Daughter went in for an oil change ($100+) 30 minutes down the round her engine starts smoking. THEY LEFT THE OIL FILL CAP SITTING ON TOP HER ENGINE! Went back the next day and the assistant manager was VERY professional and told me to have her come in and get a free oil change because of their mess up.The next day, the General manger, called to tell me that the assistant manager was not authorized to give away oil changes and he could only offer me a 20% discount and they would have to investigate and look at video to see if it was their fault.No one will EVER see a Take 5 oil change sticker on any of my vehicles! If you choose to go here to get your oil changed, GOOD LUCK!!

My first time there and It was a pleasant experience.Someone brought me a bottled water, another put air in my tires and washed my windshield while another changed my oil.The Royal treatment while I stayed in my car! Highly recommend.Service: Oil change

They were just doing their jobs, but I thoroughly appreciate manners, politeness, speedy and accurate service, looking at me when speaking to me and being respectful. They did a great job and I'm grateful.

I had the best service here. Everyone was friendly, polite and were very helpful. I got my oil changed and a car wash and i am pleased with the service and results. I was helped by Tristan and she was very professional and made sure i was satsfied with the services before I left. Will be returning.

I first went to Take 5 on Airline Hwy in Baton Rouge and was unhappy with the disrespect ! After waiting in line in the left lane the right side became available and a white car drove up ! That s when an employee went to her , then a second employee did the same not even acknowledging I was even there so I went to leave and the first employee who went to the car came and stopped me asking me not to leave ! He said it was his sister and she just needed water in her car ! So I pulled back up and just sat and waited for the car in front of me to finish ! Then another employee moved the cone and directed me to pull in ! Where as after he placed the cone behind my truck he then went to the same car a began holding a conversation as though I wasn t there so I left ! I then went to Corsey Blvd in Baton Rouge and their service was very professional! NO STARS FOR AIRLINE HWY. CORSEY BLV. save the day ! I was on my way out of town for important matters! Thank you for your time !

Nice people. Showed me my oil level when they were done. I appreciate seeing my oil being changed. I can t help but wonder if the oil was really changed at the dealership. Call me a sceptic

I went to these guys on 7/22/2023 and I had the opportunity to meet Chris once again. He was very friendly as he always is. He greeted me and my children. He offered us bottled water while we waited but we declined. He came back with juice and lollipops for us and the vehicle next to us. He was fast, and even went over and beyond for us! I even received a free car wash and a coupon. Overall, I was very satisfied and I will be going back!!! Thanks Chris and staff!!!

I was greeted by a young man name Djaun. Very eager, and not discouraged to perform an oil change on my BMW i8. Great work ethic, knowledgeable, awesome people skills and honorable! After my service I forgot my suitcase and Djaun got my number off the receipt and called to notify me of my belongings. I will be a returning customer; servicing my vehicle with you guys!!!

Got my car serviced before a long road trip. Took it to Take 5 oil change on coursey Blvd in baton rouge August 28th at 12:15pm. I didn't think to get the names of the employees there so i listed the date and time of the service. I wanted to give them a shout out and let them know they did an amazing job. They worked well together in a timely manner and made sure everything looked good to go for my trip. Will definitely be back!!

I don't usually do reviews, but I feel like the customer service I receiveevery time, at this particular Take 5 location, has been impeccable and worth noting. The employees are always polite, professional, and genuinely willing to help. Some of the technicians were rude in response to my questions. I furnished my own filter because they rarely have them in stock. They said the filters are free so there s no reduction in price.I went forward with the service but it will be my last.Service: Oil change

Me.. male, I was the only person there for 3-4 minutes, then comes an attractive female, and 19 minutes later I get to leave* 8 minutes after the she does, However, thank you for the military discount.

The technicians were ok. The service was terrible. I left not able to get the coolant topped off because they didn t have any in stock. I needed air in my tire but the air compressor was broken. Five minutes later my check engine light came on. If I could give zero stars I would.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I went to the 5 on Coursey Dr in BR. After I left I noticed I did not get a windshield sticker with the mileage on it. I called the phone number on the invoice ticket and got a call service that could not give me the direct number. My question is the same. Did y all stop putting the mileage stickers on vehicles or was this just an over site?
