I was broken down on I-12 and needed 2 tires and rims replaced. Michael came out and took care of things quickly, accurately and with a GREAT attitude. His promptness and professionalism took the edge off of what had been a very bad situation. He got me right back up and running and I will definitely use y all again.

I have been driving for a decade now, and this is the first time I have had a tech initial go above and beyond to not only help me, but also to get me going as quickly as possible. Michael had a pleasant attitude, and knew his craft. It is so hard to find people who take pride in their work, so when I come across one I have to appreciate them. I hope to never break down again, but if I have to I ll make sure it s in Baton Rouge lol. Thank you again sir.

Needed a tire swapped out with my spare. In and out less than 20 minutes. STM has always been my go to place but this location was extremely awesome and very friendly!

What a great job today on my tire at ext 139 i-10.Worker was fast and efficient. He even put me a new valve stem on and wire brushed inside wheel for a good seal for the next tire, unlike most tire companies do and they charge you for it. Great service today. Thanks a million Patrick.

I needed a tire changed on my trailer. I was at the Tiger truck stop in Gros Tete. This was the fastest tire change I have ever seen in my life. Thanks Michael!You're the best!

I've been using the Southern Tire Mart chain for about 30 years for commercial tires and road service throughout all my travels. They never fail to provide a good value, accompanied by a friendly smile. Nice people, great values, excellent support, highly recommended.Edit.. Two days later, my hub oiler cap was leaking and my tires were leaking down. The hub was leaking because the tire tech dropped the wheel on the cap, cracking it. I see him drop it but didn't notice the damage. I informed Southern Tire about the issue, but I have yet receive reimbursement at this date.

Changed twelve tires in less than an hour they rate very well in my book will be back again! A tad pricey but made up for it in service that's for sure.

I had a flat tire on my trailer. Easy fix, being outside rear tire. Patching turned out NOT to be an option because the tire was no good due to damage from the puncture. I carry 2 spares and they mounted my tire in a matter of minutes. Every one I dealt with was friendly and courteous. I'd recommend them...

I had never been there before a friend of mine named Brandon from O'Reilly's head referred me to them and said that they did a great job and they did do a great job they were all personable they didn't speak to me but they were all personable and I really just enjoyed a quiet area

Friendly service, needed FOUR truck tires for rear tandems to be replaced. Pulled in *without* calling ahead and was done in under 2 hours. There were 3 trucks ahead of me.

Had to wait an hour or so to get the tires put on our truck because they re a busy place. Once in the bay they were very quick to get it done. Thank Y all!

So thankful for these gentlemen. This afternoon on our way into town my tire light came on. I grabbed the phone to find the closest place so I wouldn t be stranded on the side of the road with a flat tire. Although they were not able to fix the flat (because it wasn t fixable) they did put my spare tire on for me and got me on my way. Thank you for helping me and being so kind and generous.

They give time frames they can not meet. When asked about said time frames they will lie about progress on the job. Communication seems to be poor. Confusion between shop employees and front office employees is easily picked up on. Would go elsewhere or at least have a plan B.

Great service. They got right on our truck and had it done in no time! About average when it comes to tire replacement and repair. Will go again if we have any problems!

BEWARE, I use this Business for all of our tire needs, But for some reason the only store that i have problems with is the Baton Rouge location, they replaced tires on two of our trailers and failed to torque the lug nuts properly causing damage to the wheels and hubs, the store manager is refusing to make it right ! Southern Tire Mart will make this right or we will find another vendor to take care of our tire needs!

Do not call if you need mobile service, they do not accept payments unless you are physically at the store. This location is a mess, stay away...

Place really is in need of good boss guys outside can't do job sit on butt smoke and talk talk and wait time for tire which was tralor tire already off tralor took 2 hours and let 2 people in front me and I went to the boss and blah blah what a joke no return here
