an amazing experience with Team Collision and would definitely recommend them.

HANDS DOWN the absolute best collision repair business in Baton Rouge! Jonathan was so awesome. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and kept me informed through the entire process. The repair job was perfect and they even did some touch up paint in a section of the vehicle that wasn't part of the repair. They went above and beyond. Don't take your vehicle anywhere else but Team Collision!

Really great place! The staff are super nice and they did great repairs. The kept me up to date with text which helped keep me less anxious about the time. They even gave me a ride home after i dropped it off. Hopefully i wont need to go again (drive safe evedyone!) but theyll be first go-to if i have to.

When we came to pick up our car, the battery was dying. With no questions asked, they replaced our battery! Very above and beyond !! 5 stars, for sure!!

My baby is back and she is beautiful again. They washed and vacuumed it and fixed it. Someone rear ended me hadn't even had this baby 1 year. Lisa was quick to answer all my calls about the status of my car. This was the first time I had ever been in an accident and it was made easy to handle.

If I could give a 0 star, I would.On 2/17/2023 someone backed into my 2023 corolla and damaged the front bumper.I chose Team Collision and had it inspected, they said they could fix it so I went with them. They charged the insurance company a total of $4314.21 and supposedly repaired my vehicle, but since I picked up the car on 5/5/2023. I had taken the car back to Team Collision a total of four times (5/27, 6/3, 6/12, 6/25) because the bumper keeps detaching. Also because of how to car was incorrectly put back together when driving at night, there is a shadow (on the highway) appearing in my view when I am on High beam and I did not have this problem before the accident.On three of the return trips back to Team collision, my car was driven around back and basically brought back to me within 5 to 10 minutes; if that long. After driving about two or three days, the same issue happens again.On the fourth return of my vehicle I was told I would have to be dropped off home as they would take off the bumper and reattach it. My car was returned to me about five hours later. On July 10th, 14 days after the fourth return to Team Collision the same issue presented along with other issues around the headlights and a noticeable discoloration between the bumper and the car's original color. Didn't notice that probably because of bumper detaching issues had my attention. On one occasion Victoria told me that she think the bumper detachment is a factory issue but Team Collision did not know what they were doing. I refused to take my car back to them a 5th time and also the insurance company agreed it should not go back because all they were doing was causing More damage.My car is being repaired at another collision center and I hope that the owner of Team collision find out who was in charge of repairing my car and make sure they do not make the same mistake on other 2023 corollas because this has been a complete headache and inconvenience.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Boy oh Boy!!!! Car accidents really SUCK don't they. They are not only an inconvenience but they are financially and mentally draining. BUT NEVER FEAR, TEAM COLLISION IS HERE. I have taken my cars to Team Collision EVERY TIME someone has hit me. In the last 2 years I have had to take my vehicle to them 3 different times and when I say they HANDLED it ALL! All of the staff are amazing but My favorite person to deal with there is Johnathan Adkins. Jonathan is THE MAN!!! No lie. When he sees you coming with those worry lines and dried up tears he puts his cape on and goes ABOVE and BEYOND to make you feel comfortable and better about your situation. A week ago, I was so stressed because an 18 wheeler hit me from the back. The insurance company gave me the run around about repairing my vehicle so i decided to go through my insurance for the repairs. Still my insurance had me riding around in an undriveable vehicle. But, there was JOHNATHAN! He saw me and went right to work. Within 5 minutes of me arriving Johnathan had already called my insurance, gotten an approval for me to leave my vehicle and gotten me a reservation for my rental! 5 minutes later, well what do you know the rental car company rolls up to take me to pick up my car! THESE THINGS MATTER more than people will ever understand. This man made my DAY! Thank you Johnathan, I pray Team recognizes you for continuing to go above and beyond your call of duty everyday for people like me!

The last experience I had was great the sales person Jonathan was superb and helping me get my Honda accord 2016 text back the way it was originally. If you need any type of bodywork done see these people they are superb and professional happy customer.

Great experience! Friendly people, and quality work. I had a coyote who decided to "un-alive" itself on my front bumper while I was on the interstate. So the front bumper, radiator, A/C, sensors, ect... all were in pretty bad shape. When I picked my car up it was like nothing ever happened. Plus, I live in Florida, and this happened mid journey, so I wasn't able to constantly check on my car or the status. They kept me updated everytime I had a question or if the status changed, using a text system. It was super convenient!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I brought my car in for an estimate of body damage. An appointment was required. It took a week for that. The next day after the damage estimate I called to make a appointment to have the repairs done. That date was set about 3 weeks later for a Monday morning. Since I was told the repairs would take three or four days, I set the appointment for a Monday morning so that I could get my car back within the work week. Once they had the car, the shop first contacted me late Tuesday afternoon about what would be required. So I'm now two days behind schedule. I'm not sure why with a Monday appointment it took until late Tuesday before they knew what needed to be done. That practically guaranteed that my car would not be ready within the work week. I approved that. Then Wednesday they said they had to order a part they thought could be repaired, but had to be replaced. The part didn't come in when expected, and that meant my car would not be ready within the work week. So I didn't have use of my car as anticipated since it sat in their yard over the weekend. But my contact said it would have "top priority" in the paint shop on Monday. After contacting him late Monday afternoon I learned that it did not get into the paint shop until that afternoon, delaying it another day. So much for "top priority." I finally was contacted late Tuesday afternoon that the car was finished. I was very satisfied with the quality of the work. But I felt the shop over promised when the work would be done. I do not understand having set an appointment so far in advance, then having the car sit as it did, delaying it's completion and return to me. I understand the complications involved with workers being out and transportation problems with parts. But I felt the timing issues were poorly managed and handled resulting in what was initially described as a three or four day job lasting into a second week.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The worst experience I have ever had. I live out of state but I am from Louisiana. They had my car taken apart before all the parts came in, an sitting in the weater when a family member went look at it when they told me it was covered. My car was just 2 days into 1 year old an it looked like it was a 6 years old car. Completely in the weather.

Just had my 2020 Rav 4 fixed after someone hit it in the rear in Walmart parking lot the done a wonderful job were completely transparent and talked to me the whole way through the repair a lot of people put up reviews about it taking a long time but remember if you want quality it takes time. I would recommend Team collision to anyone who wants quality.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Horrible!!! They had my car for over 2 months, finally got it back.... constant squeeking when driving, passenger door doesn't open correctly, headlights they couldn't get to shine on the road ended up having to take it somewhere else to get them adjusted so I could see at night after 3 attempts from them, some lights on outside aren't working, car makes horrible noises when accelerating and turning it sounds like my car is tearing apart or is just gonna fall apart, break light comes on everytime I brake and slow down.... I cant keep taking my car back, super frustrating and disappointing. Manager is awful, dismissive, and makes you feel worthless. I should've just let Progressive pick the place! I honestly feel like ANYONE could've done a better job! Yeah my car cosmetically looks great, but its absolutely embarrassing to drive and by the noises it makes and all the warning lights that come on now its probably unsafe to drive because of them! I get more warning lights now then when it was actually wrecked. It looks better but is 1000% in worse condition then the day I dropped it off! I literally have more issues now with my car then before I brought it in! Its horrible, im super upset and disappointed! ABSOLUTELY, HANDS DOWN WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!

DO NOT. I REPEAT. DO NOT bring your car to Team Collision. Horrible service. They had my car for 3.5 months and returned it with 3 problems not fixed. 1 being a major problem, my transmission. Horrible people. They make empty promises.

Absolutely the worst place. They took 6 weeks to get my car ready. The problem is not that it took 6 weeks to get it done but that for 5 weeks I was told that on Friday it would be ready and every Friday I was told something happened. During this time, the estimator Lisa called me twice, maybe 3x in total. I was the one calling and checking on my car. In fact, today (09/15) she literally hang up on me while I was still talking because I called twice. No one had even the decency to go show my car to make sure everything was ok when I came to pick it up. I was poorly greeted by receptionist that was not happy to see me when I came in at 5:50pm and the estimator, Lisa, was there and made sure to ignore my presence and not talk to me.

Worst experience I've ever had with a collision shop. After spending over $10,000 with these people...they released my truck without driving it once. I took it to another body shop to get it re-examined and they found that my two front brake rotors were so warped that they needed to be replaced and that my back two shocks were still completely busted in half...also needing to be replaced. Tack on another $800. An $800 that, with their "guaranteed work," should have been reimbursed.On top of all of this, they gave me a 14 business day estimate and it took them almost 40 business days...and when I retained my vehicle it wasn't completely repaired. Still bringing it back to the shop now.To me this place is irresponsibly run, they're not thorough, they don't care about their customers safety, and they are very VERY poorly run. They gave me 10% of the total aftermarket part cost and that is all. I'm still dealing with these people.Not worth your trouble.

I brought my car in on December 26th 2018 for an estimate and on December 28th they began the repairs. Communication is definitely lacking because they didn t even call me to let me know they began working on it, I called them, which then I was informed that repairs had begun. The first delay was because the wrong wheels were ordered. It s now January 11th and I was informed that there would be another delay because there was an issue with the paint so my car won t be ready until January 14th, which will make it almost 3 weeks they ve had my car. I expected it to take a little longer than usual because of the holidays but had no idea it would be this long or I would have taken it to the dealership for repairs. My 3 star rating is only for the lack of communication and LONG time it has taken for the repairs. Hopefully they did a really good job and I ll be able to give them 4 stars.

My car has been with these guys for over two months & ive never had to contact a company so much as I did with them regarding fixing my car , not to exclude being told different dates that my car would be ready !! I'm happy with the results of it finally getting fix but some proper communication skills need to be taught . It might not matter , but the amount of money I've kicked out over a process with keeping a rental car from false information regarding my car was ridiculous!! As I said I'm pleased with what the mechanics did to fix my car , but the people who run this business needs to step up ALOT !

They are a USAA Preferred service site, and for good reason. I was set up for an appointment to review the damage and they were on time. I was given a thorough explanation of what was damaged and what was needed to fix the vehicle (down to the body panel clips you don't see). And finally the work was completed in about 3 days: Toyota 4 Runner driver's side front fender, headlight, bumper, repainting the fender and door to PERFECTLY match the 18 year old paint.I hope I never have to, but definitely will go there again.

A tree branch fell on my car and I brought it here for repairs since I purchased it from Team Honda. I was pleased with the overall work, although it took much longer than I expected. I was given an estimated time of 5 days minimum and it ended up being almost 3 weeks. I was given 4 different complete dates and after the last one, it STILL got pushed back a day or two. I finally had enough and I was very patient throughout the process but enough is enough. I felt as though the woman I dealt with kept giving me the run around and every time I spoke with her she seemed aggravated and almost downright rude. She was very uprofessional at times. I don't think it's the place necessarily because like I said, I am pleased with my car overall. I just did not have a good experience.

My husband brought his Silverado here for body repairs. The work was done in a little over a week. Front bumper, grille, fender, door and some other things all needed work. I was impressed when it was finished they even detailed it. Such a relief knowing the work was done well.

I have an older car that needed some minor work on the front because I hit a small animal. The damage was not major and included minor work such as replacing the AC condenser.I brought the vehicle to Team Collision and parts were not ordered until 3 days after my appointment. To replace the AC condenser the R12 would need to be vacuumed and then put back into the system. Team Collision was not equipped to handle R12 and would not drive my car to another shop to have the AC work done. Instead of calling me to explain the situation they tried to convince the other shop to bring their heavy and expensive AC equipment to them. They wasted at least one week doing this when all they had to do is call and ask for permission to drive my car to the other shop. Amazing!Basically Team Collision wasted two weeks of my time and after realizing they were giving me the run around I decided to pickup my car and do the work myself. Their manager had the nerve to tell me he would not release my car until the insurance company paid for the parts! They may do good work on new cars but this was not the case for me.Team Collision seems to be a fairly new company that does not know what to do when they run into a situation they have not seen before. In the future I am going to stick with a more established company or do the work myself. They are too big to give personal service and don't seem to care about customer satisfaction.

Carl and Aaron went above and beyond to ensure that the job was done right! Team resprayed my Accord in the mid 2000s due to the common failing Honda paint issue. After 10 years in the sun I noticed some initial minor checking of the clearcoat on the upper surfaces. Team took care of it under the lifetime warranty on the original job. I highly recommend Team Collision.
